When I’m in Istanbul again, I’d definitely have another stay at the place, it is close to most important locations in Istanbul and the place is quite spacious apart being luxurious. Fully recommend staying at least one night there.

We enjoyed every day of our stay here. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. They cleaned the room every second day. Whatever we asked for, they were happy to help. We were working remotely, so Internet was really important to us and it wasn't perfect, but they fixed it. Also, location is good, between two metro station (which we highly recommend instead of the bus) because it's almost always super busy around. If you're going to the airport, consider going much earlier because of that. All in all, we are very satisfied and these apartments are highly recommended. 😊

Отель находится в 10 мин. пешком от станции метро Автовокзал (Otogar). Номер полностью соответствует описанию - есть холодильник, электрочайник, фен и сейф. Номера чистые, в хорошем состоянии. Сюда удобно добираться на метро из любого аэропорта. Единственное, что может создать трудность, если у вас есть тяжёлый чемодан - это пешеходный переход над дорогой по пути от автовокзала, вам нужно будет подняться (и затем спуститься) по 44 ступеням. В этом случае лучше взять такси. Без багажа ходить к метро пешком можно без проблем. Персонал доброжелательный, все говорят на английском, заселение и выселение происходит очень быстро и в любое время суток, что очень удобно.

انصح بهذا السكن الموجود في فندق tunel موظفين الاستقبال ودودين وبالذات الأستاذ عبدالله يتوفر بالسكن كل ما تحتاجه من ادوات المطبخ وغسالة الصحون وغسالة الملابس وامور أخرى بالتأكيد سأعود إلى هنا في المرة القادمة

It was exactly as the pictures. Lovely and convenient. The address was given was not accurate ended having to drag suitcases to the hotel. Wasn't too far off though.

Konaklamamız çok rahattı. Engin bey gerek konaklama öncesi gerekse konaklama sonrası sorduğumuz her soruya çok faydalı yanıtlarla karşılık verdi.

Très bon logement, propre à sa description, communication un peu lente avec l’hôte mais je recommande.

I stayed in 2 of Erkan's apartments for a month. Erkan was a very responsive host and the place was beautiful and very clean. There were some issues with things breaking- mainly the air conditioners and stove. However, Erkan sent people to fix both issues right away. The location was very peaceful. It was very nice to come home to such a quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very hilly (like a lot of Istanbul) and no real food within walking distance except a couple of tiny eateries. There are two really great malls just a 5-10 minute drive away, though, so we frequented those a lot. I would stay here again for sure.

The house was in really demanding place. Even it is bit small, the room has everthing and fell in love with the balcony which is a greatest part. Only problem is to find a parking area if you have a car. There is a parking lot right in the street (near Happy Center market), which is 1-2 minutes distance. I believe it is affordable(450TRY/night) for 2-3 days accommodation. Also there is a ISPARK close to Cıragan Palace, which is much cheaper(190TRY/night). If you go late at night, there is a high possibility to find an available lot. Anyway, everthing was super clean in the room, beds were comfortable and there are shampoo/body gel in bath. Also thanks for the free coffee. Host was responsive and helped all the questions that we have. If we will come Istanbul, we will definetely consider to stay here again.
