This cottage is really lovely, it’s a beautiful, calm and peaceful place - a perfect stop off for our long trip but next time I’d like to stay a few nights and explore the area. The cottage is well thought out - abasing attention to detail, including a box for the dogs (including treats, blankets, towels and bowls) a really nice touch. Also a pack of marshmallows to toast at the beautiful fireplace which is well equipped. Beds are really comfy too!

Staying in this little cottage felt like being in a hug - comfortable and snug. We could not get enough of the view from the lounge. The decor is both stylish and invitingly cozy. We have a new Midlands-fave. An extra is the fact that this gem is so close to many of our family favourite foodie places….. PS: we loved how Fortunate switched on the heaters for our later than planned arrival.

A charming and rustic cottage that is very well equipped. Peta was very helpful and the surrounding area is truly beautiful- absolutely worth visiting. We stayed 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer! Lots to do in the area and beautiful valley and farm view from the verandah.

Apart from one of the most amazing gardens, this cottage is clean and very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Hum Lilly is a fabulous Airbnb set right next to a clear lake with a drive through a small tree forest to get there . It is peaceful and relaxing . The cottage feels like home away from home with lovely decor and comfortable beds . It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The dishwasher and washing machine were a great help . It is sent in the perfect place in the Midlands to enjoy fishing on your doorstep as well as cycling in the area . We will definitely be back someday . Thank you Lisa and John for a great holiday in your amazing Airbnb .

This is a really convenient and comfortable stay for anyone visiting Underberg. It’s close to the main attractions and a perfect stay for canoeing and cycling enthusiasts.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved how peaceful and quiet it was, but close enough to get to good restaurants and sites. We took our 86yr old mom with us and she loved it. The cows in the meadow made for a great view. The bonus was our car got washed without us asking. Highly recommend this place,

Lyn was a fantastic host, very friendly and welcoming, great response time. Macleod house is amazing, stunning gardens and location. The space is beautiful and the bath luxurious. Highly recommend
