We loved staying at Anna's place. It was the perfect spot for our DC family adventure! The location was fantastic... loved the park across the street and the accessibility to all of the landmarks we wanted to explore. Parking was really easy and convenient. The unit itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in addition to a full kitchen worked really well for our family of three. The only thing we would have liked to see included in the listing is that the heat is not controlled by the guests. Not a dealbreaker for us... we just wouldn't have spent time looking for a thermostat. Anna was a very responsive host and we would definitely book here again.

Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

Very clean, up to date, and comfortable with everything I needed and lots of little extras like plenty of tea and coffee. I felt at home and was so grateful to be in a private neighborhood setting but a short walk to the Metro to get downtown quickly. I loved the convenience of having Trader Joe’s a couple blocks away. I would be happy to stay here again the next time I visit the area.

This home is located in a peaceful, beautiful, safe neighborhood with an easy walk to all DC has to offer. We found it exactly as pictured and described. The host and co-host we're very proactive in making sure we were accommodated in every way. They had excellent communication from the point of booking through to the end of our trip. We would readily book this home again for future trips!

The apartment was easy to find, with a clearly legible and illuminated house number which is a thoughtful touch for late arrivals. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of spots right in front of the property & around the neighborhood. The neighborhood felt safe & welcoming, and the check-in process couldn’t have been smoother, thanks to David’s clear instructions. The space itself was exactly as described and pictured; clean, cozy & exceptionally maintained. The quiet atmosphere made it perfect for working remotely, with fast Wi-Fi & a comfy couch to unwind on afterward. Getting around was super convenient. We didn’t use our car for our trip. The bus stop just a couple of minutes away meant we could rely on public transit to explore the city. David provided a binder with easy-to-follow instructions for navigating the Metro system which was super helpful! All in all, this rental provided everything we needed for a comfortable, seamless & enjoyable stay in D.C. We’d definitely stay again

Great area to stay in. Nice and clean and really appreciated having a washer/dryer to use. The apartment was easy to access and the perfect size for a family of 5. The only thing I would caution is the rug in the living area is a bit of a trip hazard, it doesn't have any grip under it to stop it from moving on the tile. Ask me how I know? I walked into the living room and slid. Other than that minor incident the stay was great and would recommend this as a place to stay.

This place was perfect for our group. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the area and very close to the nearest metro stop. Adam was a fantastic host - very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience DC.

Wonderful place, clean and comfy, a little chilly at times but nothing major. Scenic spot as well. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Very easy to bike down to the White House and national mall. It’s about 7 minute ride on the lime electric bikes.

What a lovely place to stay! The location was walkable and accessible... easy to find restaurants, shops and within a 15 min walk of the eastern market. The space is just as described. It was spotless and stocked with treats, coffee and tea. There is parking available behind the building from monday-saturday. We will be booking Jennifer's place whenever possible! She was very responsive and quick to answer our questions.

A perfect 5 stars! Super clean; well supplied with kitchen and bath supplies; very fast response time for any questions that may arise; very nice furnishings; walking going distance to pharmacy and groceries. We would love to come back and stay at Anne's Airbnb again.

The location was great. Metro close by (very walkable), great restaurants and beautiful setting. Robert was very responsive to any questions. There is a sauna, but we didn't use it. But what a nice amenity to have!

Had a lovely stay at Elizabeth’s during my three days in DC. The apartment was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and easy to find. Check-in was smooth and flexible, as Elizabeth allowed me to get in a few hours early as my flight had been moved. Everything was clean and comfortable, and more than enough space for me as a solo traveler to enjoy.

Great location and place to stay in DC. A rather spacious basement apartment unit in a multi family dwelling. Easy access to Columbia heights metro station. Price was fair and there were no issues. Super responsive when booking and even allowed early check in, which I appreciated. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Really loved this space. It was in a quiet neighborhood and my son, and I walked to the train every day and felt very safe. I loved how Cinderella thought of everything: I'm not a coffee drinker, but she had a few different varieties all the extras necessary. Everything you need is there and she also accommodated my request for an inflatable bed for my 17-year-old. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets. Finally, since I sleep with a fan at home, I was ecstatic to see there was fan available for use. Thank you, Cinderella!

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Excellent location near the Gaylord convention center in National Harbor. The place was clean and huge! Check in and communication was clear and easy.

Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful the minute we pulled up. The apt was just as she describes and some. My kids enjoyed the stay as well as us adults. So much to do and felt very safe and at home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Very nice place to stay that’s convenient as a base for DC attractions. The unit was clean and spacious. The hot tub is a perfect remedy after a long day of walking. The backyard with a view of the brook is peaceful. The hosts are very nice and are quick to respond with questions. They even had the hot tub warmed up for our arrival. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great place and great host. Close to the silver, orange and blue lines. The place was really clean and very good deal for the area. Bonus perk was the onsite convenience store that also had really great prices. If you’re sensitive to temperature and like control, I might recommend another place since the building’s temperature controls are centrally managed. Well worth the price, and would certainly stay with Saber again!

We used Arsham's place as a home base for our trip to the area. Very easy to travel into DC for all the sites (Metro was only a few blocks away) as well as exploring Arlington and Alexandria. The space was comfortable and quiet. Our girls loved sitting out on the balcony and taking in the sites of the neighborhood!
