Ombrie : locations de vacances avec accès à un lac

Tutto super!!! Alessandra è stata molto gentile e attenta nei nostri confronti. La casa si trova a 2 passi dal lago, dove puoi godere di una bellissima vista. Ottimo per un weekend in famiglia o con amici !! Ve la consiglio vivamente 😊😊

Un airbnb très spécial, type refuge, dans lequel j'ai adoré séjourner cet hiver. Les couchers de soleil au bord du lac sont stupéfiants de beauté. Et la localisation véritablement intéressante, permettant aussi bien de visiter l'Ombrie que la Toscane. Un grand merci à Mario de proposer ce logement sur airbnb, j'espère revenir !

Anna is an exceptional host making you feel so very welcome. She and Sergio provided us with information and recommendations which we enjoyed. The village is magical overlooking the Tiber River there are lovely walking trails . It is uniquely located to explore the treasures of this area. The home is clean , comfortable and is the most well equipped home we have stayed at during our travel . So appreciated her thoughtfulness to every detail. We only wish we could have stayed longer . Grazie Anna hope to return and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr schön! Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Abend gereinigt. Obwohl man sich den Pool mit drei weiteren Wohnungen teilt, war es immer sehr ruhig und angenehm in der Unterkunft. Unser Highlight war außerdem der Pizzaofen mit dem wir sehr leckere frische Pizza gemacht haben!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Sonia war sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Eine schöne Überraschung war das kleine willkommenspaket, dass hat uns sehr gefreut! Das Haus ist wirklich toll und hat alles was man braucht! Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem, was nicht in jedem Airbnb der Fall ist. Die Straße ist schon recht laut aber das sollte einem bewusst sein, uns hat es nicht gestört und der Ausblick auf den See war einfach toll! Draußen gibt es genügend Sitzgelegenheiten um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Mit Hunden ist das Grundstück wirklich ideal, man kann sie einfach in den Garten lassen ohne viel aufzupassen. Danke das wir die Woche hier verbringen konnten.

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.

La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Inoltre, è perfetta anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli: c'è spazio a sufficienza per giocare in sicurezza e l'ambiente è accogliente. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissima!

Io e miei amici abbiamo passato un rilassate weekend in questo bellissimo pezzo di campagna umbra. La piscina e il paesaggio tutt’intorno sono spettacolari! Claudia e Stefano hanno fatto in modo di accomodare ogni nostra richiesta. Grazie mille per questo bel weekend!

We had the most amazing two weeks in Luca's gem of an countryside apartment. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, and is located in the most stunning valley. Luca and his family was very friendly, would always help is with any questions we had and gave us really good reccomandations of the area. We really enjoyed our time there.

We loved our stay at then convent. It was truely special to be staying in such an old building. The apartment was well laid out and had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking. The grounds were beautiful. Our boys loved exploring the garden and swimming in the pool (even at the end of September!). The perfect place for us to relax and unwind.

Μέσα σε ένα μυθοπλαστικό μεσαιωνικό περιβάλλον με το κάστρο του Αρρονε να υψώνετε πίσω μας , την πρωινή ομίχλη να μας υποβάλλει δραματικά ζήσαμε στιγμές εξαιρετικέ και αξέχαστες . Με σημείο διαμονής το διαμέρισμα πραγματοποιήσαμε εξαίσιες διαδρομές στην απίστευτη φύση παραποτάμιες στο Νέρα ποταμό’, επισκεφτήκαμε με μακρινές πεζοπορίες στο βουνό για Μοντελουκο , το Σπολετο , τους καταρράκτες του Μαρμορε , τη λίμνη Πιεδι Λουκο , το Σπελο και αφήσαμε το δωμάτιο για να πάμε Ασσίζη . Διαμονή απίστευτα ήσυχη με εξαιρετικά εστιατόρια μπαρ καφέ στην περιοχή . Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενής επεξηγήματικος παρών μέσω τηλεφωνικής επαφής οποιαδήποτε στιγμή μας ήταν χρήσιμος και για θέματα άσχετα με την διαμονή και το διαμέρισμα αλλά πολύ σημαντικά για την ποιότητα των διακοπών μας και την ευκολία των μετακινήσεων μας .

Beautiful location, great hosts. We loved the lake views from the yard, and the breakfast table & cozy reading chairs were perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The place was clean and comfortable, and Manuela & family were welcoming. Would love to visit again!

The palazzo, both sprawling and cozy, well exceeded our expectations! Alessandro and his parents could not have been more helpful hosts, and we felt truly welcome during our stay in Orvieto. Located in the city center, it was a short and lively walk to the Duomo and other spectacular points of interests. Alessandro was kind enough to recommend a few wonderful places to eat as well, even offering to make reservations! I would absolutely stay here again, for a longer duration of time, if possible, and cannot recommend this fairy tale accommodation highly enough - it made our time in Orvieto most memorable!

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Wir hatten eine wunderbar entspannte Woche an diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde. Große Freiheit, dank Zaun, für unseren Hund, Sonne, Pool und alles was man braucht für uns! Wer die Ruhe in der Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Vielen lieben Dank an Andrea und Barbara, ganz entzückende und aufmerksame Gastgeber! 💕

Diederik en Martine zijn heel aangename hosts! Geen vraag is hun teveel en heel snel krijg je antwoord. Het huisje ligt in een natuurgebied waar het rustig en stil verblijven is. Wie graag 's avonds nog café's of bars wil bezoeken moet de wagen nemen want in de onmiddellijke omgeving is weinig te beleven. Wél kan je wat hoger de berg oprijden en iets lekker eten bij La Baita di Montarale. De Italiaanse uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijk. Aanrader! In de woning is alle comfort aanwezig: gasvuur,vaatwasser,koelkast met vriesvak, douche,bad,beddengoed,zelfs zeep en shampoo! Buiten kan je gebruik maken van de BBQ, de gezellige zitplaats én niet te vergeten het zwembad. Wekelijks komt iemand langs voor onderhoud. Natuurgebied dus ook heel wat dieren en kriebelbeestjes (insecten). Dagelijks hebben we schorpioentjes gespot (die ook wel al eens binnenshuis opdoken) wat eerst wat schrikken was maar uiteindelijk wel went...ze zijn onschuldig en nuttig. Wij hebben in elk geval genoten van onze vakantie in Casa Lavanda!!

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich inmitten eines Pferdehofs mit vielen Bäumen drum herum. Unser Hund hat den eingezäunten und eigenen Garten geliebt. Sehr erholsam und gerne wieder.
