Loved my stay at Sayoko’s place! The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet but just on the outskirts of a busy market street with everything you could ask for within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The space is also walkable to so many major train lines that it’s the perfect home base for getting anywhere in Tokyo with ease. Sayoko was kind and responsive, and has put a lot of heart into making her space accommodating. I would highly recommend, and will stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo!

Max really great host and I enjoyed stay there. Very near the station and Komagome Station is part of Yamanote line like basically you can go anywhere easy and effortlessly

Comfortably fitted 4 peopleLess than 5 minutes walk from Nippori station which is easily accessible to all the main locations such as Akihabara and Shibuya. Family Mart and 7/11 just down the street and a supermarket with fresh food and produce on the way as well. Also check out the 24/7 soba place across the road that always has a queue! The host was really responsive via the app and even waited to greet us at the reception when we arrived at 10pm. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was a perfect stay for me and my friends would recommend to anyone who wants to be around shinjuku without the the busy hustle of the city.

We will recommend this place to all our friends who are going to visit Japan. It is very nice and spacious (the latter is not so common in Japan), and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. Moreover, it is close to Nippori station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo and also very easy to get from the airport — on a convenient Skyliner train where you can fit with your suitcases or strollers without any hustle.

The apartment was very clean and easy to access. Tons of cozy izakaya around with supermarkets and convenience stores. With Komagome station of Yamanote line just nearby it is so easy to get to nearly every place in Tokyo. Sozo and Helen were super responsive and nice. Perfect experience!!!

Stayed one night with family of 5people. Very clean and convenient place to go anywhere esp. central Asakusa. Convenience store near by with 1min.

Beautiful amenities and staff were lovely! The room was large and very nice. close to public transport as well. Would highly recommend.

아이와 4인 가족 여행하기 너무 좋았어요. 엘레베이터 세탁기 드라이기 칫솔 일반 무인호텔이라 생각하시면 되요. 생긴지 얼마 안되서 쾌적했어요. 바로앞 세븐일레븐이 있어서 편했어요. 짐 보관 안되는건 어쩔수없는거라 그게 호텔에 비해 아쉬웠어요. 다시 오고 싶어요.

I had a great stay at Hostel Lund. It was in a great location and a short walk from the station. The place was clean, quiet, and the host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit Tokyo.

We had a nice time at Sakuras Apartment. Metro Station and supermarkets are only about 10 minutes walk. The apartment was really modern and clean, everything we needed was there. I can recommend the apartment!

Die Unterkunft war sehr toll. Die Lage war perfekt. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, aber Ikebukuro ist sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und die anderen Teile von Tokio sind von der Station Ikebukuro schnell und einfach erreichbar. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es mehrere 7/11 und Family Marts. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
