#16 is the perfect place to stay when exploring Seaham. It is clean and cozy, close to the beaches, and it is walkable to several local restaurants. We have visited multiple times, and it never disappoints. Thank you Dave for another wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at No. 16 and we will definitely be back. My children really enjoyed looking on the beach for sea glass they didn’t want to leave. There is lots to do and all within walkable distance.

Only stayed for a night, but room had all the amenities needed and more. I had an early start before a bike race and so found the fridge and microwave in the room very helpful to cook my own dinner and breakfast. Room was generally clean and well maintained, and Vikki was very helpful and responsive to my questions, with checkin/out being straightforward. I would highly recommend and would stay again. We actually got upgraded to the Bungalow next to the cabin, but if the cabin is presented anything like the bungalow it would be gorgeous. Every detail was carefully put together. It felt homely and cosy. No corners had been cut. It was beautifully decorated and accessorized. We were extremely comfortable and relaxed staying there. Thanks Del!

My parents and I had a wonderful short break at the Corbridge Guest House. From the start, Julia was an excellent host. We felt so welcome at her lovely place. We were delighted by the provisions she provided for our arrival, especially the home made bread. We loved sitting on the comfy sofas, chatting and reading, with the Juliette balcony doors open, looking out at the majestic trees. The Guest House was everything we could have hoped for; clean and comfortable, with high quality bedding and towels and we all slept so well. We had the most relaxing two days in this peaceful house and absolutely loved the location, just a short stroll into the centre of Corbridge. We’ll treasure the memories always and will definitely return to the Guest House in the future.

Lovely caravan - easy check-in with lockbox, and parking space next to caravan. Lots of extra thoughtful touches inside that made it feel very home-from-home (board games, DVDs, even a jar of biscuits!), extra blankets, lovingly decorated, and the essentials were there too so we could get comfortable straight away (I’ve stayed in some places where there wasn’t even one toilet roll, hand soap, or washing up liquid!) The location was nice, The view out of the lounge window of the sea was lovely, and it’s a short walk to the beach. The site shop etc obviously wasn’t open as it’s out of season, but local shops are a short drive away. Two toilets is a lifesaver with children. The two doors into the main bathroom from the hall and the master bedroom gave us a giggle as I thought it was a cupboard - remember to lock both doors if using the main toilet haha! But space-wise, it is a clever idea. Midday checkout was really useful too, less rush! Would definitely stay again, thanks for having us!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Station Cottage. The garden was perfect for our 2 dogs and for us relaxing in the sunshine. The house had everything we needed, a really comfortable king sized bed and large sofa and chair in the living room with a cosy log burner. The location was perfect for walking into Morpeth. Mick and Kathleen were excellent hosts and very friendly. The dog treats and goodies in the fridge were a lovely touch. Everything was spotlessly clean. We'd highly recommend this property as a great base for exploring Northumberland.

A wonderful stay at The Boathouse- perfect setting for a peaceful half term break. Fab train links in the village to Corbridge, Hexham and Newcastle….. with the Boathouse providing a wonderful base to retire to. Spotless home, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space, very comfortable beds, log burner, village pub, village cafe, plenty to do. Not much more needed than that! Thanks to Ellie our host who was super responsive and full of great recommendations.

The room and facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet so it was straightforward getting a good nights' sleep. The property was a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop with ample local shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by. Cramlington is close to Newcastle, the coast and the beautiful Northumbrian countryside.

We had a lovely weekend in this little gem of a place. Very easy to find and all major supermarkets a short drive away. No easy walking to a pub which was slightly disappointing. Superb walks at Derwent reservoir and hamsterley forest or from the accommodation itself. Very clean accommodation and not a sound from anything. Great place to unwind and relax. Very comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. We loved it and will return.

this was our second time staying at this beautiful cottage. Everything was was spotlessly clean, lots of wood supplied for our cozy fire on the evenings. Kiki and Tristen gave clear instructions for check in. we absolutely love this place and can't wait to return.
