The house and location were both beautiful. Weather didn't cooperate for us to use the outside seating and BBQ as much as we would have liked, but when I was able to sit outside with my coffee, the view was great. The house is on a hill so there were very good unobstructed views of the neighborhood. There was no reason to comunicate with the host because the house was in good shape, but from the effort made before the stay, I beleive the host would have been very responsive.

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Place is fantastic. Exactly as described. Amenities aplenty and more. Most what I needed with kids available. Well heated during January cold. Place is huge from inside. Bigger than I realized. I was worried about parking and rightfully so. But the host and family waited late night for me to arrive from Montreal and gave me their spot so I didn't have to look around. That was so thoughtful. It's the only issue I'd say which is out of the host's control. Otherwise, I've had a great stay at this place.

The host thought of everything! From extra towels to utensils The fire touches were definitely there. Location was great in terms of getting onto the train and going downtown. It also was close to downtown the Mamaroneck, which is beautiful. This house made our family come together in a beautiful way that we will never forget this trip.

Me and My Family stayed @ Alex & Vannie's House for a second time and we had a great time again . they are friendly and reliable and took care of us . my daughter always enjoy the pool when we come here . their home is clean and comfortable and the area was quiet if you want to get some relaxing days I'd recommend to stay here .

I loved this home. I had a family gathering here for my birthday and we all loved it. The only issue we had was the ceiling leaking when you used the shower upstairs. other than that the house was everything that we had in mind. The backyard was our favorite place to hang out at the end of every day. if the weather was nicer we would’ve been out there all day.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Michael's place! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and with great detail. Michael's communication was not only quick but also warm and courteous, making me feel welcome even before we arrived. The accommodation itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Michael even went the extra mile by providing local recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If you need a place to stay in Hoboken, Mark & Erin's place is it! Very clean and spacious! This house is in a GREAT location! Plenty of restaurant's and markets all with in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely clean apartment, spacious and nicely decorated. Host was very professional and attentive to customer needs, responding to communications promptly. Considering the apartment could host up to 7 adults, a few (larger) pans could be included. As Europeans, we missed having the use of an electric kettle. Nevertheless we loved the apartment and definitely would book again and highly recommend.

Stayed for six nights, about an hour public commute to anywhere we planned to go with minimal walking. We had a couple issues but Brooke was very attentive and helpful and went above and beyond to help solve these! Pretty chilly but there was a space heater provided. Water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. Lots of decor and anything we would need in the unit! Parking was easy but they come through with the street sweeper so be prepared to move or take the ticket. Overall a great stay!!

Jeans place was amazing / homey / clean / perfect! Her availability and responsiveness was 10/10! Our only negative was the zero parking / busy streets and having to park in a parking about 10 min away. We brought some food - so lugging coolers & luggage was a bit of a struggle. But other than that - the area was very nice and many restaurants / coffee shop / activities to do all within walking distance!

Dina & Ed have a really nice one bedroom apartment. It’s spacious, clean and has all you need for a short or long term stay. The kitchen is fully stocked as well with all you need. Thank you.

My stay was everything I needed, "me time". I'm local and just needed to exhale. I booked and was able to rest and I was even able to cook a meal or two. I would definitely book again.. thanks Candy for being a great host..

Stayed 4 days at Cecia’s place and it was wonderful! She was very helpful with the whole process! The place had everything you need ! Her husband came out and helped me with the parking pass and gave me great recommendations and clear instructions on how to catch the bus to head to manhattan. For anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting New York this is the perfect spot away from the hectic city but close and convenient enough to get to with the bus stop being about 3 minutes walking distance! Definitely will be booking Cecia’s home again if available next time I visit!

Joe’s apartment was new, clean and had everything we needed for a weekend in NJ & NYC. Not fancy, but it didn’t claim to be. Some reviews commented on the neighborhood. It’s a new building with secure in building parking. I took walks around the neighborhood in mornings, evenings and late at night and always felt safe. It is an older neighborhood, in at least its third transition, as newer buildings are starting to replace some of the older homes and pre WW2 apartment buildings. Similar to what you would see in many of the now up and coming neighborhoods in NYC. (Such as Hells Kitchen) The apartment was quiet, clean, neat and up to date. The neighbors were quiet before 10 pm. Give it a shot. It’s an excellent value.
