This is a beautiful house with amazing volcano views from the bedrooms, the balcony and the front garden in Santa Cruz de Laguna. There are kayaks that you can use and a private dock. The weather was a bit mixed so we didn't go swimming (in the lake or the pool) but we lived using the kayaks. The house has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Atitlan. Nelson was very helpful and arranged a boat to bring us to the house when we arrived.

The place was simply stunning with breathtaking views. I absolutely loved how quiet the place was with private lake access. The host was very responsive and gave such great recommendations. Definitely recommend getting a rental car since it’s not right in town plus there’s a garage! I would love to come back.

Truly stunning home in an idyllic landscape. I love the raw connection to nature and expansive views of the lake. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive - a wonderful stay overall. Would recommend to others ands stay here again!

My friends and I had the best time at this airbnb. We loved it so much we wanted to spend all the time here. The space was more than enough for 9 of us. This place has so many amenities we felt like we had something to do all the time, especially the lake access in the backyard. We spent most of our time swimming in the lake and jumping from the pier. Also the heated swimming pool with a gorgeous view was perfect to relax after swimming in cold lake water. Adolfo was very helpful and responsive. Very grateful for salvador, rosa and bella for making us food and getting us anything we wanted from the town. They made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to be back here soon :)

Une des meilleures expériences Airbnb de notre vie. Le logement était encore mieux que la description et les photos pouvaient le laisser croire. La vue est incroyable. La terrasse est immense et bien aménagée. Nous y avons passé une grande part de notre temps. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Il y a aussi des sentiers de randonnée qui longent le lac de chaque côté et qui permettent de se rendre aux villages voisins. Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir pu y passer plus de temps! Merci pour tout.

Muy bonita casa, es obvio que por ser una casa con esa vista hermosa que la caracteriza, el tener que subir las gradas, es un tema normal. Mi carro se quedó en la calle, sin embargo, el lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro, además se ve el vehículo desde la propiedad.

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! Truly a tranquil oasis. After 2 weeks in another Pueblo on the lake, we treated ourselves to a stay at Casa Valdes. The kids were in heaven in the pool. The kitchen was so well stocked for cooking. Beds incredibly comfortable. Waking up to bird songs out the beautiful windows with breathtaking vistas was heavenly. The walk to the dock to catch a boat ride was easy. Walking up the hill to Santa Cruz was steep but straightforward. Don’t miss a meal at CEPAC in Santa Cruz. The only considerations, which PJ & Stewart outlined very well, is that you must think ahead about meal planning as you are not an easy walk to buy street food easily. Plan to bring provisions (we opted to stock the fridge with fresh tortillas, avocados, lime & salt along with mangos and papayas and were in heaven); make arrangements for Dominga to cook (delicious!) or plan a walk up the hill to CEPAC or a reservation down the dock at iguana perdida. We loved our stay so much!

Gorgeous Lake Atitlán Getaway Beautiful, spacious home with unbeatable views of the lake and volcanoes. Miguel, the guardian, was wonderful, and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend arranging for a chef if available—nearby dining options are limited. Be aware the home is not accessible by car; it’s about a 10-minute uphill walk, so pack light! There are people to assist with carrying luggage up the hill. The trail to the home is not lit, so a headlamp or flashlight is necessary if you are walking at night. Not ideal for those with mobility issues, but perfect for anyone seeking peace, nature, and stunning scenery.

We stayed at if not the best, one of the best locations in San Pedro. The airbnb has everything you might need. Also, the communication with Samuel was easy and effective. Would recommend 100%

We loved our stay! The hosts are very communicative and helpful. Check in instructions were clear and communicated well beforehand, and if any issues came up they were sorted immediately (we ran out of gas for the stove at one point, and it was fixed and replaced within 15 minutes!). The gardener was super nice and checked in on us regularly. The views are incredible and the house is comfortable. The wifi was strong and consistent for remote work. Definitely bring things from the supermarket prior to arrival so you don't have to boat back and forth. It's an eco house, so yes there are bugs, but nothing scary or that really impacted our experience. It's a really great spot if you're looking to escape!

The little house worked perfect for our weekend. It was simple. Quiet. Easy access to kayaks and the lake. There is not a view of the lake from the house, but we enjoyed the front porch and garden to okay games and relax. It was so quiet!

Gonna was an incredible host! When we arrived (which was earlier than check in), she allowed us to drop off our luggage while we went to go explore the lake and take a trip into Panajachel. The house was beautiful and whenever we needed something, sure enough, there was already printed instructions at the house for help. If we had any questions she was super attentive and responded in a timely manner. We used her recommended private driver, Erick, and he too was incredible. He accommodated all of us very nicely and even gave recs around the Lake and in Antigua. Overall an amazing experience.

Came with a group of 5 Freinds … the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Bbq area, pool, hammocks, very serene and the pier is close by … there are lots of stairs so be aware with luggage and walking. We had Claudia and her mother cook two nights for us and the food was amazing… I would have a list of items you will require so they get them for you since there isn’t a store nearby. You are definitely pretty remote. Boat is the easiest way to get around. I’d come back again and explore the other villages/towns nearby. San Juan was fun with lots of shops and coffee and chocolate factories

Es hat uns super gefallen! Wir wurden sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich von Christian und seiner Familie empfangen. Egal welche Frage wir hatten oder Hilfe benötigten, war er immer super schnell zu erreichen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, so dass man selber richtig kochen kann und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in San Pedro und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!

We loved the big deck on the roof top. We spent most of our time there eating our meals sipping evening drinks and morning coffee. The views are spectacular! There was a washing machine which was much appreciated. Its clean, comfortable and on 3 levels. Thank you for hosting us Laura we enjoyed our time in this place.

I totally recommend staying at this house, the sauna was great and also it was very peaceful since it’s a big house surrounded by nature. Everything was clean and Ricardo was always willing to help. Also the host and the co-host were very friendly and proactive willing to help with everything.

What an unforgettable place. This was truly a garden sanctuary! Sitting on the back porch enjoying the birdsong while looking out over the beautiful flowers/plants to see the lake and the volcano was truly peaceful. I enjoyed walking around the grounds taking pictures of all the flowers. The house had great ventilation and many screened windows to let the breeze through. All amenities listed were provided and the on location support person, Gabi, was a true gem. She met us at the dock and escorted us to the house. She was very easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations for local places to check out.
