Great accommodation. A real home from home. We made the most of the lovely balconies while the sun shone .. in November .. and enjoyed exploring the many beautiful villages and towns in the area. The village is great for good restaurants and everyday shopping. We loved it, thankyou!

Waouuuuu 5 jours hors du temps, tout était réunis, c est un Passage obligatoire dans l univers de Florence et jean louis, ce airbnb est un bon dans le temps …la gentillesse des propriétaires est au delà de toute attente. David and his wife were the Best!! Their place was better than described! The walking trails to Faleiro restaurant and in town were perfect for us! Food in the area amazing. Fruit and Grechetto wine was provided in the apartment. 3 stories with 3 separate balconies to enjoy Lake Trasimeno and Mountains! If we return to Umbria IT it will be with David without question!! The best airbnb in Italy so far out of 5... Had a farewell beer and wine with David last night! Perfecto!!! Thanks so much. Jim and Jennifer

Jure und Jures Eltern waren sehr gastfreundliche und extrem aufmerksame Gastgeber. Jure war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die sehr große Terrasse und Aussicht sind ein absolutes Highlight 🌞 Schöne, ruhige Lage! Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist etwas veraltet, aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super, daher würden wir es definitiv weiterempfehlen :)

Séjour inoubliable à Cannes, pour mon premier marathon accompagnée de toute ma famille et nos chiens! Le logement est parfait pour une grande famille (chacun sa salle de bain et wc), idéalement placé juste en bas se trouve les fameuses marches du tapis rouge ! Nous avons tout fait à pied, gare SNCF à 5min à pied pour rejoindre Nice c’est idéal ! Bref tout était parfait ! Merci encore !

Un accueil remarquable et super chaleureux à la hauteur de cet incroyable appartement. Équipement et mobilier au top. Intimité assurée grâce à l'espace sur les deux niveaux. Au calme du centre historique avec une jolie vue arborée depuis la terrasse. Juste fantastique !

Ha risposto proattivamente a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta Casa: corrisponde alla descrizione in modo fedele Cosa ho apprezzato: 1) terrazzo in cucina, molto ampio per cenare, fare colazione 2) parcheggio vicinissimo all'abitazione 3) zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ma a soli 10 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia (a Punta Ala non c'è mai traffico...) 4) il beach club è tra i più rinomati in zona, pertanto è un omaggio che ha un suo valore

Michele super atento, nos recibió en la casa y nos explicó todo y nos dio recomendaciones de la zona, restaurantes y lugares para comprar. Durante la estadía siempre estuvo pendiente de como nos estaba yendo y siempre se mostró dispuesto a ayudarnos. La ubicación te permite llegar fácilmente en auto, y dejarlo en el estacionamiento, después se puede llegar a pie a todos los lugares de la ciudad. Gracias Michele por recibirnos en tu casa!!!!!

Die Wohnung war für uns ideal. Sehr gute Lage, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß in di Innenstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse ist einfach toll,groß, schöne Gartenmöbel, zwei große Schirme. Sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber unkompliziert. Vielen Dank, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

If I could give 6 stars I would because this charming apartment ranks above any airbnb I have ever rented. It is so well-appointed that every need is considered in advance. The decor is lovely and homey. The outdoor patio has an incredible view and seating for a group dinner or cocktails. I will recommend this to my friends and family - heck, I will recommend it to people I simply overhear talking about visiting Nice.

Buongiorno abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Federica in 5 adulti. Siamo stati benissimo, spazi ampi comodi e funzionali. Abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo, privacy e spazi da condividere. L'hosting sempre efficiente ed attenta nell'aiutarci. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Cinzia and Co.

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

Das war die tollste Ferienwohnung die wir je hatten! Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation sehr hilfreich, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst mit einer Flasche Prosecco, lokalen Süssigkeiten und etwas herzhaft Gebackenen sowie einen tollen Früchteteller. Da haben wir uns schon bei der Ankunft sehr gefreut. Die Ferienwohnung selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die zwei Terrassen - eine mit Ausblick auf das Meer und die andere mit Aussicht auf den Ätna haben wir sehr genossen und genutzt. Einfach unglaublich schön und gemütlich, dass man am liebsten gar nicht mehr weg möchte. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet mit Küche (hochwertige Untensilien) schönem Bad, bequemen Bett - Giusy und Orazio waren jederzeit für unsere Fragen erreichbar und gaben uns auch wertvolle Tips für unsere Erkundungen. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bedanken, dass wir bei Euch zu Gast sein durften. Es wird uns immer einzigartig in Erinnerung bleiben!

Great stay! Silvio was very attentive and responsive, especially when we had trouble getting into the apartment (our fault!!). He came within 5 min of contacting him! He also gave a great recommendation for pizza-walkable from the accommodation. The best part of the place is the huge multilevel terrace which we really did not get to use due to the short stay and cold weather. Wish we could have!! Not really a suitable place for cooking in, very minimal pots/pans but fine for simple breakfast and coffee. Overall good stay for the price.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Le logement proposé par Olga est super, encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est proche des commerces, de la plage, des restaurants et des arrêts de bus ! Nous recommandons ce logement !

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X
