Super Lage, super Kommunikation und sogar gratis Pick-Up von der Fährstation. Überraschend ruhige Wohnung und wunderschöne Terasse. Einzig die Küche war wirklich sehr klein und mehr für kalte Speisen eingerichtet.. Würden sofort wieder kommen - Danke!

This was my third stay with Saidi in Fumba, and just like the first time, it was absolutely fantastic! Saidi is an exceptional host warm, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything needed. His hospitality truly makes you feel at home. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. Whether it’s enjoying the serene surroundings, exploring the local area, or simply relaxing, Fumba is a great escape from the busier parts of Zanzibar. the (3) apartments are nicely located on a private fenced property with a (masai) security at night. hosts are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. as it is a little community you are likely to interact with the 2 other apartments when occupied. we had very nice neighbours with whom we spent some nice evenings. You should be aware that the apartments do not have airconditioning so in the two hot months of January and February it can become very warm in the apartments with only a ceiling fan. But we had a very nice and welcoming stay here.

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment near Stone Town, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect—close enough to explore the historic Stone Town but situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which made for a relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. It had everything I needed for a enjoyable trip. The host was absolutely wonderful! They were very responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zanzibar. The combination of a great location, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and an exceptional host made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

One of the most attentive hosts i have ever experienced on Airbnb. Abdul not only ensured someone was available to greet me on arrival, he actually guided my taxi driver to the location over the phone. It felt like he was contactable 24/7 and provided everything that i asked for, even onward travel to Paje which was súper nice. The appartment is exactly as photographed, with great Wifi and excellent AC in the bedroom. Within walking distance to the main touristy área of Stone Town, the appartment has you living next door to the islands locals which makes it incredibly authentic. It can be a busy área during the day but the appartment is very quiet, with full time security too. I felt very safe. As my first time in Zanzibar i felt very welcomed. Thank you.

Second time staying here as first time Hamid was helpful and communicative. Really love this place as it’s clean and everything works exceptionally well and there’s lots of amenities that make it feel like home. I recently stayed at this lovely villa in Nungwi and had a fantastic time. The villa was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It was perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring we had a great stay. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in Nungwi.

We stayed at Eta's Airbnb last year and came back again because we liked it so much!!! The A/C in the bedrooms is great, I love the location, the decor and little extras are thoughtful and we love that the suite is on the main floor. The only downside this year was, the neighbours upstairs were louder than last year with a screaming toddler who was often up by 5:00 am. The master bedroom had windows facing the courtyard and it was very loud. I would still stay at this suite again though!!! Thanks Romain and Eta... see you next year!!!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation was clean, modern, and had all the appliances we needed. We were looking for a quiet place and this was it. We basically had the pool to ourselves and Julie was on hand to answer our many questions at the onset. She even provided the first breakfast as well as a huge watermelon and bananas, which was much appreciated. The guards made us feel extra safe, even though it's a very safe area already, and sometimes we got a visit at the pool from the nearby cat or dog, which as animal people we loved. We will most certainly be returning! What a little paradise. (PS Being able to arrange a lift from and to the airport was also really handy.) Thank you so much for a beautiful work-cation/holiday!

Liza and Raphael are great hosts. The house is simply fantastic and you immediately feel at home. The location was perfect for us. It's not so touristy and crowded there. Really pleasant to enjoy the island. Hatibu and his team take great care of you and you feel very well looked after. The food was fresh and delicious every day. The manager Hatibu is always available and fulfills your every wish. For me there is really nothing to complain about. We stayed here for a week with the whole family (6 people) and at the end we really didn't want to leave at all. It is one of those places that you would prefer to keep to yourself. An insider tip. Zoe is a pleasant host, she was flexible with check in times and greeted us personally. Apartment is nice, it's close to the main road and boda will take you for 2-3k shillings to Kendwa or Nungwi beach. Wi-fi worked good during our whole stay. Quality of shower is very good. Zoe solved promptly one small problem that we had with stove. She even helped me with some meds when i was sick. Things for improvement: there is water pressure pump for house but sometimes it didn't work, so sometimes pressure was low. Zoe said that she has a plan to change water pump, so i think she will solve it for future guests. As per listing, there are no AC units, but there are ceiling fans in every room. Also washing machine would be nice add on for future guests, although there is a house helper who can wash your clothes for 20k shillings per wash except underwears, that you need to wash yourself. If you don't mind those small cons, you won't go wrong with Zoe and her place.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen Haus in einem wirklich wunderschönen Garten. Der Windzug durch das Haus und die Deckenventilatoren haben die Temperaturen sehr angenehm gehalten und für die Abkühlung sorgten der Pool oder die Aussendusche auf der bewindeten Dachterasse. Frank und Zulfa waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wollten eigentlich gar nicht wieder weg.

Mohu ubytování jen doporučit, od komunikace po rezervaci, přes odvoz z letiště až po přivítání a ubytování na apartmán, se vším jsme byli spokojeni. Rodinný apartmán poskytuje dostatek prostoru a vynikající vybavení pro vaření. Postele jsou velmi pohodlné a terasa skvěle uzpůsobená k odpočinku v soukromí díky vzrostlým nádherně kvetoucím keřům. Dále parádní byla velkorysá snídaně v ceně a 2 bazény, z nichž minimálně jeden z nich jsme měli kdykoliv jen pro sebe. Areál je velmi dobře udržovaný, bazény čisté a okolí apartmánů opečovávané. Na pláž je to asi 5 minut chůze a stejně tak na začátek vesnice, kde člověk může nakoupit vše, co potřebuje a navíc i při procházce pozorovat místní život. Moc děkujeme majitelům a celému personálu za skvělý pobyt.

Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Abdallah, l’appartement est propre et fonctionnel, idéalement situé très proche des petites rues étroites de Stone Town qui mènent au bord de mer en 8mn à pied. Nous avons été accueillis très généreusement et Abdallah répondait à toutes nos questions dès que nous en avions besoin. Idéal pour découvrir Stone Town et ses richesses, merci encore !

The dream village porte bien son nom. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable, dans un cadre paisible et idyllique. L’hôte et son personnel étaient d’une gentillesse, d’une serviabilité et d’une hospitalité sans nom. Merci à vous d’avoir rendu ce voyage exceptionnel ! 🙏
