Martin’s is a friendly, responsive host with a lifetime connection to Rome — he has a great place here. We were travelling with two sons plus a girlfriend and three daughters — eight in total — the perfect number of travellers for this historic and amazing spot. It is exactly like the photos; comfortable and full of interesting little nooks; and right in the middle of the Trastevere neighborhood — which has some amazing churches; screams with restaurants and bars and cafes; and is in easy walking distance of the old city. Very popular with 18-30 years olds which was our main group demographic. Can’t recommend it enough it’s a great solution for a friend or family group.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le loft de Francesco. Le logement est fonctionnel, très agréable avec sa verrière en puit de lumière, et très bien décoré. Il est idéalement situé dans un quartier vivant, rempli de restaurants et bars, idéals pour le soir. Francesco est très réactif et flexible, nous avons pu déposer nos valises avant l’heure d’arrivée prévue, et les laisser également un peu plus longtemps le jour de notre départ. Pour toutes ces raisons, je recommande vivement !

Wir haben uns bei Marissa sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man sehr ruhig, aber nicht direkt im Zentrum wohnen möchte ideal. Gute Anbindung mit dem 30er Bus. Der absperrbare PKW-Stellplatz ist klasse

It is a pleasure for me to write this review, we had a wonderful time at Francesco’s place, his parents checked us in and made sure we understood everything about the apartment and the surrounding area. They were so welcoming and warm and genuine people. The apartment itself was beautful and well stocked with everything you need. Location was also perfect with easy access to all major attractions. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back Florence if we can. thank you Francesco!

Ilaria and the magic loft were fantastic. The loft had all the great parts of old Rome - from ancient paintings to being neighbors with a church - while having all the modern amenities of a comfortable shower and easy to use kitchen. Close to so many things that aren’t touristy or kitsch - able to experience some of a real Roman experience. Ilaria was quick to respond from before the visit, met us exactly on time to check in, and was responsive to questions that came up along the way, offering quick fixes or advice on how to handle little things. Was able to really feel at home in Rome!!!

Modestino was the best host we’ve ever had. He was so responsive and answered any questions we had. He gave us so many recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We actually got to meet him one day and he was so kind and welcoming. The apartment was extremely affordable and 1000% worth what we paid. I would recommend anyone to stay here and will be staying again when I come back.

Antonio was a great host. He was very responsive and allowed early check in. He arranged transport from the airport with a driver who knows exactly where he is going and drove us to the door. Given the narrow alleys in Napoli this was a great help. Antonio made a number of recomendations for things to do, places to go and how best to get there. And restaurant recommendations. All that we used were perfect. Overall a very nice place to stay in a lively area near the heart of the city. We would thoroughly recommend staying here

We had a wonderful stay, the communication with the landlord was great – they were always quick to respond and provided clear instructions, making the check-in process smooth. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk from both the train station and the Colosseum, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

El mejor AirBNB en el que me hospede por que esta equipado de tal manera que me sentí en casa. Daria nos ayudo desde el primer momento para todo y encima es una persona con la que te podes sentar a tomar una cerveza de lo amigable que es. Lo mejor: queda cerca de literalmente todo lo que podes llegar a querer hacer

We spend a great time in Rome and the Location were we stay was right next to the Fontana do Trevi, nice and clean place to stay , definitely recommendable. Thanks Dunia for advice and your friendly guide.

Amazing stay at Irene's Airbnb. The location is stunning, 5 minutes from Plaza del Duomo. The airbnb is so beautiful. It feels like a florentine dream! Irene was very nice, she even booked a taxi for us to go back to the airport. There is indeed a disco club not far away from the airbnb but we were able to sleep without problems. This did not bother us. You should totally stay in this airbnb.

A wonderful family stay - would stay again in a heartbeat! We started our time in Italy in Rome and found Fede and Ric’s place perfectly located to tour the city and also a relaxing oasis to return to after full days of sightseeing. We were able to get around to nearly all of the major landmarks on foot, and easy walk to Trastavere for dinner. Very comfortable space for a family of four. Apartment was quiet and exceptionally well appointed. Felt very at home instantly. We arrived after two very long days of travel and after one good sleep on comfortable beds, and everyone getting a hot shower in one of the two pristine bathrooms, we were completely refreshed and ready to make the most of our time in Rome. Fede and Ric could not have been better hosts - they offered tips and recommendations at every turn. And all were excellent! As the “planner” for our group, they made my life easier and allowed me more time to relax and enjoy myself instead of hunting for the next stop. Grazie!

Maria was very helpful and very responsive and accommodating to our request to check in early and met our needs. She continue to check in to ensure we were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location , there’s a street below that at times can be a bit loud but the location was great , unfortunately we had to leave a day early because of a marathon and we had no way of getting transportation to the airport, a little refund would have been nice . Anyway , the location is great , clean and Stefano has great communication, quick to reply. It was a very comfortable stay

Enrico is a wonderful host, he goes an extra mile to make sure that his guests are comfortable and cared for. He helped us get familiar with the place and made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great time staying at his place thanks to his incredible hospitality

I had a great stay at Daria’s place. It was clean, quiet, and well located to see all the sites in Assisi. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. There are also restaurants close by if you want to eat out.

Nous avons vécu une aventure avec Valerio. Il devait nous recevoir un soir où son logement à subit un dégât des eaux, et à très vite pris les choses en main en téléphonant à des hôtels pour nous trouver une chambre. Il était tard et pourtant il a su nous venir en aide. En plus dans un endroit très bien et propre. Vraiment très satisfait de cet hôte. Merci beaucoup

un appartement très bien situé que nous connaissions déjà en période estivale et qui est aussi agréable en hiver.le calme a cette période est très reposant. l appartement en lui même correspond en tout point à ce qui est dit dans la description. l arrivée est simple et en cas de soucis Julia est là. allez y a n importe quelle période de l année. abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti , casetta accogliente e con tutti i comfort descritti , il signor Gianni e sua moglie persone squisite, gentili e cordiali, ci hanno anche dato consigli sui luoghi vicini da visitare. Il loft gode anche di una bellissima vista panoramica con un piccolo e delizioso porticato da cui poter ammirare il panorama. Loft super consigliato , noi ci torneremo sicuramente !
