We stayed as a family of 4, including a 1 year old and 3.5 year old. The place was extremely comfortable and had everything we would need for our stay. The kids enjoyed the playroom and kids room with lot of toys and books. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, cooking ware, and a high chair. Place could easily accommodate more people, very clean, comfy beds. Property manager was very responsive. Short drive to downtown area. Lastly, great outdoor area, we’d love to plan a trip there when warmer as well!

Traveled back to this area for several New Year’s celebrations. Extremely convenient to Buttermilk Falls Farms and nearby restaurants. Will stay here again in the future.

Scott's place was great. We were so relaxed and felt right at home. We will be going back which is the best compliment I can give an AirBnB. The views were beautiful!

It was the perfect getaway for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place was very neat and cozy. As a couple that loves to cook, the kitchen was amazing and made our weekend. They also had plenty of great games for us to be able to reconnect with one another. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive. We would come visit again!

Emily and Ryan are such great hosts and very accommodating! We had a sick 3 year old and we were able to stay one more night with no issues. The house is nice and cozy.

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

This is the first time a listing with "kid friendly" has truly fit the description! We have two littles and Neesha's home did not disappoint with safety guards, toys, books, games, crib and small beds. Everything was available down to the highchair, noise machines and monitors. Anyone who travels with kids can appreciate having all of these necessities available and ready to use. It's a whole suitcase less for the trip! The home itself is beautiful, pristine, spacious yet still very cozy. It felt like a quiet family retreat with our own jungle gym in the backyard and a fire pit for smores. The town of Kingston was not far away - we rode the Polar Express. And for more adventures, Woodstock is super close and has great shops and restaurants too. But we didn't have much desire to leave Neesha's home. We loved the chef's kitchen (fully equipped) and had many family meals in the dinning room. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Rene's place is wonderful. This is the second time we have stayed and our son stayed another time. It is very clean and well appointed. Rene is a very friendly, responsive host. We had a issue on our end about when we could arrive and Rene was very accommodating, more than he had to be. The apartment is also is in a good location, close to restaurants, cafes, etc. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

We stayed at Michele's quaint Poughkeepsie condo for two nights while our daughter was checking out Marist University. Fit our family of four perfectly. Beautifully decorated in antiques and art and felt like you were staying with a friend in the area. Whole place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need to cook. Michele even left some snacks for us when we arrived, which were invaluable after traveling all day and arriving super late with two hungry teens. Only downside is I didn't realize Poughkeepsie's downtown is not a thriving one. Most restaurants and shops are not nearby; they are scattered throughout the city (Check out Kelly's Bakery for sure!). Nice to have a car and there is easy free parking on the side of the house. There are a couple hotels in the area, but also not near much, so Michele's place was perfect as we were not looking for hotel vibes.

Perfect downtown Woodstock location! Just steps from excellent restaurants (Woodstock Pub, Silvia, Good Night), charming bars (Small Talk, Station), and countless boutique shops. The central spot also provides convenient access to surrounding areas like Phoenicia, Kingston, and Catskill. The dedicated parking spot, private entrance, straightforward check-in process, and responsive host communication made for a seamless stay. Would absolutely book again!

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

Highly recommend Kim’s place! She is an excellent and responsive host. Place is so cute and the hot tub is really a nice bonus. Great location - very close to both Kingston and New Paltz. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was my absolute favorite air bnb to date. it was just like having my own little apartment. you cannot beat the price to have your own full bathroom and kitchenette. it was so nice to cook for myself and not have to get takeout or eat frozen, microwavable stuff. The area is quiet and felt very safe. The bed was SO comfy! So was the couch. Lisa was very friendly, understanding, and responded super quickly. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again!

Henry and Jorge could not have been friendly and more accommodating! The location of their place was extremely easy to find and super convenient to Saugerties, Kingston, Catskill, Woodstock, etc. Their bed was super comfortable and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Apartment with a Helpful Host! I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb during my visit to New Paltz. From start to finish, everything about this experience was exceptional, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. First and foremost, our host, Ahava, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. She was always available to answer any questions we had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. It truly felt like having a personal concierge! The apartment itself was amazing, situated on a quiet street, and filled with sunlight. It was a short walk from downtown New Paltz with all of its restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Already thinking about when we get back up to the area, and will definitely be staying here again!

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at Michelle's apartment and we were both very happy with our experience. It is one of the cleanest Airbnb's I have stayed in and Michelle is a really responsive and thoughtful host. We would certainly stay here again!

We originally booked the cabin in Accord, but due to the extreme weather and cold the pipe frozen and we ran out of water but Matthew and Darla were quick to find a solution and move us to their other location in Kingston. It was not exactly the "in the woods" feeling we wanted but also we have 2 small kids so it was best to stay in Kingston and make sure we had all we needed for our stay. The communication was extremely good and quick, they were on top of everything. The place in Kingston is actually quite nice, it was quiet, close to the water and some nice places we love to go like Rosie and Half Moon donut. The house had everything we needed including kids plates, bowls, cuts, a high chair and GAME!!
