Our stay in Orvieto was wonderful! The BnB was very nice and clean, and in a great area. Host was responsive and flexible with check in/out which was great. we had a lovely stay- easy check in and a perfect apartment to spend just one night or a few in! The apartment is true to the pictures, exactly as advertised.

Soggiorno incredibile, ha reso il nostro anniversario indimenticabile. L’alloggio era molto bello, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort, situato in una zona molto tranquilla nel verde, davvero spettacolare! I proprietari sono due persone piacevoli, molto disponibili, accoglienti e pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza, ci hanno fatti sentire come a casa! Abbiamo usufruito della zona relax, dotata di una sauna privata, pulita e curata nei dettagli (a disposizione asciugamani, accappatoi e ciabattine) e di una vasca idromassaggio spaziale, l’acqua era ben riscaldata (temperatura perfetta, a mio parere) e il proprietario, Gigi, è stato così carino da organizzare un aperitivo a bordo vasca con spumante e stuzzichini. Direi tutto molto perfetto per la nostra occasione. Posto che porterò sicuramente nel cuore, in cui tornerei volentieri! Grazie 🥰

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Siamo stati divinamente da Vittoria e Renzo! L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, con un design elegante e raffinato. Tutto era perfettamente pulito e accogliente, creando un’atmosfera rilassante e piacevole. Inoltre, ci hanno accolti con una deliziosa sorpresa: una buonissima crostata artiginale per la merenda, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare qui, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a nostro agio fin dal primo momento. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Grazie di cuore per questa splendida esperienza.

Remarkable space, very unique and historically fascinating..extremely attentive host, gave delicious breakfast one morning. Andrea was so kind and passionate about the space and making sure we were comfortable. Would recommend to anyone searching for a unique experience in this amazing location in Perugia.

This was a magnificent stay. The house is possibly in the best location in Orvieto. No stairs and right next to the Duomo. I highly suggest you stay here right away!Barbara is also perhaps the best and sweetest host we have ever met. The house is so beautiful, and thoughtful with everything inside. Do yourself a favor and book now! The restaurant just 15 steps away is absolutely incredible.

Het was geweldig! Ilario is de perfecte gastheer, er zijn geweldige restaurants in de buurt en de omgeving is heerlijk rustig.

Marco’s place is more beautiful than the pictures! He and Monica greeted us and showed us around. They are extremely thoughtful. The location is perfect. It was a great vacation!

When we first drove uphill through the beautiful green countryside and reached Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and Bourbon Palace, we were amazed by the breathtaking views and the charm of the ancient castle. The comfortable apartment is located on top of the castle with a view of the mountains. You can take a time out in the sauna area and then relax by the fireplace in the spacious and cozy living room. Everything was perfect. You can feel the special care for details. The location is incredible. The ancient architecture of the village and castle will make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. This is the place for a romantic time out in the middle of beautiful nature. You can take a deep breath and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains and the woods. Filippo and Silvia are the most thoughtful and fun hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and had excellent recommendations. Many thanks to Filippo and Silvia for such a wonderful time! Wir haben ingesamt 8 Tage auf dem Anwesen von Mateo verbracht und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich idyllisch - ein toller, ruhiger Ort um sich zu entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde zwischendurch sogar gereinigt. Auch die Pool-Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Restaurants und Supermärkte können innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto/Fahrrad erreicht werden. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

A beautiful villa on a mountain in Umbria overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The pictures don't do the picturesque view justice. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing in the spa downstairs was a much needed treat after our fast paced traveling in the busy cities of Italy. Communication with Letizia was seamless. She helped set up a complimentary tour of the company's olive oil production. Would stay again!

nicht nur ist die landschaft ein wahrer traum, sondern auch das haus war so herzig und heimelig. wir wurden so herzlich und warm von unserem gastgeber aufgenommen und hatten eine wundervolle zeit. sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die sich mal eine woche lang entspannen wollen :)

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Consigliamo vivamente la tenuta di Peter, un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. La casa è dotata di tutti I comfort ed è circondata da meravigliosi giardini e laghetti.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unserer Freundesgruppe im Haus von Aldo und seinem Sohn. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Mit der Sauna und dem großen Pool im Garten gibt es kaum einen Grund das Haus zu verlassen. Und falls man doch mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind gute Eisdielen und schöne kleine Städtchen, wie Cortona, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Danke für diese wundervolle, entspannte Woche!

The location is beautiful and extremely peaceful. Antonio has taken great care to provide every possible amenity including a sauna, cooling pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor grill and so forth. Inside he has generously offered complimentary champagne, luxury quality olive oil and bathroom amenities one expects from a five star hotel. Regrettably, for personal reasons, we had to leave after only one day but would have loved to stay for longer.
