Amazing views and location. Good access to beaches and a host that arranges everything to your comfort. Modest facilities are present but at a place like this you pay for the access to pristine beaches and high quality home cooked food

Lovely location for the beach house, host made sure we had everything we needed and allowed a flexible checkin and checkout option. Bathrooms and kitchen could have been bigger but we managed alright with all facilities as advertised.

I was traveling with family and our stay was perfect. The house was clean and well maintained. We even found couple of peacocks in the compound early morning. Based on earlier reviews and photos, I was not sure whether the kitchen is functional - was glad to see that most of the basic utensils were available. It is around a kilometer from the beach, and autos are easily available. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet and convenient stay in Malpe.

Nice place to stay for family. Apartment is spacious and well maintained. Host and local watchman are friendly and available. Overall we had a great experience.

I recently stayed at this Stay . it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the shore, making it incredibly convenient for morning strolls and sunset views. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds was comfortable,The host was very welcoming, providing helpful local recommendations and ensuring a smooth check-in process. White noise is a Beautiful and peaceful beach house. Communicating with Mehaal was easy . Caretaker Sachin was available all the time . Dinner from a local restaurant was easy to order . Special brownie points for the wonderful tulunadu breakfast. A bedroom on the ground floor makes it easy for the senior citizens.Bath rooms and bed linens were clean . Can’t miss the majestic horse and peacocks roaming freely in the property . Overall ours was a pleasant and a happy stay .😊😊 I would highly recommend this beautiful place for friends or family outings .

The place was well maintained and neat. it was very homely and the table was set up well and ready for dinner, as we checked at about 7pm. Prathiksha and Mallika were very courteous and relatively easy to get in touch with for any small requests. All in all it was a neat and nice little weekend getaway.

We had a lovely stay over the weekend at Shettys river view farm. Although not directly on the river it’s just a few steps away from a rustic bridge from where we spent the full moon night looking at the river. The house is equipped with everything our large party needed to stay including lots of beddings, toileteries and other amenities. But, Besides all that, the star and highlight of our stay were the kind and ever smiling caretakers especially Jyothiakka. The place is maintained immaculately by them. She took care of every single need of ours ensuring that we have a memorable stay. The food her and husband made for us was fantastic. They are the real stars of this home stay and I would go back just for them. Thank you Jyothi and Sukesh!

The location of this property is just too good. You can literally hear the waves from your room! The beach is clean and without too much of a crowd. The place is very clean and well maintained. If you have a vehicle, then would be easier to go and find food joints since there are not many restaurants nearby. You will get very tasty home made food if you order. Vinaya was very responsive to our queries and gave a lot of recommendations to go about during our stay :) Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a calm and laid-back place to relax.

Host - Vinaya aunty and her family are so friendly and welcoming. She really helped my family as we were travelling with an infant so we needed to use the kitchen a lot and she gave us all the equipment we required. Aunty helped us and accommodated literally all of our requests very patiently. Location - Extremely beautiful ❤️ place. The beach nearby is very walkable. It is very clean and the surroundings are quiet. A beautiful getaway from the hustling city life. Truly relaxing. Food - many restaurants available on the highway. Grocery and vegetable shops are also closeby. Vinaya aunty also has contacts who can provide home cooked food for very reasonable prices. The food was very good too. Highly recommend the stay!
