We were really looking forward to our stay at Mariann’s cabin, and it did not disappoint! The cabin is absolutely beautiful. It is secluded, thoughtfully designed, and easy to get to. The star of the show is the stunning river that flows right behind the house. We could have spent all day everyday hanging out by the water. We had Ana amazing few days at the cabin and can’t wait to be back one day!

Our stay here was incredible. We booked for 4 people but this place could easily accommodate 8. The place was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed and more, with beautiful surroundings and a private and authentic feel. Things like extra towels, a pantry with some basic items like rice and pasta, food in the freezer and an easy to use washing machine and dryer really made us feel well looked after. We stayed when temperatures were between -10 and -18 Celsius but the house always felt cosy. The nearest Ski bus stop is a 7-10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket and ‘town’ area are a 25 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking then the location is fine but we opted to hire a car from the airport to use for our transfers which I would highly recommend. This made collecting ski hire, shopping and travelling to the different slopes much easier as there is lots of parking areas. 10/10 stay. I have already recommended to friends and family.

This beautiful home is located in Lunden about 300 meters from Lunden station. The Flam supermarkets, beach and train station are walkable as well. you can see a beautiful waterfall from the house. Pristine location. The house is spacious, good amenities and we had a memorable stay.

La maison est très agréable, calme et très chaleureuse. Nous étions dans un petit cocon. La vue sur le fjord est magnifique. Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit pour déconnecter. Merci à Torstein pour cet havre de paix. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Amazing views, very comfortable and roomy with ample storage for luggage and clothes. This was our favorite place we stayed during our trip to Norway. Our kids loved being able to jump into the fjord. I loved drinking my coffee on the upper patio in the morning. Wish we would’ve booked one more night there. Highly recommend.

Vi havde det hyggeligste ophold. Vi nød den private placering, den dejlige udsigt, roen i de norske fjelde og brændeovnen. Virkelig en dejlig hytte med veludstyret køkken og god stemning.

Espectacular apartamento muy buen equipado y a muy buen precio. Lo único que no nos gustó fue algún detalle de la limpieza y que la puerta principal no funcionaba bien. Igualmente el apartamento es muy bonito y repetiría estancia.

Flott leilighet på fin plass. God kommunikasjon med verten. Anbefales!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, alles wie beschrieben! 😊 Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Gunlaug ist für alles da und hilft.

Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende vert. Kommunikasjon gikk bra da jeg reserverte på vegne av mine kolleger. De hadde det koselig i leiligheten som var ren og godt utstyrt. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Evy war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass sie sich Gedanken macht, damit sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war super herzlich und unkompliziert – wir haben uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Natur zu genießen. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Evy von Herzen empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles, Evy!

A lovely, homely place to stay for the week. Very well equipped house, comfortable and the fire pits to sit round are lovely of an evening. Good access to the ski slopes with young children and the surrounding scenery is stunning. Susan couldn’t be more helpful with arrival information and practical advice and suggestions for the local area. Would love another holiday here. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

I think first time im giving 5 stars for everything. If it were possible, i’d never leave Torill’s home. Everything was perfect. I just hope i can stay again there :)

Loved the views over the fjord, great location for hiking Trolltunga and waterfalls!

The stay at May‘s place was fantastic. Stunning views, awesome house, great communication with the host. One of the best equipped accommodations I have ever stayed at. Lovely interior, spectacular outside and the bot house is a true gem. We had a great time and can highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay in Liv's family home. The location of the house is great, with a view of the fjord from the living room and from the (large) garden - even in the summer you could see part of the folgefonna glacier across the lake. Oystese and surrounding area offer plenty of things to do in summer: we went swimming (in the fjord, or indoors when it was raining), hiking, and we visited some very nice local points of interest (maritime museum, etc). The house is spacious and had everything we needed. You can tell Live and her family have invested significantly in the house and the garden. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and fresh raspberries from the garden. Our 2-year-old daughter loved the Moomin themed bedroom and all the available toys. Communication with Liv was smooth.
