Unešić : locations de vacances

Our summer vacation with two families at Stomorska was great. The house provides enough space for 8 people, with individual bathrooms in every bedroom. The quality and design lived up to our expectations: from the terrace you have a beautiful view of Stomorska and the sea, the pool is spacious and the artificial lawn was perfect for soccer and basketball. The well-planned window fronts on both sides allow natural airing, so you rarely have to switch on the AC. To the village it only takes 10 minutes walking, and there‘s a nice choice of restaurants. Many beaches on the island are beautiful but somewhat difficult to get to by car.

Great place and a great host! It was spotless, everything was new and working great. Very close to the center of Necujam. Host was extremely friendly and supportive.

ogólnie bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. lokalizacja dobra, blisko sklepy, wychodek dla psów. w mieszkaniu niczego mi nie brakowało. począwszy od podstawowych niezbędnych rzeczy po żelazko, suszarkę, pralkę, piekarnik i zmywarkę. ładne plaże w okolicy, piaszczysta w Omiš i kamienista( jak dla mnie ładniejsza) w Duče. darmowy parking w strefie zone 2 oplacony przez wlasciciela mieszkania.komunikacja z wynajmującym bardzo dobra. Pani Antonia bardzo pomocna i miła. jak najbardziej polecam. czułam się jak w domu.blisko supermarket Studenac, Tommy, na dole sklep mięsny i 2 bary ana przeciwko piekarnia

Мені все влаштувало. Самі апартаменти знаходилися не близько до пляжу, тому на вечір можна було відпочити без шуму. Дуже чисті апартаменти , буцім то нові, тільки після ремонту. Показали ресторан дуже гарний і не дорогий. Атмосфера просто супер. Пляжі чисті завжди. Багато всього. Реально відпочив. 6 днів пройшли бездоганно. Не жалкую.

This place and our host was great! There was plenty of room for 7 of us (including 3 kids). The balcony was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the treats and fruit. It was very close to Split and a great place all around. Our host came to welcome us and made our children feel especially welcome. Would 100% stay again!

Die Unterkunft von Ilija war genau das was meine Freunde und ich gesucht hatten. Es war perfekt ausgestattet für einen erholsamen Urlaub für uns nach unseren Abschlussprüfungen! Wir wurden von den Gastgebern schnell und freundlich bei unserer Ankunft in die Villa eingewiesen und bekamen auch ein kleines Wilkommensgeschenk :D Bei fragen waren sie direkt erreichbar und auch konnten sie schnell zur Hand gehen wenn es ein kleines Problem gab oder ein bestimmter Wunsch von uns kam :) Insgesamt hatten meine Freunde und ich einen sehr guten Aufenthalt dort und würden die Villa jedem weiterempfehlen!

Anka was a lovely host. We felt very welcomed and cared for during our stay. The instruction on how to get there was very clear and the car parking and transport to the island and back was organized for us. I also appreciate very much that our luggage was transported from the boat to the house which is on the top of the hill and offers a beautiful view. The apartment itself is cozy and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay with Anka very much!

Wir (Paar mit Hund) haben von Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni wunderschöne 10 Tage im Bungalow G4 von Ana und Ivan verbracht. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Auch, dass Föhn, Wäscheständer, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine etc. vorhanden waren, war sehr praktisch. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank (mit TK-Fach), Kochfeld und alles was man zum Kochen braucht (Teller, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen, Käsereibe, Flaschenöffner, Sieb etc.). Grundlebensmittel wie Zucker, Essig, Öl, Gewürze sind selbst mitzubringen. Ist aber kein Problem - es sind einige Supermärkte in der Nähe. Nachts schliefen wir bei gekipptem Fenster und konnten dem Meer lauschen. Die Terrasse mit direktem Blick aufs Meer war ein Traum! Ana und Ivan sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Sie reagierten immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und erkundigen sich mehrmals ob alles passt oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Sie gaben uns Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants, ... Fazit: Besser geht's nicht! :-
