The place was really nice with a gorgeous view. Loved all the amenities at the place with really friendly hosts. One suggestion I have is that since the place is extremely humid, the host can plan to add another Ac in the living room so that it gets more comfortable to sit there. Overall the place is really amazing. Highly recommend the place for its view.

Fantastic hosts, serene, noise free, yet everything is accessible. Online food delivery takes just 10/15 minutes. We instantly connected to the place because of the green surroundings. I am coming back for sure, hope other visitors keep this place clean as it is now.

Property is located in a really nice place. Beach is just back door. Delta beach point is just 2 kms away. This place is apt for people who are willing to pay a little extra premium for a private setup. Host is very friendly and accommodative. Property is fairly new, clean and spacious. There is a caretaker family living next to the property who can cook home meals for you. Their food was excellent and healthy. Food can be ordered through swiggy as well, but takes about 70 mins to reach. All popular sight seeing places around udupi, kundapura are in close proximity from this place. Will recommend!

The property is a great find for people looking to spend time to relax in Udupi. The views from the apartment are outstanding and the interiors are very beautiful. The property is close by to all the attractions and all kind of amenities are available. The hosts very were responsive and helped with all our requests. They ensured that we had a comfortable stay. Edward organized a great stay for us specifically a great campfire at the evening time. We had a great time at the property - beautiful beach right in front!! Edward also took an interest in our itenirary. Hanumanthiah the helper at home deserves a mention - he made multiple teas and coffees for us and also Maggie. Overall was a great experience!

The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. We loved the garden area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was fantastic – just steps away from the shoreline, and close to charming local restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, breathtaking sunsets, and the convenience of having everything nearby. The staff Gangadhar and Yashodha was friendly and attentive, always available to help with any requests we had. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat by the sea, this villa is the ideal choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It was a wonderful stay with a beautiful view of coconut trees right from the home. Most tourist attractions are nearby with minimal traffic, making it very convenient. The host and house help were exceptionally kind, attentive, and caring, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The apartment is part of a very upscale apartment, it was easy to access and the security provided the keys- everything else was taken care of before hand by Sash and Mariam. The apartment was clean. I used the space for a quick overnight stopover in Manipal and for the price it beat getting hotel rooms for the 5 of us.

It was pleasurable stay and host was approachable and able to solve any issue. I would say ot was great hospitality and i would recommend pthers for it as well. Thanks Derick.

The house is very homely and good and it itself is in good community even though the house is in parking area and had a nice experience of this community. It was our 1st time experience to see such a kind of building. Even the host is very much clear in communication and responsive also.
