Super location in many ways; coastal walks in either direction, in the heart of Porthmadog yet very peaceful, wonderful views from the balcony of the hills and the tidal waters. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Bonus to have parking outside the front door. Lynn's a great host; helpful and quick to respond.

My family and I had a lovely stay! What a gorgeous home! So clean and modern. A short walk to the beach and short drives to other local areas. We stayed for Christmas and there was a Christmas tree set up in the lounge for us, along with a bottle of wine & treats for my dog. On Christmas even the host was kind enough to deliver us a parcel of items including bread, butter, milk, chocolate etc - what a lovely touch! Thank you for having us & we cannot wait to be back! I cannot even describe how comfortable and at home me and my 4 children felt here. Both were very accommodating and kind to my children, we will absolutely will come again. Such a special place, the sea air does you wonders. Thanks again

We had a fab week celebrating my 60th birthday - a beautiful house in a superb location for walking, cycling and kayaking. Superb facilities and a great host.

Stayed for eight weeks while training in Aberystwyth and Machynlleth. Perfect location, Caerffynnon was perfect for our needs. The house was spotless, a real credit to Sue. A warm, comfortable place to relax after a 12-hour shift. Sue made every effort to ensure that we were looked after and had everything we needed during our stay. If we are in the area again we would not hesitate to book with her. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's. Borth is beautiful and the view from Wendy's is stunning. It's a really lovely location, and it was great walking to the High Street to eat out in the evenings. Wendy also provided a great breakfast hamper every morning which set us up for the day. We found her very friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in Wendy's beautiful home and really enjoyed our stay.

the apartment itself is in prime location, right by the railway to hop on or off trains ( not available until March 29th) the buses were outside the australia (a local pub) which we used to visit Portmeirion ❤️ stunning! . We sat on the balcony and watched the world go by on the harbour or come nighttime there's a smart tv with everything you need. The apartment is spotless and would highly recommend it for everything and will definitely come again! 👌 locally we found The Ship, lovely quaint pub, lovely people and wonderful food ❤️

This property is wonderful! On arrival, there was a hamper with some treats, a cold bottle of prosecco and flowers which was a lovely touch. The main house was very spacious and the bedrooms were big. The house was very clean, tidy and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views were stunning and everything was a short walk away (it is on a hill so wasn't ideal for small children, but parking was easy and not too expensive) There is a co-op nearby which was very handy. We did have a few rainy days, but the house was well equipped with toys, games, books, tvs and a PlayStation to keep the kids entertained. The hot tub was also an amazing feature. The outdoor area was perfect for us with use of a BBQ and fire pit. It is a bit steep though so not really suitable for toddlers. Heidi was a great host and gave us all information we needed before our stay. Overall we had an amazing time and would highly recommend booking this house!

Place was amazing. Location of caravan was best. Easily spotted. So thoughtful host. Internet connection was weak but lot of DVDs for kids. Many toys. Amazingly spare batteries were available too. Nearby amenities. Beach and town centre in walking distance. Weather got bad. So much rain and wind with power cut and no mobile signal for whole of the town that kind of made the stay little not well but other that our family enjoyed well. Would prefer to come to Aber in Summer and would love to stay here.

First time staying in a cottage always stayed in a caravan at the same location for 10 years. The cottage was lovely, clean and well equipped, the shower was amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed our week here and will definitely return.

Great location for accessing other local areas, lovely park and a great position of the caravan if you have kids as you can see the playground and the playing field is right out front. The caravan is exactly as described and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Gemma and her husband are lovely and friendly and helped with anything we needed. Great 4 night stay for us!

The caravan was immaculate, exactly as listed and with very comfy beds and sofas. Jane was extremely helpful and informative and quick to respond to queries. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay for a family get away! We went away for 2 birthdays and had a great time. The property had plenty of bedrooms to facilitate us all, bathrooms and a big living room and dining area. The games room was great and the cinema room is a lovely touch!

Its a lovely well equipped house with easy access to all the shops and seafront. Warm and cosy with plenty of space and bathrooms.

We only booked a few weeks ago as let down on other property and we were pleased Rachel had this property available. We visited with a larger group of 4 couples a toddler a baby and a dog, plenty of space for all and 3 bathrooms which was ideal. The kitchen was big and with not much being open over the holidays made cooking for a large group managable, Rachel has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I had read about the squeeky floor but forgot to take some earplugs or earphones, probably would recommend but it certainly wouldnt put us off going back.The views from the house were amazing, unfortunately due to the weather we didn't see new years eve fireworks but guests managed to get some pictures of the northern lights and a great view of Snowdon. There is plenty to do in and around the area. The family are already talking about going back, they loved their stay so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house close to the town and close to the trekking spots. Really nice house for bigger group with Wifi, TVs, and big kitchen and common area. The hosts were responsive as well and we loved our stay.

Absolutely amazing house. We stayed with our 9 month old daughter, her grandparents and our 1 year old Labrador and still had plenty of room. Beach is 5-10 min walk away with a beach club pub to stop in on the way home for a beer! Beach is absolutely incredible. Overall perfect house for a family especially if you have a dog who loves a good run on the sand!

Thankyou for a lovdly stay. We felt very at home. All the amenities and great forvpur dog too. 10 mins if that to lovely beach and 10 mibs into town. Ideal base for exploration

Me and my family had an amazing stay over the new year. I went with my fiance and baby, my mum, my sister her husband and there 3 kids. It was truely perfect for what we needed. everyone had there own rooms and bathrooms for our own space then we had the open plan kitchen dinner and living room to spend time together. There so many little suprises in there property like the hidden snug. The outdoor areas are amazing with the hot tub. They really have thought of everything and were really thoughtful with all the welcome treats. I would truely recommend this place to anyone. Finally the communication was great. I recieved loads of information before i went and could contact the host easily while i was there. Thanks again for an amazing stay.
