Tyrrhenian Sea : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Très belle maison avec une terrasse appréciable. Une maison dans laquelle on se sent tout de suite bien (propre, bien aménagée, des chats tout mignons dans les espaces communs). Un petit bout de paradis dans la belle région centre est sarde. Merci ! Allez y.

A very heartfelt thank you to Jane and Antonella for welcoming us to their beautiful apartment in Nice. This space was very cozy and clean, making it feel like home. We appreciated the balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and central location to explore the beautiful La Côte d'Azur. As well, our hosts were very easy to communicate with, which was helpful before and during our trip. We had a great time and highly recommend to other guests looking for a place to stay in Nice. La Orange House è molto accogliente, silenziosa, pulitissima. Bellissimo mobilio, divano e letti comodissimi, zanzariere e condizionatori, tutto quello che serve per essere a proprio agio. L'alloggio era pulito, le spugne morbide e profumate, la biancheria impeccabile. Pentole e stoviglie nuove. La zona è calmissima è c'è un bello spazio esterno nella veranda dove si può pranzare e cenare. La zona è molto comoda per ogni spostamento, di notte c'è una calma meravigliosa. Consiglio la Orange House e torneremo sicuramente!

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Liebe Vesna und Zoran. Vielen Dank für eure warme Gastfreundschaft wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage bei euch. Die gemeinsame Grillerei war sehr toll, auch euch ein wenig näher kennenzulernen. Vielen Dank dafür und natürlich für den Kräuterschnaps! Wir sehen uns wieder ☀️ Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub erleben will, mit viel Natur und natürlich dem Meer vor der Türe, der ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Ein Tip von mir: Wer ein Fahrrad mitnehmen kann, dem empfehle ich es zu tun. Es gibt viele kleine Wege am Meer um die ganze Insel kennenzulernen. Auch die Wege zu den Lokalitäten oder zum einkaufen haben wir damit erledigt.

Abbiamo soggiornato l’ultima settimana di agosto e la prima settimana di settembre 2024. La posizione è veramente comoda a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto pulito, accogliente e soprattutto attrezzato di tutto. Il giardino è semplicemente meraviglioso con una vista mozzafiato per godersi la colazione e gli aperitivi serali. Il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

We had a great stay at Giannina's Apartment. Marco was friendly and very quick with responses. Orchid apartment is right in the middle of the Bari Sardo. It's fully equiped, very clean and has more than enough space for four people. You can unload your luggage right next to it and leave your car just around the corner, on the free street parking lot. Thank you for having us!

도착한 시각이 늦은 밤이었고 비까지 내려 시골의 특성상 어두워서 숙소를 찾는데 어려움이 다소 있었으나 마침내 도착한 숙소는 넓고 청결하며 평화로웠습니다. 호스트의 빠른 답변과 세심한 배려가 돋보이는 숙소입니다.

Das Haus ist absolut top, groß und perfekt gelegen, alles genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat nicht viel Arbeitsfläche aber dafür gibt es einen großen Esstisch 😉 beide Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll und riesig. Wir hatten ebenfalls das Problem bzgl. Wasser und WLAN aber Irene hat uns sofort geholfen, sodass das überhaupt kein Thema war, damit kann man in südlichen Ländern rechnen. Irene ist eine absolut vorbildliche Gastgeberin, flexibel und geht auf Wünsche ein, sodass wir die Möglichkeit bekommen haben früher einzuchecken und später auszuchecken, was für uns einfach klasse war! Liebe Irene, wir möchten uns nochmals für die immer schnelle Hilfe und Reaktionszeit bedanken und wünschen dir und deiner Familie alles Gute! Viele liebe Grüße von uns und bestimmt bis bald 🤗

wszystko idealnie! miejsce ciekawe, piękne widoki, okolica spokojna, wymarzona do długich spacerów. gospodarz bardzo gościnny, wszystkie informacje były odpowiednio wcześniej przekazane. mieszkanie super czyste, wszystkie udogodnienia zapewnione. żałujemy że byliśmy tak krótko!

