The most wonderful place to be! Just perfect from every single angle, the accommodations were Five Star Hotel quality, the grounds are beautiful and very well kept ! (I loved the smell of lavender and mint when we took breakfast on the terrace and the gardener happened to work near us... such a wonderful madeleine de Proust!) , the food was delicious, the views were breathtaking but sincerely the best of all was Giulio and his team (including Twist whom my daughters fell in love with!). We were made to feel at home, the best concierge in the best hotel could not have done better. I have read the comments and I agree: we feel as if Giulio was our friend and the staff too! We are already booking for next summer! (Tip: there is a wonderful little trail in the woods behind the houses perfect for a morning trek!). Please do visit Giulio, who deserves all the success in the world!

The place is wonderful: a great breakfast served fresh every morning, a beautifully restored mill with comfortable bedrooms with all the amenities you might want. And more than anything, to wake up every morning among the singing birds just below the beautiful city of Assisi is a memory that’ll stay with you long past you leave. Incredible stay!

Buongiorno. The place is gorgeous and was perfect for me and my family. Beautiful surroundings, closed to Todi and other beautiful borghi of Umbria. We loved the place, peaceful and clean, with everything that we needed. We saw even a fox, Peanut, who is coming to visit Maurizio every evening. And in one evening we took dinner and was very pleasant and tasteful, grazie mille Daniele. I hope we'll return one day. Ciao.

A great apartment only 5 minutes from the train station. It was clean and spacious and we had everything we needed.

We just loved our stay at Antichi Casali Di Charme. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean while the rustic exterior has great charm. The service was excellent; includes a daily room clean and a lunch/bar menu should you wish to lounge at the property for the day. The pool is simply stunning and perfect temp on a hot day with unmatchable views. The grounds of the properly are well manicured and tastefully furnished throughout the lounge/dining zones. The host Georgia looked after us so well during our stay. It was nice to speak with a local passionate about the work they do in wine and olive oil. Breakfast is a beautiful selection of house made cakes, breads, condiments and pastries all of which are impossible to resist. The dinner on offer is a must- it was a highlight of produce from the region and made with great care and attention to detail, and can be enjoyed in the serene setting. Overall we couldn’t fault our experience and we look forward to visiting again one day.

Che dire... abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e ci è sembrato di stare in un vero paradiso! La suite era bellissima e impeccabilmente pulita. All'interno tutto quello che serviva, dalla macchinetta del caffè (con cialde offerte da loro), alla lucina per la notte, al bollitore con tante tisane. La colazione del mattino, sia dolce che salata, preparata con cura. Il giardino meraviglioso, molto curato e con tantissimi tipi di piante. La piscina pulitissima e molto piacevole. L'host di una gentilezza e una disponibilità che davvero ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Siamo stati consigliati su cosa vedere e dove mangiare in zona egregiamente. Grazie di tutto! Torneremo presto!

Dormire in un’abbazia medievale è già di per sé un’emozione unica, come le recensioni precedenti vi avranno sicuramente spiegato. Se poi aggiungiamo una camera accogliente, un giardino curato, e un ristorante dove si mangia divinamente grazie alla maestria dello chef Simone, accolti con simpatia e passione da Francesco e guidati dal fascino e dalla professionalità della signora dell’abbazia, Annalisa, capirete che il soggiorno diventa davvero magico. Grazie, torneremo sicuramente.

Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad. De locatie is heel centraal, in het dorpje is alles op wandel afstand. Prachtig mooie lounge ruimte met waar je fijn kan zitten met mooi uitzicht. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Eine tolle Oase inmitten vom Nirgendwo. Wir haben hier 11 Tage die Ruhe genossen und wenn es zu ruhig wurde Tagesausflüge nach Assisi oder Cortona gemacht. Es ist aber auch ohne Ausflüge alles da, was man braucht…
