They were accommodating, they were great to respond, very hospitable

The location is convenient, being close to the road, though this does come with some road noise. However, everything else about the stay was excellent. The place is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, from a fully functional kitchen to comfortable sitting rooms and bedrooms. Buda, is incredibly welcoming, cooperative, and communicative, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would choose this place again on my next visit to Zanzibar.

Really nice place for a family of 4-5, place was close to many local things to do such as the beach being 8-10 minute walk, local restaurants that were a few minutes walk that were recommended and were really good and the items available for you to cook at Home utensils and such,Washer/Dryer to clean your clothes and the host was just responsive and kind !

Gorgeous house right on the beach. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The sound of the wave is always with you. The helpers and chef are very helpful and kind. Michelle is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

Väldigt fint och välskött boende . Uteplatsen var som en liten oas där vi kunde svalka av oss efter en dag i solen på stranden. Nästa gång jag reser till Zanzibar kommer jag utan tvekan bo här igen!

Our landlord is very helpful. He helped us arrange taxis and give us a walk tour around some local places including the night market, and we tried some local street food together. The house is spacious, we had a good time with Dulla.

Le logement est simple mais aménagé avec goût, climatisé (et ventilateur). une cuisine est à disposition libre ainsi qu'un réfrigérateur. des boissons chaudes sont offertes en continu, ce qui est très appréciable. les jeunes femmes qui s occupent du logement sont sympathiques. Noreen est très réactive pour répondre aux demandes et a arrangé les transferts taxis aéroport. Elle peut aussi arranger des excursions. Tellement pratique que j'y suis revenue une deuxième fois. Great stay at Najmas house! Great location to visit all the historical tourists sites located in stone town. We stayed with two children and Najmas was the best choice, the pool and pool table were a massive hit, and was used every day. Nothing was too much to ask of Najma, she was lovely and welcoming and very helpful in organising our transfers from the airport with her driver. The house was spotless, equipped with all cooking utensils, towels, washing machine and most of all amazing aircon that was much appreciated as it was very hot. The location felt very safe and as a family we did not feel worried about walking around the back lanes of stone town, despite reading some online reviews that warned of muggers and pickpockets. We would highly recommend visiting Najmas house, it so cosy and close to everything we wanted to do and see. Thank you for a great stay!!

Veronica was very kind. She welcomed our family into her home. We wanted a place close to the airport so fly out the next day. Driving into the neighborhood, we started to get a little worried. It's a few minutes down a dirt road. She was able to give our driver precise directions. Once we got behind the secured gate, we were amazed by the property. We hung up our wet beach clothes outside on the spacious patio and clothesline. The kitchen had all the amenities. A separate dining area, a sitting area with 3 couches and TV, 3 bedrooms(2 with en suite bathrooms then a 3rd bathroom). AC in every room which was a bonus for us coming from not having any for 3 days in Nungwi. Hot water in the baths/showers. I slept on the couch comfortably whilst others enjoyed their private rooms/beds. In the neighborhood, I felt safe enough to walk 10 min to a fruit stand and small grocery to make breakfast. The kids in the area were so sweet. We gave them treats and they were grateful!Thank you!

Great apartment to stay. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed including washing machine to wash our clothes. The host was friendly and responsive. What I loved the most about the apartment is that its a great location.

Riz is a gem! We absolutely loved our stay in his apartment. Very spacious various balconies and spotless clean! What stood out the most was the communication between Riz and me. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Stonetown. Ame und seine Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment liegt im Herzen von Stone Town mit vielen Möglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Mon mari et moi avons adoré notre séjour. nous avons passé plus de 7 semaines. La piscine lagon était très parfaite, la propreté était partout. Nous avons apprécié la femme de ménage chaque semaine. La seule chose difficile à été d'aller à la plage. Les routes sont horribles et pas évidentes et pleines d'eau quand il pleut. Trouver de quoi manger aussi fut un peu difficile, manque de produits. Nous avons trouvé d'excellents restaurants. Dans l'ensemble nous avons eu une excellente expérience.

Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Abdallah, l’appartement est propre et fonctionnel, idéalement situé très proche des petites rues étroites de Stone Town qui mènent au bord de mer en 8mn à pied. Nous avons été accueillis très généreusement et Abdallah répondait à toutes nos questions dès que nous en avions besoin. Idéal pour découvrir Stone Town et ses richesses, merci encore !

my stay at Abanaa's apartment was excellent. The check in process was seamless, and the kitchen was fully equipped making it easy to cook. The location was perfect, close to local restaurants and stone town. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Zanzibar. OMG! I loved everything ❤️

Sunny’s place was ideally located in the heart of Stonetown and we had an amazing stay. The place was comfortable and airy. Sunny as a host was really super responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay in Stonetown.