Siamo stati in quattro un weekend lungo di inizio novembre, la casa corrisponde alla descrizione, molto pratico avere due bagni. L'arredamento interno è semplice ma funzionale, il terrazzino è un plus, abbiamo fatto colazione al sole. Posizione tranquilla e a distanza di camminata si raggiungono spiagge, ristoranti e supermercato. Abbiamo usato il riscaldamento di sera vista la stagione e l'alloggio si è scaldato molto velocemente. Il parcheggio non è stato troppo problematico dato il periodo fuori stagione. Host molto reattivo e disponibile.

Logement authentique avec du mobilier moderne. Athypique. Terrasse très agréable. Seul petit bémol: à 4 nous n’avions pas assez d’eau chaude pour les douches …. Très bien placé et spacieux.

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Villa eccezionale, abbiamo soggiornato con 2 bambini piccoli e nonostante avessimo prenotato poche ore prima del nostro arrivo c’è stata fatta trovare impeccabile con seggioloni e culle pronte. Super consigliata

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

L'alloggio ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative, è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei suoi particolari e Patrizia è davvero molto attenta, disponibile e presente per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e risolvere piccoli problemi che possono verificarsi (come una ruota forata). L'appartamento è bene equipaggiato e quindi già perfetto, anche per il soggiorno estivo. Inoltre ci sono a disposizione le biciclette, utilissime, in una settimana non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto: il centro di sbt e il lungomare si raggiungono in pochi minuti con le bici. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, il suprlus lo fa poi sicuramente Patrizia, presente, gentile ma non invadente. Davvero tanti tanti tantissimi complimenti! E' raro trovare una host così attenta e un appartamento così ben tenuto ed equipaggiato! Se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo senz'altro! grazie

Wij hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in dit huis, de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Noord-Sardinië te verkennen (bijvoorbeeld Stintino, Alghero, Bosa, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa, Palau en het binnenland). Het huis ligt rustig met een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht op zee en bergen. Het huis is ruim en licht, met een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle benodigdheden om te koken als thuis. Er zijn voldoende buitenruimtes met (lig)stoelen en tafels, een ruime veranda met binnen-buitengevoel. Handige voorzieningen zoals een vaatwasser, wasmachine, diepvriezer, strandstoelen, parasol en tal van details zoals paraplu’s, EHBO-kit en vliegenmepper maken het verblijf comfortabel. De vriendelijke gastvrouw woont beneden, maar het appartement voelt volledig privé. Ruime parkeergelegenheid en een supermarkt dichtbij (grotere supermarkten in het nabijgelegen Valledoria). Een klein geurprobleem in de badkamer (waarvan sprake in andere reviews) is simpelweg op te lossen door het bidet door te spoelen.

Good location for visiting Antibes, Cannes. Nice, Monaco and other towns nearby. Apartment is located in a quiet and safe area.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Apartamento recomendable, está limpio y ordenado y te recibe con un kit de bienvenida para el desayuno. Se aparca muy fácilmente delante de la casa. Está a 5 minutos en coche del centro turístico de Olbia

La casa è in zona riservata e silenziosa e in un residence molto tranquillo fornito di tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Il mare dista 5 minuti a piedi ed è possibile scegliere tra lido privato e spiaggia libera. La Piscina del residence è a 1 minuto a piedi dall’alloggio, così come il bar e il market e la lavanderia a gettoni. Posto auto non assegnato ma sempre disponibile all’interno della struttura! Il centro storico di Castiglione della Pescaia è raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti ma personalmente consiglio una bici (noleggiabile all’interno del Residence) per agevolare gli spostamenti e soprattutto per evitare il parcheggio dell’auto (introvabile ad agosto). L’Host Jacopo è stato sempre presente, davvero disponibilissimo e gentilissimo per quanto concerne consigli e suggerimenti ed ha risolto in 2 ore la rottura di un elettrodomestico, sostituendolo prontamente..A sue (care) spese! Sicuramente in futuro ritornerei a scegliere Jacopo e la sua casa! Grazie Mille!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miguel’s place! From the moment I arrived, Miguel was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you could ask for. The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! What really made this stay special was Miguel’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to offer recommendations, answer any questions, and ensure I felt at home.
