The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti nel monolocale le balze, l'accoglienza di Valentina è stata impeccabile, host molto gentile, accogliente, precisa e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione. L'appartamento è nuovo, pulitissimo, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario, ha un piccolo giardino dove poter mangiare in tranquillità. La piscina a disposizione degli ospiti è molto bella , circondata da un giardino molto ben curato. Si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Perugia, Assisi, Spello e altre cittadine umbre. Soggiorno ottimo, consigliatissimo!

The cutest little apartment in Cortona with everything you need!! It is very close to the center of town, and has incredible views! Angelo was very helpful and responsive! We loved our stay here!

L’Host Nicola è molto disponibile. La casa si presenta nel centro del borgo di Castiglione. A 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il lago e nel centro ci sono trattorie e negozi con prodotti locali. Indicazioni chiare per check in e check out e accoglienza con cialde per caffè comprese nel prezzo

No other than Amazing! A hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. Never have we felt so truly welcome and almost part of the family from day 1. Stunning views from the apartment windows, beautiful and authentic furnitures and cool rooms in the tuscan heat. Many, many, many recommendations from the whole family!❤️

Claudio was very helpful making sure I found my way to the apartment and showing me everything. The place is well equipped with all that you need for a comfortable stay in Cortona. The apartment is right in the centre of this historic Etruscan city, and there is lots to see and explore. Cortona ha lots of history, but it is also surrounded by beautiful countryside and is also very lively with small shops, cafes, etc. It is on a steep hill, so you need to be fit. If you want to explore the region based in Cortona I would recommend that you hire a car because the public transport is quite sparse. There is lots or parking just outside of the city walls.

Estadia perfeita no coração de Assis! O apartamento está excelentemente localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Basílica de São Francisco e próximo ao estacionamento na Piazza Giovanni Paolo II. A acomodação foi recentemente renovada com muito bom gosto, mantendo o charme da casa histórica. Daniela e seu esposo Alessandro foram extremamente solícitos e gentis, fornecendo ótimas dicas de pontos turísticos imperdíveis e restaurantes que realmente valeram a pena. Recomendo fortemente e espero voltar em breve!

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno da Sonia e Alice, e come l’ultima volta mi sono trovata benissimo. Bagno e cucina pulitissimi, host molto gentili e ospitali e casa centralissima. Consiglio!

posto tranquillo sia per noi che per il nostro cane che ha fatto subito amicizia con i 2 cani dell'host (Bretta e Charly)❤️❤️❤️ , torneremo appena possibile!!!

L' appartamento di Marcus é in posizione perfetta, in pieno centro. Si trova al primo piano, due ampie camere da letto, cucina perfettamente attrezzata completa di forno e di lavastoviglie, bagno cieco, ma funzioale. Perugia si é rivelata una località perfetta, anche per visitare altre mete quali Assisi, Spoleto e dintorni. Marcus é stato sempre gentile e disponibile.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Carlo et sa famille. Ils sont très accueillant et possède un domaine magnifique, adapté aux enfants. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir. La maison est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. C'est une des meilleures locations que nous avons eu sur Airbnb. Je recommande fortement.

Valeu muito ter ficado no centro histórico de Perugia. Como fiquei 3 meses sempre tinha uma coisa ou outra que precisava do suporte e eles sempre responderam e tentaram ajudar da melhor forma possível. Para o verão, o ar condicionado não é muito eficiente. De resto ficamos satisfeitos.

We enjoyed 4 nights here and our stay was very nice. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and have some wine while sitting in the sun. We enjoyed the wine and chips left for us and appreciated the thoughtful gift. We had some wonderful meals in town and even attended a chorale concert in the church nearby. Like most Italian hill towns, this one has many charming but steep little roads and walkways but this is why we love Italy. We quickly grew to really enjoy Spello and staying in Manuela's place gave us easy access to all that we needed.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Il posto è esattamente come descritto se non meglio, lo stesso vale per gli host. La permanenza è stata piacevolissima. A 10 minuti d’auto da Gubbio, l’ageiturismo è un posto vivo ma molto tranquillo. Ottima cura degli interni ma anche di tutto l’esterno.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

Het was geweldig! Ilario is de perfecte gastheer, er zijn geweldige restaurants in de buurt en de omgeving is heerlijk rustig.

location molto carina... raggiungibile per quanto riguarda le località turistiche Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. consigliamo vivamente per chi voglia passare un weekend in assoluta tranquillità per non dire poi della piscina a completa disposizione. consiglio vivamente per chi voglia passare uno splendido weekend Grazie ancora prenderemo in considerazione nel caso in cui volessimo ritornarci.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.
