Beautiful Airbnb.. very warm and welcoming staff and the rooms are so clean and tasteful. Just a minute to the beach and The Rock restaurant which we went to and thoroughly enjoyed the novelty. We would highly recommend this great spot in Pingwe,

we stayed here for a month. using it as a base while doing a couple of nights away to explore the island. every time we came back it felt like coming home. the location was peaceful but with enough local restaurants/stores/amenities all in walking distance. Ovi was excellent with communication and a great help with anything we needed. the views were incredible! the pace in this part of Jambiani was exactly what we were looking for. I can't recommend this stay enough.

The apartment exceeded all expectations: a terrace overlooking the ocean with direct and private access to the beach, unlike many resorts and hotels that cost more and lack these features. Everything was extremely clean and impeccable. The kitchen was simple but well-organized. The house is in a strategic location, very convenient for going out in the evening and possibly in the most peaceful area of Jambiani. To be honest, thanks to Ovi’s valuable recommendations, we always had lunch and dinner at the local restaurants just a short walk from the house, given how affordable dining out in Jambiani is. Ovi was very kind and helpful to us. He provided us with all the information not only about restaurants but also about various excursions and taxi arrangements. Thank you once again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Big windows letting in loads of light and right on top of the beach with the extra added bonus of being able to use the hotel facilities attached to the property, as its part of the hotel complex. Alex, the liason was very helpful and friendly. There are only two things I would mention that I personally believe would improve this Air BnB and they are - 1 - A TV for those chill nights in. 2 - A Microwave. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it.

Ubytováni byli opravdu jako na fotkách. Pár kroků na pláž. V Jambiani musíte počítat s velkým odlivem, takže koupání lze spíše až odpoledne, ale to jsme věděli. Majitel nám poslal tipy kde se najít a jak se podívat. Procestovali jsme celý ostrov a určitě bychom se vrátili jelikož místo nebylo až tolik turistické jako na severu, což nám vyhovovalo. Pokud bychom se vrátili, raději bychom zaplatili za bungalov blíže k moři a dál od příjezdové cesty. Jelikož Bungalov nemá okna tak bohužel cítíte jako by Vám za hlavou jezdili auta a motorky atd.. dvě noci byli opravdu utrpení, kdy se dalo spát až po 4 ráno. Ale tohle je věc kterou bohužel nelze ovlivnit. A ubytování se nám opravdu líbilo. Jen počítat s tím, že není vhodné pro někoho kdo má rad klid na spaní.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was impeccably clean, and the local shops were easily accessible, which made our experience even more convenient. Although we encountered occasional issues with the electricity, they were promptly resolved. Miss. Mwanjuma was incredibly friendly, helpful, and ensured the house remained spotless throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained accommodation.

Ovi à été très réactif avant notre arrivée, il a prévu le taxi pour nous amener de l’aéroport à Zebra House, il a payé le transport comme ça on le remboursait à lui. Nous avons pris auprès de lui une voiture de location, il nous as donné de très bon conseils par rapport à la police locale, ainsi que de nombreux endroits à visiter. La voiture était un vrai plus lors de ce séjour un petit 4x4 très pratique pour pouvoir découvrir n’importe quel endroit. Zamda quant à elle, était sur place et à été très disponible, à l’écoute et de très bons conseils également. L’emplacement de Zebra House est idéal, à quelques pas de la plage, il y a de nombreux restaurants le long de la plage. En marchant sur la plage on croise beaucoup de vendeurs de souvenirs, de personne locale qui viennent vous voir pour faire des excursions avec eux, des vendeurs de noix de cocos etc.. Le gros point c’est que vous avez une super vue sur le lever du soleil. En résumé, foncez à Zebra House on le recommande à 200%!!

Ernst ist ein sehr guter Gatsgeber . Er reagiert sofort und Hilft immer .Alles ist sehr gut Organisiert.Die Hilfe vor Ort hat er sehr gut geregelt. Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da.Vielleicht mal über ein Notstromaggregat nachdenken......Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand , nur wenige Schritte zum Meer.Absolut Ruhige Lage.Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit dort.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

This place is a true gem. Hidden away, it's not the typical Zanzibar tourist spot. In fact, we were the only non-local people in the whole neighbourhood. It felt amazing to shop in the local village micro-shop, get fresh fish and calamari straight from the fish market, enjoy the private beach. If you feel like disconnecting, winding down and relaxing to the fullest - this is your place. And then, when you feel like exploring anything Zanzibar has to offer - you have all the options. Ali, the manager, is gonna be your guide, driver, and will arrange anything you please. We went to Stone Town, to Paje, to one of the spice farms, to the Jozani Forrest, to see the turtles, to go kayaking, spent a day on a boat trip (saw dolphins, went snorkelling, visited the famous sand bank, had lobster and fish on a private island). Ali even arrange for Omar, a private chef, to cook for us one evening. We hope to visit again one day. I highly recommend Nick's place! You will not be disappointed!

Väldigt fint och välskött boende . Uteplatsen var som en liten oas där vi kunde svalka av oss efter en dag i solen på stranden. Nästa gång jag reser till Zanzibar kommer jag utan tvekan bo här igen!

Beautiful, peaceful place to rest in. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool, and the stunning view of the sea. Julia provided us with a cot, a high chair, and even some toys for our son.

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

Wow it’s hard to put into words how tranquil and amazing this place truly is, from the very first I moment I felt an overwhelming radiance of peace flowing through my body, from the staff to the beautiful scenery everything was amazing and I highly recommend, Asante for the amazing experience and if you are reading this review this is your sign to go ahead and book as I believe all can enjoy.

Wow! This is what this totally hidden gem of a place! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home literally localated on the beach. Super friendly staff that will always try and accommodate your requests. Winny and Joseph and the masai security took great care of us. The private gardens are enormous with plenty of seating areas to enjoy the sea breeze. Our host Sabrina was such a kind and thoughtful host, she even took time out to come visit us. She recommended great places to order food from and even arranged a local massage therapist to come visit. We would 100% recommend this beautiful hidden home to anyone wanting the luxury of a beach front getaway.

Zanzibar house, fait parti d’un de mes meilleurs Airbnb. Le logement est très propre, cuisine équipée (avec cuisto sur place pour le déjeuner et le repas, c’est le rêve!) Quant à la vue, face à la mer dès le matin pour passer des vacances de rêve Une personne de référence est sur place, et joignable! Rien à dire, je conseil fortement

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.
