Great house with nice size bedrooms, good social space and amazing location near the sea.

Really nice flat with lovely views over Roker Pier and the North Sea. It was very cold when we were there but the flat was warm and cosy. Peter / Helen were very welcoming.

Perfect area for us, lovely spacious place for the 4 of us everything we needed great contact at all times and just a lovely stay

Tive uma estadia muito boa com eles , o apartamento fica bem no centro numa região muito boa da cidade perto de tudo , não tive a necessidade de pedir nada no apartamento pois nele eu tinha tudo que precisava , tudo muito limpo e organizado , espero voltar mais vezes , recomendo vivamente de olhos fechados

Clean, tidy and well furnished. Exactly as pictured/ described. Great location for enjoying the nightlife. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Property manger was very friendly and helpful. Took us up to the apartment and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Can’t get more central! Stayed here with a few mates and had no issues with the property. It was clean, spacious and equipped with the majority of amenities you’d need. Location wise can’t beat it, smack bang in the middle of Bigg Market everywhere central is walkable, restaurants, bars, shops all 10 mins at max. Only small downside was that the bedroom next to the living room was a bit noisy in the morning, but generally no sound issues. Would recommend!

Nice modern flat. Beds were clean and comfortable. Close to the centre but still peaceful. Would stay again.

The location was great for us,being in walking distance from our son and his family.The studio was perfect,Spotisly clean and so easy for my Disabled husband because everything was on one level and beautifully fitted everything was of excellent quality.

We loved Ben's flat. It’s in a lovely area, equidistant between two Metro stations and an easy walk into the city centre. The flat was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. Ben's communication was excellent throughout our stay. There is nothing to fault. We hope to be back.

Apartment was absolutely perfect. It felt like we were staying in a friend’s place and every last detail was included. Location couldn’t be better and view across the Tyne was spot on. Communication with Nick was exactly how it should be, personal and fully assisting. In fact it felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a blank profile as is the case with others. Myra is an outstanding host. She was very helpful and quite accommodating. Quick responses and would answer any questions we had before and during the stay. The place was very clean and had everything one would need for a short or long term visit. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Newcastle.

The property is beautiful but Billy and Gill made our stay extra special. They couldn’t do enough to help us feel at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, warm, safe, cosy and exactly as described. There is a large lounge to relax in with a great range of DVDS, games and books. We also had access to the games room which our boys were intrigued by and found a lovely Pinocchio book, Disney jigsaw puzzle and had a little go on the snooker table. But the stand out was the garden with treehouse, trampoline and ride on toys - our boys were obsessed - it was all perfect for our needs. Nice little extra touches were the welcome treats on arrival for both us and our kids and a bottle milk in the fridge. Billy and Gill always had time to talk and make sure everything was okay for us. I had a treatment with Gill which was amazing and would definitely recommend. Already planning our next trip at Stonelea House - thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

I am thankful to Dushyant for his fantastic and friendly hosting. Dushyant's place is very secure and pleasing. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. Tom was probably one of the best hosts we have had. Really informative and helpful without being over the top. Whenever we needed anything, he was quick to respond. Have great information on the area and even offered us a lift! Honestly, cannot fault him. Annexe was beautiful and clean, well maintained. Gorgeous area, lovely local pubs and the hot tub was filled with fresh water. Fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely house, beautiful hot tub and gardens! Lovely welcome basket, clear instructions given and the host answered our phone call straight away when we were a bit confused as to which door to enter the property🤣. Would highly recommend!
