It was the best Airbnb stay so far I had. Host was amazing and very helpful. Just a message or call away if you need anything they are always there to help. Very beautiful location, you can see the entire valley from there, very peaceful and easily accessible from the main road. Every corner of this place is setup very beautifully. Neat and clean, available with all the amenities. Caretaker Lata is also very helpful. Must recommended place for anyone visiting Nainital. It is the best place for stay in Nainital.

Set in the beaitiful mountains of Bhowali is the place. My first interaction with Rahul Sir seemed so friendly that it had heightened my hopes and trust me i was not disappointed. Usually people think of staying in Nainital, but our decision to stay just 30 min. Away from nainital was absolutely right when this property made us mesmerized with scenic views and a beautiful maintained room. It was well kept, warm and welcoming. A highlight of this stay will be the opportunity to view Rashmi Mam's (Rahul Sir's wife) artwork. She possesses a similarly delightful personality. The careteaker and the cook Kavita Devi...all seems to be an extended family. You can come here again and again..because you can come with your friends, family, coleegaues and even alone...I am sure it would still be the same. Thank you for having us 🙏😊

Beautiful cottage with a pristine view of the Bhimtal lake. You can enjoy your morning coffee/tea with a clear lake view from the balcony or the garden and marvel at the stars in the night. The caretaker Pawan was very helpful, proactively reaching out to tell us about the cottage details and how to reach the cottage. He also helped us procure anything we needed. He also suggested a restaurant which could deliver food to the house. You can also hire a cook if you wat. The rooms are clean, spacious with 2 huge drawing rooms. Nothing fancy, but everything was maintained and as per the descriptions. The approach road is a bit tricky as the cottage is on top of a small hill, but Pawan helped us easily navigate to the house. Lots of eateries nearby, but you'll need to make a small trek up and down the hill or use a car. There is ample parking available at house. Definitely recommended for groups of 4-6 people looking for a relaxing vacation.

It’s a great place to stay. My parents recently visited Nainital for the first time, and their experience was exceptional, thanks to the hospitality they received. Mamta Ma’am went above and beyond to make their stay truly memorable. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, ensuring every aspect of their visit was comfortable and enjoyable. From offering personalized recommendations for local attractions to providing impeccable service, she made them feel welcome and cared for.

Great place for the group outing, by the road with river in front and Prashant was also really helpful. We ordered food prepared by the care takers and the price was also reasonable. We also used kitchen. If I have to pick one thing that can be improved was, as kitchen was also used by caretakers it was little bit cluttered at times. None the less we had a great time, Pari tal trek was awesome and will visit again definitely

The place is well maintained homelike. The surrounding is very peaceful, with a flowery garden. Host is very polite and helpful. Pet friendly, and good place for pets to chill in secured area. The home served food is very authentic, with a few good cafes nearby if needed. Overall great stay, for my pet Muchos(cat) too.

Avlokita's place is one of the quitest hills in the neighbourhood. There are enough mentions about carrying your own food including by the host herself so I will not cover that. Suffice to say if you plan your grocery shopping etc , there is no issue. We were there for a week and both the Kailash & Mamta were excellent at ensuring that all groceries needed for the meals were available and meals were delicious. It was so unbelievably quiet and peacefull. The loudest sounds where from the birds who thrive in the property and surroundings. It was raining while we were there and one of the most peacful sights is to wake up in the morning and see the clouds drifting while you are still in the bed. Electricity goes off if heavy rains are predicted but back up is good. Sat tal lake is a comfortable walk (took us 20 mins to go down & about 45 mins to come up) Both Avlokita and her mom were lovely. From directions, to reccommendations of things to do, to shopping they have it all covered

Our stay had been very good and will be memorable for a long time to come. Host was gentle, good and very responsive. The video of how to reach his place was shared with us well in advance which helped us reaching the place with quite ease. Home stay was beautiful, calm, with scenic views of serene Bhimtal lake from the first floor. All and all, the stay was worth every single penny. My best wishes for the host. Keep doing your best.
