Die Anlage ist ein kleines Paradies und wird täglich gut gepflegt. Auch der Pool-Bereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum entspannen & schwimmen ein. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und für 2 Gäste völlig ausreichend, Terrasse und Garten sind ebenso sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Küche ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet, ebenso das Bad, hier fehlt jedoch eine Ablagefläche in der Dusche selbst. 2 Tipps am Rande: 1. für die Spülmaschine gibt es kein(e) Tabs/Pulver/Salz. Wer nicht selber spülen möchte, bringt sich am besten Tabs mit, da das vorhandene Pulver für Waschmaschinen ausgelegt ist und das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber wird. 2. Wir empfehlen Kaffeetrinkern sich einen Expressekocher oder eine Frenchpress mitzubringen, da keine Maschine vor Ort ist;-). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, da wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben und die Vermieter sehr fürsorglich und freundlich sind. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung wunderschön und preislich fair vermietet.

Vuai’s place was very very nice, almost in front of the beach, in a safe, chill, and nice neighborhood, with a local minimarket nearby, and only 10 mins from Kuza Cave and 15 mins from Paje. The kitchen had everything one could need and the bathroom was very clean and nice.

This was my third stay with Saidi in Fumba, and just like the first time, it was absolutely fantastic! Saidi is an exceptional host warm, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything needed. His hospitality truly makes you feel at home. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. Whether it’s enjoying the serene surroundings, exploring the local area, or simply relaxing, Fumba is a great escape from the busier parts of Zanzibar. What keeps me coming back is not just the beautiful setting but also Saidi’s genuine kindness and attention to detail. He goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. the (3) apartments are nicely located on a private fenced property with a (masai) security at night. hosts are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. as it is a little community you are likely to interact with the 2 other apartments when occupied. we had very nice neighbours with whom we spent some nice evenings. You should be aware that the apartments do not have airconditioning so in the two hot months of January and February it can become very warm in the apartments with only a ceiling fan. But we had a very nice and welcoming stay here.

Wow! My wife and I had booked an Airbnb months ago and last minute the host canceled. We began to panic since our trip was only weeks away and we have 3 kids (5, 7, and 10). We contacted Jan who answered so many of our questions. Once we arrived the place was minutes walking to the beach! Also, the area was very safe and quiet. There were many children and locals who greeted us every morning. Our first night we stayed on the beach and a local dug us a bonfire in the sand and helped us home when we got lost. We shared the property with his family and another guest who were all lovely and played bachata at night! Every morning the house help Ms K made us fresh juice, cleaned our room, and made us breakfast. She was wonderful! The driver that Jan sent to pick us at the airport was amazing! And we paid him to take us to Memba island and a really nice sandbank with seafood lunch. The only con was the 3rd bed did not have a mosquito net. Which was okay because my kids just shared a bed.

Ovi à été très réactif avant notre arrivée, il a prévu le taxi pour nous amener de l’aéroport à Zebra House, il a payé le transport comme ça on le remboursait à lui. Nous avons pris auprès de lui une voiture de location, il nous as donné de très bon conseils par rapport à la police locale, ainsi que de nombreux endroits à visiter. La voiture était un vrai plus lors de ce séjour un petit 4x4 très pratique pour pouvoir découvrir n’importe quel endroit. Zamda quant à elle, était sur place et à été très disponible, à l’écoute et de très bons conseils également. L’emplacement de Zebra House est idéal, à quelques pas de la plage, il y a de nombreux restaurants le long de la plage. En marchant sur la plage on croise beaucoup de vendeurs de souvenirs, de personne locale qui viennent vous voir pour faire des excursions avec eux, des vendeurs de noix de cocos etc.. Le gros point c’est que vous avez une super vue sur le lever du soleil. En résumé, foncez à Zebra House on le recommande à 200%!!

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful, peaceful place to rest in. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool, and the stunning view of the sea. Julia provided us with a cot, a high chair, and even some toys for our son.

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

Our family of five had a beautiful time at Kacho House in Jambiani. The house was neat and clean and accommodated our family quite well. Habibu was a wonderful host and the beautiful Dada (sister) came every morning to cook breakfast for us, complete with fresh fruit, eggs, chapati, and freshly squeezed juice~it was delicious! My son had eaten something at a restaurant and had a bad case of food poisoning. We asked the Dada to go to the pharmacy and get something and she came back with a handful of fresh green herbs she picked from the garden. She made tea with the herbs and he was much better after drinking it. There is nothing like nature's pharmacy! Thank you again Dada for helping us! The beach was lovely, serene, and pristine, and the villagers were so nice and welcoming. The Maasai men and other locals were there selling their gorgeous beadwork, wood, leather, and other crafts, and we also found a few arts and crafts shops as we walked around the village. It was a wonderful trip!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation was clean, modern, and had all the appliances we needed. We were looking for a quiet place and this was it. We basically had the pool to ourselves and Julie was on hand to answer our many questions at the onset. She even provided the first breakfast as well as a huge watermelon and bananas, which was much appreciated. The guards made us feel extra safe, even though it's a very safe area already, and sometimes we got a visit at the pool from the nearby cat or dog, which as animal people we loved. We will most certainly be returning! What a little paradise. (PS Being able to arrange a lift from and to the airport was also really handy.) Thank you so much for a beautiful work-cation/holiday!

The place is amazing! Quiet, safe with lovely pool and huge garden area! House is clean with all necessary amenities and more 👌Location is also a huge plus - very close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops while still being in quiet calm area where you can forget about the whole world and immerse into paradise ❤️ The staff is very helpful and welcoming. perfect place for short and long stay, great for families and groups as well as women traveling alone 😉 For sure I'll be coming back and strongly recommending to all of my friends! Mohu ubytování jen doporučit, od komunikace po rezervaci, přes odvoz z letiště až po přivítání a ubytování na apartmán, se vším jsme byli spokojeni. Rodinný apartmán poskytuje dostatek prostoru a vynikající vybavení pro vaření. Postele jsou velmi pohodlné a terasa skvěle uzpůsobená k odpočinku v soukromí díky vzrostlým nádherně kvetoucím keřům. Dále parádní byla velkorysá snídaně v ceně a 2 bazény, z nichž minimálně jeden z nich jsme měli kdykoliv jen pro sebe. Areál je velmi dobře udržovaný, bazény čisté a okolí apartmánů opečovávané. Na pláž je to asi 5 minut chůze a stejně tak na začátek vesnice, kde člověk může nakoupit vše, co potřebuje a navíc i při procházce pozorovat místní život. Moc děkujeme majitelům a celému personálu za skvělý pobyt.

wow!!! what a beautiful apartment. Dennis's place was absolutely amazing. We were there for our wedding anniversary for 2 weeks and Dennis met me and gave us a gift of a bottle of champagne. Anytime I had a question Dennis was extremely responsive in helping make this a very peaceful and lovely vacation. my husband and I had an amazing time and I will highly recommend Dennis place. It was very clean, looked like the pictures, and the art work and decorations were gorgeous. the only downside was that the apartment is on the 4th floor so...get ready for some exercise. Thanks for everything Dennis!
