This was the best apartment we have ever rented: it was beautiful, new, clean, warm, sunny, spacious, and everything was, if you can believe it, even better than on the pictures. The view from the house is amazing and so is the surroundings, a combination of a small alpine town, big shops right next door, and amazing nature right on your doorstep. What more would one want! The garage is very convenient (especially in the winter time) and everything works without any problems; all amenities, heating (we were there in the winter), dishwasher, etc. It also helps that the host is really friendly, easy, and responds to all questions very quickly. We have spent an amazing week in this house, we went on many walks, cooked, read, but also worked. All in all, we will definitely be back. <3

Overall the stay was perfect. The apartment is in a perfect location in Cividale and offers excellent quality of the equipment. The checkin was perfect and I got all needed facts. I look forward to come again very soon.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war groß und schön gelegen. Roberto war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Es war sehr gemütlich abends auf der Terrasse. Das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt. Allerdings ist der freie Strand an dem man seinen eigenen Schirm und Strandmuschel aufbauen darf, etwas weiter weg. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Die Anlage ist schön und sehr gepflegt, jeder hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz. An jedem Fenster sind Moskitonetze angebracht, was natürlich super ist. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt super und konnten uns schön entspannen :)

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Eduard. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt für mich und mein Team. Beste Grüße aus Deutschland

Apartma je zelo prostoren, lepo urejen in cist. Super terasa dostopna iz sobe in dnevne sobe/kuhinje…celi dan obsijana s soncem. Mirjam in Dimitrji sta zelo ustrezljiva in hitro odzivna.

Siamo stati ospiti nell’ appartamento da venerdì pomeriggio al martedì mattina . Stefania è una persona squisita gentile e disponibile. Appena arrivati ( anche molto in anticipo rispetto all orario del checkin) Stefania ci ha accolti nell’ appartamento spiegandoci al meglio possibile dato il poco tempo che aveva , e dandoci le indicazioni per tutto . Appartamento accogliente, un piccolo “ nido “ come viene nominato da lei , proprio corretto . Per una coppia è perfettamente perfetto !!! Cucina super , bagno super . Divano comodo soprattutto per non andare subito a coricarsi .. la prima notte è stato difficile abituarsi ma poi anche il letto è con il piumone ti senti al calduccio e rilassato .. Mezzi pubblici a pochi passi dall appartamento e comunque tranquillamente il centro è raggiungibile a piedi a 10/15 minuti .Impeccabile. Ottimo appartamento per chi si vuole fermare a Udine! In base ovviamente alle esigenze che uno ha (famiglia max 4p,solo coppia o singola persona ) Grazie

Wir haben Radivoje E Sara als großartige, sympathische Gastgeber erlebt, die immer schnell und verlässlich für uns da waren. Die Unterkunft ist äußerst geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Es gibt in der Nachbarschaft Lokale, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zum Zentrum ist es nur ein kurzer wunderschöner Spaziergang. Das Meer ist ganz nahe - was für Menschen wir uns, die aus einem Land ohne Meer kommen, eine besondere Bedeutung hat.

We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

Comfortable and well located apartment. The address is literally the same as the bus stop to reach ICTP, good for the visiting physicist. The gelateria downstairs was a big plus, better than most! The host was very easy to communicate with and the self-service check-in/check-out was convenient. I would stay here again gladly. The only small negatives are that parking is hard to find (not the fault of Sebastiano, of course). Also, be aware that the Trieste tourist tax is NOT included in the total price. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Très contente, du séjour dans cette appartement, très calme proche de la mer ,restaurant et magasins a proximité, place pour la voiture, c était parfait je recommande

Alloggio pulito, centrale e facilmente raggiungibile... Assolutamente consigliato

Super leilighet. Gangavstand til alt. Super vertinne som hjalp med shopping når flyselskapet hadde rotet bort bagasjen. Følte oss virkelig som hjemme. Anbefales.

Ottimo alloggio, molto pulito e ben arredato. Raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici facilmente. Abbiamo fatto self check in e out con estrema facilità xchè l'host è facilmente contattabile e gentile. Lo consigliamo senz'altro.

Wilma ci ha accolti con la proverbiale ospitalità Resiana a casa sua, come se fossimo di famiglia, è stata flessibile agli orari di check-in, cortese, accogliente e molto comunicativa. Anzi, ha fatto molto più di quello che ci si aspetta da un Host! Ci ha accolti anche prima del soggiorno per aiutarci a preparare delle cose per il carnevale a Resia! È stato un piacere conoscerla e torneremo sicuramente

Place is spacious, definitely one of its kind with jacuzzi and sauna/turkish bath on the rooftop. Could do with a little bit more care as the curtain on rooftop was ripped and the furniture was pretty dusty! We had a little issue at check in but it was promptly resolved by Riccardo who was also very communicative and responsive! Thank you

Appartamento ottimo, corrispondente alla descrizione (se non meglio), a due passi dal centro. Con garage e, con un po' di pazienza e fortuna, con parcheggio gratuito a due passi. Ambiente splendido con cucina super attrezzata. Un terrazzo magnifico con vista spettacolare sul centro città. Host professionale e piacevole. Super soddisfatti e stra consigliato.

Siamo stati davvero bene. Il posto è ideale per chi cerca relax lontano dalle città nelezzo della campagna, l'appartamento dove stavamo era estremamente spazioso e funzionale e non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema. i proprietari sono persone molto gradevoli che ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro completo agio venendoci anche incontro di alcune cose. piscina ambiente strepitoso tenuta molto pulita e ordinata. Consiglio vivamente di provare questo posto.

We are a family of 4 who spent a week at this wonderful apartment. It's huge, comfortable for up to 6 people, and well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. There are many board games, a nice terrace, a lovely garden and the best add-on to be surrounded by a friendly family, who lives in the neighbouring buildings and welcomes you as a good old friend or family member. We felt at home in this amazing place and would like to return. There's a nice pizzeria in 2 min walk, Tolmin is a 5 min drive with shops, restaurants, and the beautiful river Soca. I'm happy that I found Jasmina's apartment and highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable, clean place for the time of your adventures in the Soca Valley. Thank you for all, Jasmina! :)
