Житло сподобалось, зручне розташування, поруч є маркет і аптеки, до моря ходили пішки. Допомогли з парковкою. Квартира охайна, все нове і ідеально чисте. Рекомендую!

Преееечудове помешкання! Квартира охайна, з гарним та приємним ремонтом. Має 2 окремих кімнати з ліжком та розкладним диваном. Дуже чисті ванна та туалет. Є всі зручності на кухні, включаючи посуд, та вільний доступ до пральної машини з представленими господарями засобами для прання. Приємні види з вікна на двір з озелененням, що надає безмежного затишку оселі. Зручне розташування в тихому районі, що дає змогу гарно відпочити. В той же час — центр у пішій доступності до 30 хв, а зупинка громадського транспорту прям біля оселі, продуктивний магазин — у сусідньому дворі. Варта уваги купа рекреаційних зон в пішій зоні доступності — невеличкий ставок в 7 хв від дому, трохи далі — Дендропарк Дибовського та Снопківський парк, у інших напрямках — Стрийський парк, Львівський Ботанічний сад. Отако 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Чудові апартаменти для перебування в центрі Києва! Всі блага для піших прогулянок, зрочної та комфортної роботи і якісного відпочинку - як-от блекаут штори у спальні з скляними стінами. Є варіативність облаштувати всі зручності під себе! Від освітленості і температури - до вологості повітря. Бездоганний вид не залишить вас рівнодушними;)

A wonderful apartment with a fantastic view in a highly convenient location. It's within walking distance of the city center, numerous stores, restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores. The apartment was very clean and situated on the 8th floor, offering a great view without being too high to access during city-scheduled power outages.

Зручне розташування апартаментів- одна із величезних переваг) 2 хв і вже залізничний вокзал, 3 хв- станція метро. Окрім того в помешканні чисто та затишно. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Обовʼязково поселятимусь тут наступної подорожі

Wonderful stay in a fantastic location near the Opera and old town, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even accommodating a very early check-in, which I greatly appreciated, and extra requests like providing extra bedsheets. Check-in/out was seamless. Highly recommended! Definitely coming back here again 😊

Mila is an excellent host who is both helpful and courteous. The apartment is situated in a beautiful, quiet area in the heart of Podil. I always felt comfortable and safe there. I definitely recommend this place.

We did not actually stay at Dymitro's property. I have rented it as a means of sending some money to everyday Ukranians during this time of the Russian assault. Could you manage to do that also?

Замечательная, уютная, раскошная, волшебная и удобная квартира. С красивым зеленым садом и уютной верандой (на ней так замечательно было пить сваренный кофе)! В добавок к этим удобствам в комплекте идет настоящая СУПЕР-хозяйка. Все наши вопросы, запросы и капризы были оперативно решены. В следующий приезд во Львов остановимся здесь.

Stayed for 8 nights with my girlfriend. Excellent location. Right in the centre. Short walk to the Metro. Viktor was always very responsive when responding to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Staying at this Airbnb was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly welcoming, making sure everything was set up for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The space was clean, cozy, and in a great location—perfect for a traveler looking for comfort and convenience. Sadly, my time came to an end, and I had to vacate the premises—some might say I was evicted, but let’s just call it a “get out of town” moment! Jokes aside, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay, and I’d gladly return in the future.

This is the 3rd apartment we have rented from Dmitriy in Kyiv since 2021! He is a wonderful and extremely helpful host.. very responsive to any queries or problems. the apartment is fantastic … superb location.. close to supermarkets, restaurants, close walk to St Sophia’s, and other important landmarks. The apartment is very quiet, feels very secure- and close walking distance to 2 metro stations (for use in air raid alert if necessary). Also apartment has its own power supply for during power outages. Location is amazing and we really loved staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Great view, plenty of room and lovely and warm during winter. Couldn't fault it in any way.

Svitlana was a great host. Everything went as planned. She was always in contact to see how I was doing and if there was anything that I needed. When I come back in the summer hopefully when the war is over, I will look for this same property again. It was centralized within walking distance of everything in the city. Close to the river as well. A+++++
