Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo. It was simple, clean, and cozy, and great value for money. The location was in a quiet residential neighborhood, but near great restaurants and the subway which can get you anywhere in the city. Check-in was very easy, and the host was so nice and responsive: we actually forgot a roll of film in the place, and the host got in contact with us and dropped off the roll of film at the next place we were staying in Tokyo, which was so kind of her! Highly recommend.

Usami es un pueblo pequeño con una playa surfer. El alojamiento tiene todo lo que hace falta. Hasta te prestan 2 bicicletas! Todo lo necesario está a distancia a pie, pero podés usar la bici para ir a Ito. Si querés ir más lejos, la estación de tren está a menos de 300 m. Excelente para quien desee una estancia tranquila fuera de la ciudad, pero al mismo tiempo cerca de ella, en un departamento de estilo japonés. Gracias Ben por todas las recomendaciones!

The service from the host is awesome. Super helpful and accommodating with my checking. Truly professional and his place was well-stocked with various supplies indicating he’s not cheap and he’s focused on providing us with what his Airbnb needs to function properly. The ONLY problem is the train tracks, though he clearly mentions this. The trains are very loud from about 5 AM to 12 AM and if you’re a light sleeper, this is gonna be a problem for you. It seems that two of the train lines even shake the bed as the trains go past. I generally sleep with headsets in and I listen to music so it’s not really a problem for me, but it was a little annoying sometimes. Other than that, though the places is awesome and it has a lot of character. I think it’s still worth staying in though, despite the trains.

This place is absolutely lovely. Taka was super friendly and efficient in his communication. We had to ask a few questions before and during our stay and he could not have been more helpful. The house was immaculate and very well stocked with all you might possibly need. Lovely thoughtful touches like cake and beer! We were glad we had a car as I don’t think there is much around within walking distance ( but I might be wrong?) I highly recommend staying here. You will have a lovely peacetime. Thank you Taka-San

This was my first time ever using Airbnb and I have to say it is an experience I’ll never forget. Juni was the most attentive, responsive, and friendliest host I could ask for. This was my first time traveling internationally and his advice and hospitality made me feel right at home. The price was unbeatable rivaling a capsule hotel while having an entire apartment to myself in a fantastic location close to a train station. If you’re debating on staying in a hotel or an Airbnb I highly recommend staying at K-Palace. Fantastic place, and a fantastic host!
