Julie's home is a great base for Catskills winter skiing. We were 4 adults/3 kids under 10 and there was plenty of space and sleeping options. Julie was SUPER responsive and took time to make sure our short stay was a pleasant experience. The home is well laid out with a large living room, plenty of comfortable seating and tons of games and books. Home was easy to find, we received 7 inches of snow the night we stayed and the roads were plowed early the next morning.

This place was a breath of fresh air. I've noticed a trend on AirBNB of rentals that are obviously flipped investment properties with no character and no evidence of life: this place is the opposite! Charming, comfortable, with hosts who actually know the area and live in the area. This is a great family option when visiting the surrounding Hudson Valley towns. I hope I can get back here soon!

Laurie and Brett's home is a lovely place to spend time with a family. We enjoyed the walking trail a few steps from the back of the house, the big and comfy family room, and large master bedroom. It's also just a few minutes from downtown New Paltz which is nice if you need anything or just want to run into town.

William was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The Airbnb was great just as it’s described. It’s a nice spot that feels secluded but is still close to nearby towns. I went up with some friends for the weekend and it’s not far from some nice hiking trails.

My friends and I had a great stay in Maureen’s cabin. It was so cozy and we felt right at home. Maureen’s communication was great, we had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend.

This is an absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space for 6 people. Highly recommend staying here if you’re a musician, the jam space was wonderful and fostered a lot of creativity!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Judy and Eric’s cottage! The space was cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable getaway. But what truly made this experience special was their incredible hospitality. A snowstorm hit during my stay, and Judy and Eric went above and beyond by allowing me to stay extra time to ensure I was safe. Their kindness and generosity truly made a difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The cottage itself is peaceful and charming, with a breathtaking view into the woods that made for the perfect escape. Waking up to that scenery was one of the highlights of my stay! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming retreat. Thank you, Judy and Eric—I will definitely be back!

Pack your bag{s} and groceries and get ready to ZEN out in this peaceful, quiet, cozy likkle cabin surrounded by nothing but nature. The gazebo which is only a few steps away is perfect for yoga and/or watching the sunset/sunrise… It is well lit at night! The host was absolutely amazing! Super helpful, friendly and provided so much information that was useful! I cannot wait to visit again and see what they do with the land! There is a Rail Trail hike to the right exiting the driveway that I absolutely loved walking. Almost forgot to mention: Prepare to be greeted by, Hudson 🐶 ! He comes out of no where! He runs like the speed of light! HE loves belly rubs!

We had a great time at Brynn's home. It is charming, very thoughtfully appointed, clean, and has tons of character. This is a unique home. Brynn was very responsive and thoughtful. She's a great host, and we would glady return.

I had an absolutely wonderful, peaceful, invigorating stay at Mark's place. The home was perfectly appointed, I felt a positive energy the moment I stepped on the property. My dog had plenty of room to roam as I sipped on a cup of coffee in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit in the backyard. Stunning attention to detail, every amenity you could imagine and many I hadn't considered prior to coming across another neatly affixed label or a helpful instruction. Mark is a true pro in terms of the AIRBNB experience and the home is the perfect wilderness getaway while just a few miles away from great restaurants and shops.

If your looking for a peaceful trip to the mountains, this place is perfect. It was private but 15-20 mins from a good restaurant and town. The Cabin feels spacious with a nicely designed floor plan. Loft, projector/music room was a good touch! Lots of great hikes in the area, bring crampons during winter months!! We would totally come back here in the future. The host(s) were responsive and helpful with tips from GPS use to pre downloading movies to play from your phone/projector. All cables and adapters were there already. Just bring good vibes, the rest is taken care of!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Stayed with my husband, brother in law and teen nephew for a short ski trip. Belleayre is close by- a 13 min drive and while it feels secluded There’s a Foodtown less than a mile down the road was very convenient. We cooked in for breakfast and dinner. The cabin was clean, tidy and we were provided with super detailed instructions for the home and sauna. The sauna—- what an experience! My only regret was not staying for another night and using the sauna more. Highly recommend!

It was lovely stay! We stayed close to 10 days and it was perfect to post up for a bit. Very thoughtfully stocked. Everything you needed but not cluttered. It is a short drive to wonderful hiking trails and so much other great stuff. The host was also so responsive and kind. Allowed us to borrow her Vitamix during our stay which was super generous. Highly recommend and great value!

Susan’s place was absolutely amazing! I grew up nearby but now live in busy SoCal. I love coming back to my roots and I couldnt have chosen a better place and host. We had one hiccup but Susan and her husband were onsite immediately. It was a bigger hiccup than expected but they handed it well and I am certain their next guests will love their property as much as we did. Such a cozy place and the most wonderful hosts I’ve ever met. Upstate NY has a special place in my heart and now Susan does as well.

The cabin at Mountaindale was perfect for a little getaway. Set back from the road with a very private yard, the cabin itself is very cozy and the perfect blend of modern design and creature comforts while still feeling completely immersed in a camping experience. Gotta say we also LOVED how many windows there are. Within 15 minutes of arriving we were able to spot a bald eagle perched in a tree! A drove of turkeys appeared outside the next morning. The pond is serene and gorgeous as well. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bathroom is beautiful, and the wood stove works very nicely. Also the hot tub was perfect for a good soak after a long day. Alex is an incredible host. Very helpful and responsive, and it's so clear that he cares about this property and wants to make it a special experience for his guests. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could! We will definitely be going back

The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and well put together. Great set up on multiple levels of the house with enough space for plenty of guests. Stuart was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back but not only was the house great but Stuart was such an amazing host.

Agatha’s place is clean, comfortable and spacious, nicely furnished and perfect for our needs while visiting the area. We wished we could stay longer. I accidentally switched off the furnace while hunting for a light switch and the host was very gracious about the incident that no doubt resulted in an expense. We would definitely recommend this place.😊

It was a very calming and pleasant experience. Apartment has everything you need: tucked away from the road and super close to a great restaurant, distillery, Minnewaska lake and Mohonk preserve. Yoga class was great and tub was private and clean. Would definitely recommend for a quiet retreat or romantic getaway.

A peaceful, comfortable getaway for our winter holiday weekend. Photos do not do the unit justice - large, airy spaces with very high ceilings and interesting antique decor. Beds were very comfortable. And my favorite part was the wood burning stove which our hosts stocked with firewood. We were surprised to also have access to a sauna - which was a massive treat! The unit is walking distance (~10-12 minutes) from restaurants and shops in the village, on a private, quiet road off of the main road. About a 7 min drive from Rhinecliff Station. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Rhinebeck!

We had a great weekend celebrating our parents anniversary. The house was plenty big for all of us and the grounds are beautiful. Nathan was quick to respond when we had trouble navigating the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

Liz was an excellent host and we had an incredible weekend. The hot tub with the view of the reservoir was so dreamy and the primary bedroom has a spectacular view. Woodstock center is only 7 mins away, filled with anything and everything you need for a fun weekend. I didn’t realize how close the house was to places on either side (one side belongs to Liz, mostly used for storage), but they have done an incredible job of making it feel when inside the house that you’re all alone in nature. We would love to come back and stay here!

We had such a wonderful stay at Yuris! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was proactive with all of their info and very helpful/responsive during our stay. Would love to return at a later date :)

Great stay at Mary’s place - very cosy. Loved all the added amenities and board games/vinyl record player. Great location for skiing at Belleayre. There really is very little road noise and any warning of it is unnecessary… it’s right next to the road which we actually appreciated incase there was snow it makes it easier to access Mary provides lots of extra amenities which was really nice - extra toiletries, coffee and snacks We’d come back
