Great place to stay! Looked just like the photos, but better. The host was super nice and communicative. So many great hikes nearby. Would definitely stay again :)

Chris' place was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Location is perfect, within easy distance of the beautiful Kingston waterfront and nice restaurants. The area is quiet at night and felt very safe. Check-in was smooth and we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Kingston.

I've stayed at few Air B&Bs in the area, and by far this my favorite! it was super clean spacious and comfortable! I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Such a lovely, welcoming and cozy home! We appreciated all the special touches - from having lights on when we came in, to impeccable cleanness, to the most comfortable bed with soft sheets, to all the lovely scents all around the house.. we felt so comfortable and welcomed like dear guest and left very happy and rested in the morning :)

Perfect place for our ski weekend! The space is super clean, bright and modern with everything we needed for a weekend -- super close to the slopes, and otherwise everything else you need in walking distance.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

Great place with lovely views!!! Beds were very comfy. I felt very refreshed after sleeping which I rarely feel at hotels/ airbnbs. Carl was very friendly and passionate about hospitality.

Danylo was an amazing host. Super responsive and kind. We were caught in some crazy winter weather and he was very communicative about how to navigate it. Sweet town, too! Overall, great spot.

A super clean, charming apartment with a very warm gas fireplace. The couch also converts into a bed. We especially loved the electric kettle and the gallon of spring water the host provided. Paul was a great host, and this house is minutes away from a hiking trail, which we enjoyed the next day. We had a great time!

Sheena was a fabulous host! We fell in love with the place as soon as we got in. Inside, it was modern, but kept a lot of it’s personality with the original doors and wood. My wife loved the layout and the way everything was setup. The bathroom was amazing. The bed was comfy. It was very close to the main streets with local shops and restaurants. Sheena was very accomodating and even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. My wife and I wanted to have a calm, quiet weekend getaway away from the city to explore Saugerties and everything it had to offer. My wife travels a lot and said that it was one of the best airbnbs she has stayed in so that’s saying a lot! We enjoyed every minute of our trip. We highly recommend visiting and staying here. Clean, spacious, and close to Belleyare. Dustin was very responsive and left clear instructions.

This place is great, and we had a wonderful time. The location is perfect to explore the area around New Paltz (or the town itself.) The apartment is spacious and well organized. It does not have a full kitchen, but with all the appliances provided, including a plug-in two-burner induction stove, we had no problems cooking all of our meals. The basketball hoop in the driveway was the highlight of the trip for my kids. Last but not least, the hosts are very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

My stay was truly delightful. While spring hadn't yet brought the garden to bloom, the interior entirely made up for it with a cozy atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful balance between cleanliness and the pleasingly maximalist design choices, like the William Morris wallpaper and carefully selected vintage decor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with soft linen sheets and the ideal firm mattress I prefer. Though I didn't have time to use the clawfoot tub, it looked incredibly inviting with well-placed candles. Communication with the host was seamless via messaging, and the location couldn't be better—just a very short walk to the main street with its charming antique shops and cafes. A perfect Kingston trip!

My husband and I took a couple days away from the city to stay at this lovely airbnb. We were touched by how thoughtful the hosts were in all of the extra details to our stay. It was extremely relaxing and homey. It is also nice that Newpaltz town is just a few minutes drive away, so it is a great balance of being "in the woods" and convenience. Fresh squeezed OJ in the sauna was 10/10!! Highly recommend!

Daniel is an incredible host and the space far exceeded any expectations. I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the bathroom was next level. Right at the base of belleayre mountain which is great for anyone looking to ski. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay here was an absolute delight. We spent several relaxing hours in the pool surrounded by a lovely garden and captivating water feature. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The rooms were big and comfortable. Bottled water was everywhere and the fridge was stocked with eggs and coffee. Rick was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The place itself is just the right distance from New Paltz to capture that “getting away from it all” feeling while also being close enough to easily pop into town for dinner and browsing the shops. The perfect antidote for anyone in search of a much-needed from the weekly grind (basically, everyone!) Highly recommended.

Louis' apartment was spotless and easy to get to. Louis gave us a lot of great recommendations and thorough instructions for everything. The apartment is located in an up and coming part of Kingston, next to trendy bars and most other amenities within a short drive. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub and exploring the Hudson Valley- we were very centrally located.

Perfect Snowboarding Getaway! I rented this lovely home for a weekend snowboarding trip, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from Belleayre, making it easy to hit the slopes. The home was exactly as described—cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of snowboarding. Carol was a fantastic host; she was very responsive to any inquiries, and the check-in process was seamless. I had no issues during my stay and can't think of any complaints. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay while enjoying winter sports. Will definitely be back!
