Our family of 8 plus two pups really enjoyed ourselves at BVC. We were able to relax and have tons of space to spread out and still feel cozy and comfortable. Moira and Doug gave clear instructions, were very helpful, answered all questions. Kitchen came with everything we needed to prep full meals. We only used hot tub once but enjoyed it! Lots of towels. We really enjoyed our stay and would return if we are ever in the area. We hiked Helton Creeks Falls and went to Helen GA for Christmastown fun. Thanks Moira and Doug. Blessings to you both. It was perfect mountain getaway and many thoughtful touches like a fire was laid, ready in their beautiful cozy basement - it was clutch after standing in the pouring rain for 3 hours at our son’s lacrosse game! Kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware! The creek in front of the house was soothing and lovely to look at. Great restaurants & breweries nearby! All perfect!

This house is charming! It is beautifully decorated and comfortable! Cathy goes above and beyond making sure there is everything you need while staying there. It is a great location on the family farm and we saw cows and deer in the fields. This was our third time staying at the house and we will be back!

Wish we had a few more days to enjoy the place but it was amazingly peaceful and relaxing and would stay there again . Amanda was always quick to respond even and we had no issues at all....coffee and snacks were great

I can't say enough about Lisa's home! It had everything listed and more. The thoughtfulness in the little details made this the best experience we have had with an Airbnb. This home is beautiful and the amenities at the lake were perfect. Our family had a wonderful week and hope to do it again in the future.

Very responsive host, amazing spacious house with gorgeous views! Kitchen had all appliances we needed. Outside patio had plenty of chairs and gas heater was a game changer!

We had a wonderful stay at Rick and Mal’s. Their attention to detail, comfort and design exceeded our expectations. Cant say enough about what wonderful hosts they are and how beautiful their home is. We highly recommend The Suite Spot and will definitely be back!

The Cane Patch was a very short walk to downtown Dahlonega and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were kind and flexible and the location was filled with thoughtful amenities. Would highly recommend!

Lovely home in the woods, peaceful and serene. Plenty of space inside and out to enjoy. Minutes from the town square, and great food to enjoy.

Roy’s place was super cozy, my boyfriend and I loved it! Quiet and simple. Everything seemed to fit nicely for our comfort.

Mervin’s place was clean and had beautiful views of the River. It was easy to check in and the place was clean and bigger than I had thought. The location is perfect and very walkable to all of Helen. I’d love to come stay again!

Karen and Greg were wonderful host to myself and my girlfriend when we stayed at their property for our anniversary. Before going to the property, Karen made it a point to make sure that I had specific directions and instructions for how to arrive at their property and how to navigate within the mountains. We had told them it was our anniversary and they surprised us by having cake and wine in our kitchen for when we first arrived at the property. P.S the cake was delicious. The location was beautiful and the photos don’t capture how nice it is in person. The amenities were excellent, the jacuzzi was amazing and so was the fire pits. When we were at the property, Greg and Karen made both of us feel right at home with their kindness and generosity. I would give this place 10/10 and would come back and stay at the property again. Greg and Karen were amazing as hosts, and I would recommend anyone, especially couples, to stay at this gorgeous property for a weekend or an extended weekend!

Mike and Karen were wonderful hosts! They greeted us upon arrival! Made us feel right at home. Even though they live above the apartment they were never intrusive and gave us our space and our privacy. They even gave us fresh eggs as we were leaving. Love the frog garden!

My husband likes to explore and we couldn't have chosen a better spot for his birthday. We had plans to drive around to various nearby waterfalls (we made it to a couple) but the mill offered so much to discover, we didn't want to leave. We loved the waterfalls, history, and trails around the site. The bed was super comfy. It's definitely quirky, we were glad to not have a TV, etc. Groceries were close by as well as parks.

Stacy's place was by far the cleanest we've ever stayed in. I would have to say ignore the negative reviews that's been left by past stays bc we debunked every complaint. It is a bottom floor which Stacy stated in the description which pretty much is a basement but a damn cozy one we must say. didn't see a single bug. the heat worked great must know how to operate Google to find instructions on how to use it but it's just that stop being lazy and figure it out before throwing out complaints because it kept us cozy and warm. remote for the tv worked just fine. the bed felt absolutely spectacular. VERY VERY COMFY AND CLEAN. Shower was small but by reading the description Stacy did state that also. the hot water is hot and was in abundance so the size of the shower didn't matter to us. The river out back was awesome. downtown is within walking distance takes about 15 mins to walk there so if you're lazy or not active take the 5 min drive and pay to park. LA Cabana was amazing. loved it

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful place. Amy was really great, and the condo was perfect for our group. Would definitely love to come back for another stay!

The location is super convenient, with everything you need right at your doorstep. We loved how open the space felt, and the game options were a fun touch for some evening entertainment. The hot tub was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and we all slept really well. Plus, the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even better. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy spot in the heart of downtown Helen!

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

Great and responsive Host. Location was great and within walking distance of Helen attractions. Home still had festive decorations and was very clean and cozy. Will definitely be back for Oktoberfest. Thanks for a great weekend!

Really nice house beautiful and clean really nice place to stay

Staying here was the perfect spot for a Blue Ridge get away. Close to all restaurants and shops breweries and wine tours. Easy to get to the trails for hiking. Easy to find and the apartment was the cleanest Air bnb I have ever stayed in. Location was perfect and the recommendations were spot on. Communication was great as well. 10/10
