The homestay is located in outskirts of main Udaipur City in a peaceful residential neighborhood. We had an entire GF consisting of 2 bedrooms with attached washrooms, Living room and Kitchen. It is very homely and spacious. Very well ventilated with cross ventilations through windows and doors. It is sparklingly clean and has very clean bathrooms. Washroom essentials available.There is a TV with OTT apps and a sound system. The living room and porch has a swing that is hit with our kid and seniors.The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and the host is prompt in meeting any special need. There is a Water purifier, dining table and refrigerator. There are breakfast options in vicinity, not too great but just ok. Lunch and Dinner options are available in main city only.There are good transport options - Uber, Auto and Bus very close to the homestay. The host has neatly provided contact numbers for grocery, shops and transport. Kids games, books and housekeeping help available.

The stay was really very good, the hospitality was excellent, one of the best airbnb experience we had. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Jyeshtha's cozy place ended up being the perfect fit and much more for my solo trip to Udaipur! My friends and I had originally booked the two units on the ground floor of the property, but because those units were undergoing renovations during the time of our stay, Jyeshtha called me and asked whether I would be comfortable with the two upper units instead and updated the listing so that I could see the photos. My friends got sick, so I ended up traveling on my own, and I absolutely loved the space! I had my own dressing room, courtyard, and en suite. Jyeshtha was most helpful in making recommendations for restaurants, tours, and shopping, and ensuring that I was comfortable touring the city on my own. Udaipur is a lovely city with lots to explore, and it is very accommodating to tourists. What I also loved and is very convenient about Jyeshtha's place is that she offers breakfast in the morning - a great way to start the day! A highly recommend, and will be back!

The hosts created this incredibly beautiful home in the heart of old town Udaipur very convenient for visits to palace and other sights and shopping in the old town markets. Everything is up to Western standard and the aesthetics is stunningly gorgeous! Wow The caretaker, Mr. Bhagwati and his wife speaks excellent English and was most helpful in coordinating everything, including transportation, booking of dinners and suggestions of sites to see. They even bought groceries for me to make food at home. It was lovely to have a functional kitchen and ample living room space to lounge in. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite and the terrace provided great view of the old city Neighborhood and sunny spots to relax in and have breakfast provided and made by the caretakers every morning ! It was great to have laundry facilities as well. We stayed 12 days in total and thoroughly enjoyed living in old town at Smiling sparrow ! Our stay at Sajjan Niwas with our extended family was excellent. The place has a peaceful location. All the rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. The sit outs, common areas and the swimming pool are tastefully designed and managed. They have a lovely terrace with a view of the lake and games room. The food was delicious and homely. Tripda and Dhananjay were very helpful and always available. They have created a very warm, welcoming and comfortable space for their guests.

Incredible stay in Udaipur! So many great things about this stay. We booked this stay for a corporate off-site. First, Mega is a superhost - she is extremely responsive and helpful from the beginning - from when we booked to when we arrived to throughout our stay. She even left us snacks and starters when we came in - so thoughtful! Second, the location is impeccable - in the heart of Udaipur, overlooking the beautiful lakes, everyone commented on how incredible the location was. It was very accessible to everything - all walkable. Third, the house & suites itself were amazing - the rooms were spotless clean, very modern yet well decorated with traditional Rajasthani feel. The beds were large & clean, and bathrooms as well. Each suite is very well designed. Fourth, the views and general feel of the place was incredible - the outdoor space, the balconies, etc - really allowed us to enjoy the full view and enjoy our trip to Udaipur! We loved our stay at Anahata Udaipur. Its homely and very comfortable. The decor is beautiful, art pieces, books, and architecture of the house is very well thought of and presented. Caretaker was there to help us when needed. Would definitely stay again 💯

Located a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it’s still well-connected, offering the best of both worlds. Our stay was incredibly pleasant and calming—exactly what we needed. The host was exceptionally humble and ensured we were comfortable, guiding us expertly on our Udaipur itinerary. Plus, their cute dog added an extra layer of warmth to our welcome. Everything in the house felt like it was straight out of Pinterest. The host was genuinely helpful and nice, making our experience even better. We had the most wonderful time at Astha and Heman’s place! The home is spacious and clean, with lots of natural light. It is centrally located with most attractions only a 5 to 10-minute ride away. The locality is fully residential so it’s quiet and safe. Astha and Heman were exceptional hosts—responsive, gracious and always ready to assist with any inquiries. A lovely experience!
