Ombrie : locations de vacances dans des gîtes écologiques

Ein Träumchen 🏡 - ein ganz besonderer Ort weit oben im Berg, über eine gut passierbare unasphaltierte Straße erreichbar. Der Blick über Umbrien ist fantastisch. Wenn man mal aus dem Alltag aussteigen will, ist man oben in der Casetta nel Bosco genau richtig: ob Hängematte im großen Garten, Terrasse, Pool oder in der wundervoll eingerichteten Wohnung - entspannen lässt es sich an jedem Fleck. Der Pool ist lang (15m) und somit richtig gut zum Schwimmen, aber auch die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß beim Tauchen, da er zur Hälfte auch bis 2.50 m tief ist. Die Wohnung hat ihren ganz eigenen Charme, verspielt, bunt und doch klar, es ist alles in der Küche vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Gerhard versorgt seine Gäste am Anfang mit Grundzutaten für ein selbstverantwortliches Frühstück, eine tolle Idee👌, außerdem gab es immer frischen Basilikum aus dem Garten. Da er selbst mit auf dem Grundstück lebt, ist Gerhard jederzeit erreichbar, aber niemals aufdringlich. Sehr empfehlenswert💛

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf bij Gerhard in huisje Alba. Het huis is prachtig gebouwd en zeer smaakvol ingericht. Ook een heel complete keukeninrichting, je krijgt daar vanzelf zin om te koken. Het terras heeft een magnifiek uitzicht, daar wil je eigenlijk niet meer weg. Ook bij wat minder weer is het erg prettig vertoeven in Alba, het huisje heeft een uitnodigende en prettige sfeer. De bedden zijn goed. Het zwembad is heerlijk, met wederom een schitterend uitzicht. Gastheer Gerhard stelt je erg op je gemak en staat steeds voor je klaar. Kortom: een heel fijne plek in het prachtige Umbrie. Wij komen hier graag nog een keer terug.

Notre séjour dans la maison était fantastique! La propreté et l'hygiène était au rendez-vous et les photos correspondaient tout à fait à la réalité. Les hôtes étaient extrêmement attentionnés et généreux envers nous sans parler de leur disponibilité en continu. Nous recommandons cette emplacement à quiconque cherchant un peu de tranquillité en famille ou en couple! Aucuns point négatifs n'est à relevé, notre séjour a largement dépassé nos attentes! Un grand merci!

Fantastic location with many beautiful sights in the surroundings. Very warm people who are always ready to give you a wonderful experience and a warm welcome. We love coming back here; Italy at its best.

La maison est vraiment très agréable et idéalement située pour des visites en Ombrie ou en Toscane. Le jardin, la piscine et la vue sont très appréciés. Nous etions 5 dans un appartement à l'étage, assez petit mais fonctionnel et très propre. L'accueil est familial et extrêmement sympathique, merci pour la soirée pasta du mercredi :)

The perfect accommodation for our family including 3 children aged 12, 4 and 4 months. The apartment was really well equipped with everything we needed and a BBQ downstairs which we could use. The pool was spotless and we had our own designated space to use and we were lucky to have an apartment with a view over the hills where we could sit and watch the sunset. Our hosts were so helpful, always responsive with tips on restaurants or local information. On our 2nd night, our hosts made a gorgeous meal for all guests to enjoy together which we loved and all the children were able to play together, it was a great night including fireworks and karaoke. There were several supermarket and restaurant options within a short drive.

Super, genau wie beschrieben, sehr sehr ruhig, perfekt für Erholung. Geländegängiges Fahrzeug bevorzugen, die letzten 4 km sind Schotterstraße (schafft man aber auch mit einem normalen VW Golf ;) ). Alles in allem top 🙌

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

Simply amazing place to stay. Unique and incredibly beautiful view, very comfortable bed and tastefully decorated space. Giulio was great to deal with, always responsive and helpful. The breakfast served was delicious and plentiful. The restaurant at the property was really good with great food and well thought through menu. Sadly we couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold in early October, but we’d love to come back and enjoy it! The road to the property can be a bit intimidating, but it’s well worth it, given how wonderful the place is. Overall highly recommend!
