I couldn't recommend Will & Dawn's place more. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to find the place were detailed and Will was proactive in communication, ensuring we knew how to get there. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The place was done out to a very high spec. The pool was also a big draw which our four year old boy particularly enjoyed. The location was a great base for exploring Northumberland. We'll definitely be back

Nic and Julie’s place was very homely, very tidy and everything, the kitchen, the bedrooms, was of a high quality. Julie was a very friendly and responsive host, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us out with anything we needed. Would’ve given 6 stars if I could have.

We had a wonderful time at Gaynor’s accommodation, it is very light and cosy. Located nearby the local beach and the park, many restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance, allocated parking space is very convenient

Felt at home right away and i would have stayed a lot longer if possible.

My husband and I had a lovely time at the Paddock. It’s in a very central position to explore beautiful Northumbria while being in a quiet and peaceful location in the countryside. Our host Maureen was very friendly and helpful. The Paddock was clean, decorated beautifully and suited us very well. There were a few kitchen items which Maureen provided when we asked for them. We would highly recommend the Paddock as a place to stay. Jim and Anne

Wonderful stay, would stay again. Beautiful setting and great location for exploring Northumbria. Chris and Lynne were as friendly and helpful as possible and we felt very well looked after and comfortable.

The place is beautiful, cosy, and with lots of modern touches that add to the experience. We are already looking to book again.

We were a group of two familes with children and dogs and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and comfortable. The pool table and hot tub were an added bonus. The house provided a great base for us to explore the North East coast.

Absolutely fantastic host, very responsive to our messages and was very flexible to accommodate our very late check in. Very understanding as we booked under difficult circumstances. Lovely spacious house and in immaculate condition.

The photos do not do the place justice - it is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully decorated. So much bigger than it looked online too and we had a great stay. The only issue we had was that the hot water stopped working mid way through the day. Elizabeth was super helpful and responsive to the problem but we had to be in Newcastle for early evening so it meant 6 of our party had to have freezing cold showers one day as the water took too long to come back on. Other than that, I can’t fault it. Surroundings are beautiful. So peaceful and yet close to shops, airport (25 mins), a gorgeous spa (matfen hall), and a 35 min minibus to Newcastle. Would recommend to all.

What a stunning place this is, we absolutely loved our short stay here! Everything in The Kennels is finished to an extremely high standard and the log burner is outstanding (plenty of logs provided too)!! We really appreciated the information provided by Tessa regarding the local area, we really felt that she’d gone the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable, including the house being lovely and warm on arrival. Cannot rate highly enough!
