From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings—it truly felt like we were in unspoiled Africa. The accommodation itself was perfect in every way. The decor is beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space was well thought out, spacious, and ideal for multiple families traveling together. Every detail had been carefully considered, and the lodge was superbly maintained—everything was spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the pool, which was a welcome retreat from the hot and humid February weather. It added an extra layer of relaxation to an already incredible experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious bush retreat that blends comfort with the beauty of nature, Kangela is the perfect choice. We would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

This is an amazing place for a big group of people, so worth the money. Really lovely setting and a great stop over on route to Mozambique 🇲🇿

Nice chalet with everything you need. Very nice staff. All kitchen gear you could ever need available an nice braai etc. Room was clean and cozy with nice beds. Showers and toilets where also clean and working well. Perfect, especially consodering the price.
