Narendra sir's place was as described and had all the basic requirements. The cleanliness was up to the mark and he was always responsive. Would surely recommend this stay to everyone.

Saroja mam has been extremely helpful, kept communicating with us until we reached back Bangalore post our stay. Truly home feeling. The property is right close to the main road, easy to find. Property was pretty much clean when we reached with an option to prepare basic foods in the kitchen in case you need. It has got a terrace also in case you want to relax a bit. It has been a great stay in this property at Manipal and would be happy to recommend others Only 1 suggestion, if the kitchen utensils could be replaced with new ones (seems to be little old), then it would give more flexibilities to prepare some foods on need basis. The apartment is part of a very upscale apartment, it was easy to access and the security provided the keys- everything else was taken care of before hand by Sash and Mariam. The apartment was clean. I used the space for a quick overnight stopover in Manipal and for the price it beat getting hotel rooms for the 5 of us.

The house is very homely and good and it itself is in good community even though the house is in parking area and had a nice experience of this community. It was our 1st time experience to see such a kind of building. Even the host is very much clear in communication and responsive also.

We have stayed at this place for 2 nights. We were 4 adults and two children’s. The place is at an ideal location, easy to find out and having ample parking space as well. Restaurants like machali, Thimmappa all are nearby and you can reach the main tourist attraction easily from this place. We were rented out a car for our travel and i would highly recommend that option if you are travelling with your family.

It was a wonderful stay with a beautiful view of coconut trees right from the home. Most tourist attractions are nearby with minimal traffic, making it very convenient. The host and house help were exceptionally kind, attentive, and caring, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
