Great location and great space! The pool table, the huge projector screen, and the game table kept us occupied and the beds were super comfy. The view of the outdoors was amazing. We were lucky to wake up to the first snowy day of the season and it was just gorgeous. I communicated with them a couple times throughout our stay and they were always very responsive and helpful.

I’ll keep it short the home was great the Host was responsive and nice whenever we come back to visit family. This Host is at the top of our list for a 5 star stay away from Home

We loved our stay— the house is spacious & clean with lots of natural light on a quiet, natural property. It is perfect for multiple families and kids. The bunk beds all have waterproof mattress protectors. One bathroom has a tub. The closet in the master has a window & is big enough for a twin air mattress or pack-n-play to make an extra room for a baby/toddler. Bathrooms have plenty of towels & shampoo/soap provided. The rec room has two dart boards, ping pong table, nerf guns, jazzminton, playing cards, and yoga mats. Our crew loved the many reclining leather chairs for movie watching. The main living/kitchen area has loads of sofas & seating for meals. Kitchen has brand new appliances (induction stovetop), and all the pots/pans/dishes to serve a meal. We didn’t explore outside but the deck looked perfect for summer. Garrett was a super responsive host and even came over and quickly resolved a stove issue. We will definitely be back again in the future.

We had a great stay at Erin's place. First of all, she was very proactive and quite responsive with communication, and ensured we had a smooth check-in and had all that we needed once we arrived. Space was exactly as advertised, and spotless! She has thought of every last detail, with snacks/soaps/shampoo, extra pillows/blankets, etc. I understand why this place gets 5-star reviews! We will definitely stay here again on our trips to Bloomington (and even Nashville/Brown County, as it is an easy drive east). Thank you for a great trip!

We loved the old, historic neighborhood and walked around this and other nearby neighborhoods often. The house is right next to Cave Hill Cemetery and probably only a couple blocks from Mohammad Ali's grave. The host is very nice. The studio is clean and the bed is comfortable. It does not have a kitchen table but has a few smaller TV table-type tables for which to eat. We wanted to host my wife's daughter for movie and pizza but the studio was not really amenable to hosting a guest; however, it was fine for the two of us. The screened porch looks nice but the weather was cold, so we did not use it. The kitchen is small but adequate. We could always park within a block of the house, but the street was relatively narrow and was a dead-end, so it was difficult to maneuver. If you are uncomfortable parallel parking, it could be a problem for you.

We had a great stay in Michael’s home. Loved the spacious common areas (bigger than appears in photos), the live house plants and the backyard grilling area.

This is our second time staying at this location. Renee is a great host, responsive and great communication. Looking forward to returning.

An excellent, romantic get-away for one or two couples. The hot tub is one of the better ones we've been in, and the pool table upstairs is a great addition to this very clean, private, secluded cabin. We will be back.
