Ula : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Köpeğimle beraber keyifle kaldım. Evde ihtiyacım olan her türlü eşya mevcuttu. Bahçeden rahatça girip çıktım. Otopark mevcuttu ama sokak da park etmeye uygundu.

Başundan sonuna sorunsuz bir konaklama oldu. Verilen tüm bilgi ve görseller gerçekte olduğu gibiydi. Ev temiz ve konumu çok güzeldi. Kalabalık gruplar için oldukça ferah bir ev. Bir daha kalmak ister miyim? Kesinlikle evet!

We very much appraciate our stay in this beautiful 1 bedroom apartments in a small condominium located in a walking distance to Marmaris historical center, port and bus station. The apratments are situated on a 2nd floor of a new building in a very private surroundings, with pine forest, the small and nice swimming pool and outside kitchen/barbeque area. The apartments were very clean nicely decorated and furnished, the kitchen was fully stoked. TV, AC, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and cloth washing machines are like new and works perfect. Nice and relaxing view from the balcony to the pool area and forest. Private parking is provided and very convinient. Definely will return back to this place next year. Highly recomment it.

Emren’s place was very well situated to everything and had the most gorgeous beach views. It was very well equipped with heating /AC, blockout blinds, soundproof doors in the front, kitchen and bathroom supplies etc. Emren was a wonderful host who was always responsive and friendly. We hope to return soon !

We had a wonderful week at Yonca's apartment. everything you would need was supplied and spotlessly clean also she responded quickly to communications and was only to pleased to help in any way, an excellent host. The view from the balcony is stunning and the staff in the cafe below were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning next year as everything was 5*****

Thanks to Ali for the great stay. Felt like home. There for just one night, we checked in late due to flight delays. Everything was great and the snacks from his wife were great where everyone was hungry. Would recommend thjs gem of a place in Dalaman.

I spend 2 nights in Akyaka at Tubas appartment. And I think the most special about the appartment is Tuba herself. She is such a nice and smart person and a really helpful host with good recommendations for food and drinks. She also helped me to plan my trip from the Airport Dalaman (Shuttle busses+ Taxi, quite easy and cheap) and made me feel like home from first moment - and also safe as I was traveling alone. The appartment itself is clean and welcoming, with a really comfortable bed. Its in a good and quite location about 15min walking distance to the beach and with restaurants and supermarkets around. The included kitchen has all basics, but I would not recommend it as an appartement for a longer vacation in which you want to spend lot of time in the appartement and prepare most meals by yourself. I would definitely recommend it for shorter stays as it is a really cosy place with a super host and therefore a good experience. Thanks a lot :) Appartement clean and welcoming, comfo

Konaklamamız tam anlamıyla huzur doluydu. Akçapınar un en güzel evlerinden biri ve ev sahibi herşeyi en ince detayına kadar düşünmüş. Temizlik konfor her açıdan mükemmeldi. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde tekrar kalmak isteyeceğimiz yer.

Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, temizdi ve ihtiyacımız olan her türlü mutfak eşyası vardı. Havuz çok keyifliydi. Evin tüm odaları klimalıydı. Çocuk için mama sandalyesi ve park yatak bile düşünülmüştü. Karşılamada bize portakal suyu sıkmışlar ve vedalaşırkende nazik bir el emeği hediyeleri oldu. Bu kadar ince detaylar ile karşılaşacağımızı düşünmezdik. Her şey çok güzeldi.

Her şey kusursuzdu, yolum tekrar düşerse yeniden konaklayacağım.

İlk defa villa tatili yapmama rağmen, bu kadar harika geçeceğini düşünmüyordum. Doğayla iç içe, sakin, şehrin gürültüsünden uzak, kafa dinlemek için harika bir yerdi. Kendi evimizden farksız, gezilebilecek yerlere çok yakın konumda bir yer. Şahin Bey'in yardımseverliği, ilgi alakası, sıcakkanlı davranması, her konuda yardımcı olması da harikaydı.

Sessiz ve sakin bir ortamda dinlenmek isteyenler için doğru bir tercih. 6 kişi rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Ücretsiz Wi-Fi erişimi dahil her türlü ihtiyaç düşünülmüş. Köy içi ve 3 km civarında bulunan fırın, market, restaurantlar gayet güzel olup Akyaka ve Marmaris'e oranla daha ekonomik. Havuz her sabah düzenli olarak temizlendi. Ev sahibi Ali Kaan Bey tüm sorularımıza ivedilikle dönüş yaptı. Son olarak, en yakın denize girme noktasının 13 km mesafede olması nedeniyle şahsi araç ile gelmek zaman tasarrufu sağlayacaktır.

Really enjoyable stay, accommodation exactly as described and this is by far my favourite complex in the area, air conditioning very modern and effective, WiFi connection excellent. Had everything we needed as 2 travelling. Thank you.

We had a fab few days at Karen’s place with beautiful views of Turunc bay. There were 7 of us and we felt there was just enough space, rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The free shuttle from Loryma to the beach and town was very useful. It doesn’t run all day so a bit of pre-planning is needed around the timings. The resort has enough on site facilities such as games room, gym and pool to stay busy on-site. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated so can feel chilly quickly, but it is clean, well kept and a good size for swimming lengths and casual swimming.

Прекрасные двухэтажные апартаменты, в красивом месте. До моря 10 минут пешком. Дом расположен в самой высокой точке района, поэтому с балкона открывается чудесный вид на городок и море. В доме было очень чисто, просто идеальная уборка. Хозяин Hakki был очень дружелюбен и всегда быстро отвечал на наши вопросы. В целом, мы отлично провели отпуск и очень благодарны хозяину Hakki за прекрасное жилье и сервис.

Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

Sabahları kuş sesleriyle uyanıyorsunuz ve sessizliği sayesinde kendinizle baş başa kalma fırsatı buluyorsunuz. Doğa, her sorunuza hızla yanıt veriyor ve her konuda destek oluyor. En kısa zamanda tekrar ziyaret etmeyi sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum. Doğa is kind, friendly, and exceptionally hospitable. She has thought of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay during your vacation. The house's location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the center. You wake up to the sound of birds in the peaceful surroundings, giving you the perfect chance to reflect and relax. Doğa responds quickly to any questions and is always helpful. I can't wait to visit again soon!
