Had a great few nights at this cottage! It was an extremely peaceful location that made up the most perfect getaway for the weekend. Glenn was an amazing host, always checking to see how we were getting on! Definitely think I will be booking again :)

Our stay at Patrick's cottage in Donegal was absolutely amazing! The cottage itself is charming, cozy, and set in the most beautiful rural location—perfect for a peaceful getaway. Patrick was an exceptional host, always available whenever we needed anything. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—relaxing under the stars in total tranquillity was an unforgettable experience! We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true Donegal retreat!

Stayed for my sisters hen, Jackie and Nicola couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. We made changes multiple times and they didn’t mind at all they were so friendly. They gave me so many good recommendations and answered any questions I had quickly. It was brilliant to be able to book the cocktail class to come, it was great Nicola was so friendly and the cocktails were delish, maybe a third cocktail in the class would’ve been great just to fill out the time fully but it was lovely. I can’t fault the house it was lovely, hot tub was hot all evening when we were in and out. House was spotless and had everything we needed.

This place is just perfect and beautiful if you looking for a romantic weekend. So quiet and privet and the hot tub is a great bonus. Peter and Keith are a great host. The house is so clean and set up with everything what you need. We Looking forward to go back and recommended 100%.

Annette was so responsive and helpful. We booked the place last minute and she was still able to accommodate our arrival time. The house was in the most beautiful location with views as far as the eye could see. The cottage was so cosy and absolutely perfect for our chilled night away.

Die gemütliche Atmosphäre, der Kamin und der fantastische Spa-Bereich machen es zum perfekten Ort für ein romantisches Wochenende. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – absolute Empfehlung! Zudem war Ricky jederzeit erreichbar und hatte auf jede Frage eine schnelle Antwort, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

This is a beautiful home nestled in the Donegal hills. Superb location. Walking distance from the nearest little village, yet it feels like it's totally in the countryside. Mairead was totally invisible but instantly contactable if needed. Super host and beautiful home - will return at the first available opportunity.

If you do nothing else in Fanad Heads, stay at this location. WOW! Micheal was a fantastic responsive host to del with and Joan met us locally and then we followed her to the house where she took us on a tour explaining the history of the cottage (over 100 years old) and everything we need to know. Their passion is shown in the loving restoration of this cottage - reigning character but including some style and luxury. The views are to die for and the multiple sofas and arm chairs provide excellent viewing platforms. To top it off, they provided a welcome basket containing cereal, chips, eggs, breadsticks, chocolates and a freshly baked fruit scone cake - throw away the store bought ones! Very close to the lighthouse and Great Pollet Sea Arch. Our only regret is we had only booked on night.

A fantastic few days at the cosy cottage. The house was everything we wanted it to be. Spotlessly clean, bedding fantastic, kitchen and bathroom suited our needs. And the turf fire was the star of the show! Settling down for the evening with the fire, a glass of wine and watching a movie on Netflix, what more do you need?! Location is very close to the Assaranca waterfall and the Maghera beach/caves. Highly recommended. Thanks again!

Been to stay in Audrey's cottage several times and will always come back. Always a wonderful host. The cottage is absolutely perfect for a small family, super cosy and clean in one of the most beautiful villages in Sligo. Couldn't rate highly enough!

We had a great stay at Kathleen’s place, the house was beautiful and the view from the back garden was amazing. So peaceful. The house was very well equipped and spotless. We had our dog with us and the secure yard meant she could run round happy. Would definitely come back in the summer to make the best use of the patio area on lovely summers night. The wee extra touches of fresh flowers and all the fire materials to get the stove lit was great.

Lovely, relaxing place to stay. Quiet and out of the way but only a short drive to shops etc. Nice and clean with plenty of amenities. Warm, comfortable home with great shower and very comfortable bedding. Good cooking facilities with plenty of utensils. Very fast WiFi and large tv. Well worth the money.

Noreen was a great host and very friendly. Any questions we had before booking she was extremely approachable and gave great recommendations when we arrived. The location is absolutely beautiful, very rural which is what Donegal is all about. The views of the mountains whilst sitting at the table outside for a coffee was the view I needed after Christmas week. Ardara centre about 10 minute drive away with a vary of different bars and food places to tickle your needs. Will definitely consider booking again in future.

Best Airbnb stay we have had ! Catherine/Kevin were great at communicating all about the check in and they were super flexible. When we arrived they had a care package for us with cookies and wine and a frozen pizza and a bundle of turf The hot tub was as a great addition. 3 minute walk to the local pub with trad music and great food ! This place is a true gem - we are definitely going to come back !

This cottage was the perfect place for a chill weekend. It was quiet, cozy, warm, and in a beautiful area. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get some rest and get away from normal busy life. We had a great time and the nearby town Manorhamilton has some great spots for food.

This cottage was a great first holiday/break away for our young family. The house was so clean warm and tidy. Catherine the host was so very friendly and extremely responsive before during and after our stay. I highly recommend this cottage and when back in mayo we will be staying there again once it's available

Exceeded our expectations for sure. Enjoyed every minute. Host went out of her way to meet with us. Cottage did not lack anything. Area was quite and in the middle of nature.

I recently stayed at le petit cottage and it was a great stay. everything exceeded our expectations. the communication and information was a smooth process Tony provided all the information needed before we got there. the check in was a smooth process and hassle free, with clear instructions ahead of time. the home itself was super clean and cozy, looked like the pics and better, the beds were extremely comfortable and the house was nice and warm. the location was great was really close to the main street in killybegs. lovely view from the back garden. Tony was a great host, communication and friendly. I would recommend this stay, it's a great spot, comfortable, clean and well located. I would come back again

We are just back from a lovely couple of days stay at the cottage. It's quaint, cosy and in a peaceful location. The kitchen/living area with log burner were spotless as were the bedroom and bathroom both of which are a good size. The bath was very welcoming after a long days hike and the shower had great water pressure. Francis's directions were spot and so were her recommendations. We booked the Yellow Heifer for the first night, good food and atmosphere and went back the next day after a hike for the must have chicken wings and Guinness. Strandfield also great for vegetarian food and shop. I can definitely recommend Francis's cottage and hope to be back again.
