The property was perfectly clean, spatious and had everything we needed very well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful i would recommend to anyone.

Adunsak's place is a large guesthouse tucked away in a very peaceful yet convenient location north of Udon Thani city centre. Although there were only two of us, the property can easily accommodate six adults having one room with a double bed and two rooms, each with twin beds. There are three shower rooms, all with a toilet and hand basin, plus a kitchen, and dining and sitting areas. There is offroad parking for at least three cars and air conditioning in all bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay at Adunsak's place and hope to return one day. Recommended!

Thanaporn hat nicht nur eine besondere Beziehung zur kulniarischen Gestaltung von tollen Speisen. Auch Ihre besondere Liebe zu Blumen und Bepflanzung zeigt sich in den Details auch zu den Speisen im Restaurant, im Garten des Restaurants, in den Willkommens Grüssen im Appartement. Das über 2 Ebenen ansprechend gestaltete Appartement mit Goldfischteich auf dem grossen Dachbalkon bietet viel Besonderes, was über den Umstand hinweg hilft, dass wo in Thailand Bepflanzung ist, nachts auch Mücken sind. Das Appartement hat eine hervorragende Lage, durch den See und Park über die Strasse, mit toller Möglichkeit zu joggen, Rad zu fahren, was für seine Fitness in den Morgen- und Abendstunden zu tun.

On arrival everything was cleaned so well, the location was good not to far walking to UD food town. Fridge was very cool good working. Water cooker was like new and small things like liquid soap was available. Good host and nice area for many different activities for different people. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

This was a really comfortable place to stay. I was traveling alone but would easily accommodate 4 adults comfortably. The private wash machine for use for on site was a great plus. The home is a stand alone home, fenced in with locking security fencing. The kitchen was a nice break from having to go out for breakfast. There is a mini Big C, 7/11, and another grocery store all under 10 mins walk. Many food vendors in the area near those stores and other services such as affordable barber I used and a pharmacy. If returning I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would point out as caution is there are dogs roaming, especially after dark, and lots of barking in groups late into the evening. I still give this place 5 stars because that is to be expected staying in a neighborhood in Thailand and is out of the control of the host. The dogs are harmless, in fact some are friendly. But it may be a culture shock to some who live in countries with roaming dog and noise ordinances.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a long stay. Highly recommend staying here.
