What can I say about this amazing place? Accommodation – The rooms are cozy, clean, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect mix of comfort and rustic charm. You’ll immediately feel at home in this inviting space. Food – While delivery options are available, why settle for that when you can have delicious, hot, homemade meals made just for you? We ordered Fish Fry, Neer Dosa, Prawns Curry, and more, and every dish was absolutely mouthwatering. A huge thank you to Chef Aunty for her incredible cooking! For travelers with kids – The house is wonderfully spacious, making it ideal for families with children. The caretaker and everyone else were incredibly sweet to the kids, and they even had a playful cat to keep the little ones entertained. The beach – This beach is so peaceful! In March, we had the whole place to ourselves, with no crowds around. It was the perfect spot for relaxation and quiet walks by the shore. Our stay at Sun Sand Sea-esta was fantastic. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff ready to welcome us & explain how to operate the equipment & where everything was located. The property is beautifully organized with a stunning sea view, located right in front of the beach. We loved relaxing on the long balcony and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities. Our host, Priyanka, was exceptionally proactive, providing detailed instructions, tips, & necessary contacts for drivers and cooks well in advance. Her efforts made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As a family, we had a wonderful time over the two nights we stayed. The accommodation catered perfectly to all our needs. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Priyanka for being a gracious and attentive host. Her dedication to ensuring her guests have everything they need made our stay memorable. We highly recommend Sun Sand Sea-esta for a beautiful and relaxing beachside getaway.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. It feels very private, like home—peaceful and extremely beautiful. We really want to come back! There is still some scope for improvement, such as having white sheets, but that's very minor. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a stunning house that left me absolutely mesmerized. Situated in a serene neighborhood, this house seamlessly blends modern design with natural beauty. The exterior is a perfect balance of contemporary architecture and lush landscaping, creating an inviting and picturesque setting.

Beautiful clean house. We were 2 families (4 adults and 2 kids - 1 year old and 4 year old). It was essential for us to at least cook meals for the kids. So glad to have an almost functional and clean kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were kept clean and must say the balcony view was amazing! The beach is just 200 meters away for the apartment and it is almost like a private beach (just a handful of people and a clean beach). Sandeep’s (host) assistance was great, was really proactive with all our needs!
