The grandkids were not only allowed but welcomed in that there were toys and beach stuff there for them. We didn't need to take the portable cot as one was provided which was better and bigger than the portable one so made more room in the car. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect. Directly opposite a playground and the beach both of which we spent loads of time at. Found our new favourite picnic spot nearby, but the location will just have to be our secret. It was a very relaxing special place to be with our son and his family. Fluer also allowed our other son and his partner to visit.

Wir haben als Familie ein paar schöne Tage in diesem Traumhaus verbracht. Die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und der nahe Strand sind nicht zu übertreffen. Es lohnt sich früh aufzustehen, um den Sonnenaufgang und Delfine zu beobachten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

hi me and my family stayed at this property for a month, it was spacious for us guys , nothing was a problem, if i needed to no something, i messaged and they replied always replied, absolutely lovely neighbours aswell , which we got to no , all in all i would definitely recommend and would stay at this property again

We loved staying at Lynne’s house with our two teenagers. The location is superb with a gorgeous beach 8 minutes walk from the house and a generous deck overlooking the water for outdoor dining and reading. The rooms are really generous and comfortable, heaps of room for relaxing. So many great beaches to explore in this area and only a 15 minute drive to Batemans bay for groceries. Highly recommended for a relaxing, super low key beach holiday.

The booking was very last minute and Lynette was vey accomodating. Made the booking process very easy. The house presented very well, nice and clean and in an amazing location. Surpassed our expectations. Would highly recommend.

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Jenna and Joel were quick to respond. Provided us with clear instructions.They even did a refund for some minor inconvenience which was very sweet. We broke a glass & used some first aid, they were very kind & asked us if we’re are okay & didn’t care about refund. Place is very clean and open spacious . Multiple lounge & good sized kitchens with all necessary pots/pans/utensils are provided. We used washer & dryer quite a lot as we were 7ppl in living there. Plenty of washing detergent available to wash laundry. Decent size pool to relax with plenty of towels were provided & they also left us some complementary snacks and wine. The house sits very close to beach, 3minutes walk and you can access beach. Great place and beautiful neighbourhood with great host, fantastic place :)

A great stay at well described and viewed place, featuring all amenities. Huge living areas, very spacious for privacy or inclusions. Fantastic outdoor living area and dining, with excellent clean pool and surrounding garden area. Close to beach location and food options within walking distance. Would recommend and definitely book again.

Carmen is very responsive and makes things easy for us. This is our second time there and we will return. Everyone is relaxed the moment we walk in until we leave. It is spacious and clean on arrival. A great location to swim and take boat out for fishing and fun. Kids love the Beach House, we all love the Beach House. Thank you Carmen, much appreciate.

A fantastic stay with our visitors from the UK. The kids had the best time in the pool (the pics do not do it justice), very spacious and the outside space is so good it made us want to stay home and cook instead of going out (homemade pizzas), wanted to stay another night but was no availability so we will be back! We had a fantastic stay at this house in Bawley Point! It was perfect for our family of four—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The house was spotless on arrival, and we really appreciated Toby's flexibility with an early check-in. The pool was a great addition and kept at a lovely temperature, making it perfect for a relaxing swim. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free beach getaway!

Beautiful house with all the amenities provided. It is in a wonderful, tranquil position and it backs onto a well-maintained reserve surrounded by natural bushland. The gardens are terrific, and the outside entertainment area draws you out. Just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the company of others. The house presents beautifully, has a great central living / entertainment area and has pretty much everything you need. Johanna was a great host, communicating well and providing all the info we needed. This was our second visit and unlikely to be our last.

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—pristine, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly well-equipped. We loved the low-tox and natural cooking utensils and cleaning supplies, which was such a great touch. One of the best surprises was the little yoga/exercise studio, which made our stay even more special. It would have been perfect with a fan or aircon, especially for warmer days. The house itself had one aircon, and while the fans worked well, a portable fan or one on the deck/pool house would have made it even more comfortable. Aside from that, everything was perfect! The house had nearly everything we needed—just a mop would have been helpful, though all other cleaning supplies were provided. The location was fantastic, with easy walking access to the beach and local cafes. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend in a beautifully styled home with great amenities. We would absolutely love to stay again

My husband and I loved our stay here! Such a beautiful property and in a stunning location. Our dog loved the visits to the beach every afternoon too! The house is comfortable and very well appointed. Susan was so helpful with lots of recommendations, but honestly the house is so great you may not want to leave. We hope to come back!

Wherehavyabin, was a great house for a travelling group of adults. We all felt comfortable in the space, withplenty of room to sit around and chat, and room to stretch out when we needed to. House was well equipped with new appliances. Great location close to beach and shops. Will all agreed we would return again if available. 🤗

A well appointed place which has a good feel as soon as you enter. Very clean and everything in its place. Nice sea views in the distance with nice sunrises each morning. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This home is gorgeous. To see and hear the ocean is like a tonic. Completely secluded with well groomed gardens. The kitchen was well stocked, the barbecue one of the best we’ve used and the bed was so comfortable. The stars were breathtaking and during the day, the blue wrens were such a treat. Plenty of room for loads of people and wonderful for just us two. Totally recommend. A must stay.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Binda! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Kim had thoughtfully set up her home with comfort in mind. After mornings spent exploring rock pools and swimming at peaceful Garden Bay (just a short five-minute walk away), the practical outdoor shower and hose reel made cleaning up quick and easy. The well-stocked kitchen was genuinely useful, making meal preparation stress-free—a welcome upgrade from the usual rental setup. Despite the unexpectedly warm weather, we stayed comfortable thanks to the brand-new AC + nice ceiling fans in each bedroom. Reliable Wi-Fi was also a bonus, especially given the patchy mobile reception common along the coast. The location was perfect, close to Malua Bay shops, Bateman' Bay restaurants, and excellent pizza at Batehaven. We even had a friendly kookaburra regularly visiting from across the road! Kim is an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommended; we’ll be back for sure!
