Great apartment great location and value for money

İstanbul’da bugüne kadar kaldığım en güzel Airbnb. Manzarası fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel köprünün tamamını görüyor ve kendimizi evde gerçekten çok rahat ve güvende hissettik. Bir daha gelmeyi sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz. Her şey çok temizdi mobilyalar çok modern ve düzenliydi. Bir sorun yaşadığımızda hemen ulaşabiliyorduk Ahmet Bey’e ve bizim için elinden gelenini yapiyordu. Konumu Çengelköy merkezden yürüyerek 2 dakika. Otopark mevcuttu. Çok memnun kaldık.. çok teşekkür ederiz.

Just had a little trouble finding the right building but the stay was great

Despite being a basement, the place is so well-decorated that it doesn’t feel like one at all. It’s well-lit, and when the windows are open, it gets great ventilation, making it feel fresh and airy. It’s also exceptionally clean—if not the cleanest, definitely one of the cleanest places in the area. The location is fantastic, with easy access to attractions both day and night. Plus, Abz is incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicates well.

The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Mr. Müftüoğlu’s kindness truly made a difference during a difficult time. While I was at the hospital with my aunt for her surgery, he graciously offered to shop for my uncle after his own surgery, ensuring he had everything he needed. This act of generosity was beyond what we could have expected and meant so much to us. His genuine care turned a stressful situation into one where we felt truly supported. The world needs more people like him—his generosity and warm spirit made our stay unforgettable. mahinur hanımın evi çok hoş ihtiyacınız olacak her şeyi bu evde bulabilirsiniz. konumu çok iyi. iyi restoranlara kafelere ve sahile 5 dakikadan daha az yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect ( restaurants, shops). we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place! :)
