A beautiful property with magnificent views of the sunset across open fields. Easy to find and well positioned for visiting Windermere.

Thank you for the stay - we had a lovely time. Only thing to mention is the heating was a bit tricky (wouldn’t come on at all the second day). Otherwise, stay was lovely and the caravan was spotless and came with everything we needed. No WiFi (as far as I know) and limited phone signal but this is what we were looking for so no issues.

It is a cozy and lovely place located with a view of the lake. The hot tub was amazing as well. Communication with the host was great, and I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our time at the Teapot Cottage. The cottage was clean, modern and well decorated, and very close to the stunning Ennerdale Lake. We were impressed by the welcome basket, which was full of local cakes and breads! Though we didn’t use the pizza oven or barbecue, we did brave the hot tub (in December!) and it was well worth it. The cottage had everything we needed, and had a real cosy feel that was perfect for a Christmas break. We did have some issues with noise coming from the rental next door, however this was just bad luck. Lamissa was also very responsive and proactive, and did everything she could to address this. Overall, the Teapot Cottage is the perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing break (with a little bit of luxury!). We would definitely come back.

Great cottage for our family stay in Windermere, we couldn’t have asked for a better property and location. The property was really nice and clean, well resourced and set up with everything you could have needed during the stay. We made use of the complimentary leisure facilities for all the family. Great location with lots of bars, restaurants, choice of supermarkets and easy bus and train routes. We would love to return and carry on exploring the area using the cottage as our base.

We had a lovely long weekend staying at Seaview cottage. We arrived to a spotlessly clean & warm cottage & the welcome tea, coffee, biscuits & fresh milk was just what we needed after a long journey. The cottage is very cosy & has everything you need including a well equipped kitchen & comfy beds. Although directly on a road it was calm & peaceful as there was very little traffic & we slept really well. We enjoyed some great local walks and really enjoyed our stay. Ruth provided lots of helpful info & was a friendly host.

Really enjoyed staying here, the apartment was amazing and we really didnt want to leave. The hosts were really friendly and responsive to messages and absolutely loved the features in the room. We will definitely return! Thanks again :)
