Damla hanım çok ilgiliydi. Ev çok temiz düzenli ve kullanışlıydı. Kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Aradığımız ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey elimizin altındaydı. Çok doğru bir tercih yapmışız.

Ev sahibiyle hızlı iletişim kurabildim. Eve giriş ve çıkışta sorun yaşamadık, gerekenler eve varmadan önce bildirildi. Soğuk havaya rağmen ısınmayla ilgili sorun yaşamadık ev gayet sıcaktı. İnternet ve televizyon gayet iyi çalışır durumdaydı. Ev iki kişinin kafa dinlemesi için yeterliydi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Herşey çok güzeldi

Great location and very friendly host. Close to both the metro and the ferry to you can stay on the cool, quiet Asia side but very easily and quickly (20 min) pop over to the touristy stuff if you want to do that. Relatively quiet and has a lovely sunny balcony. It's a 4th floor walkup so be aware of that if you have luggage or need to haul in a lot of water/groceries and what not. But I mean it's not that bad. Stairs are good for ya.

There is so much I could say about the area, Buket and the space itself -- I enjoyed it so much! It was a life-saver after a stinky, overpriced, crappy Airbnb I had in Cihangir. Buket is a fabulous host who really goes above and beyond for her guests. The house/neighborhood had a lovely familial cottage vibe where there were days I simply wanted to just stay in the area and at the home relaxing. The Uskudar ferry can take you everywhere, is easy, cheap and a really enjoyable experience. The neighborhood is not inundated with tourists ensuring the culture has yet to be overrun by the modern day overflow of post-pandemic digital nomads (sorry not sorry). The only criticism I could possibly have is that the seagulls are a bit loud but my partner said it reminded him of Cannes and liked it. I'm an unusually light sleeper so I think it is a me problem. Either way I adored Buket and the space, it made my trip and so did Buket's dedication to my comfort and overall enjoyment. THANK YOU BUKET!

Nous recommandons le logement avec son environnement très appréciable. Un quartier très vivant avec à proximité tous les services nécessaires.

We had a pleasant stay. The appartment was clean but we were missing some kitchen equipment’s except that it was great !

Ev konumu, temizliği, içindeki eşyaları, konforu kısacası her şeyiyle iyiydi. Ne zaman bir soru sorsam çok kısa süre içinde içtenlikle yanıtladılar. Diş setinden, havlusuna, filtre kahve makinasına kadar her şey düşünülmüş. Bir sonraki İstanbul ziyaretimde konaklama için hiç düşünmeden bakacağım tek yer olacak .

Kerem is the best airbnb host EVER, going above and beyond many times in many ways during this 2-month stay. The apartment has everything you need — it’s clean, functional, and very central to the best parts of Istanbul. Absolutely recommend.

“Volcan’s flat was absolutely fantastic! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms were spacious and perfect for our group. The location was ideal—convenient, yet in a cool area with lots to explore nearby. Volcan was a great host, responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!”

The apartment is wonderful: vintage, full of ancient and atmospheric details, very cozy. A few things the host should pay attention to: the kettle is very old, missing a lid, doesn’t work properly, so it should be replaced. The shower handle is also outdated and needs replacing. Things the guest should know: smoking is allowed in the apartment, and there is a persistent smell. This wasn’t an issue for us, as we are smokers, but it might be uncomfortable for non-smokers. Overall, I can recommend it — the host and his sister were very kind and accommodating.
