Lovely home and location. Exactly the way it is described. Amanda and Joy went above and beyond to make our stay feel cozy and welcoming. Great communicators! A bonus is they provided everything we needed to make our pets stay comfy too!

I had a great time! It was cozy and peaceful, but definitely really quiet. It was really what I needed for a getaway with someone I love very much!! I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be booking again!

Lovely place, quiet, peaceful cove. House has everything. The screened decks are stellar for enjoying the natural beauty. Bird watchers try the 3rd level, no screen and in the treetops. Very dog friendly property. Kind and attentive host. We had a great time and hope to come back.

Very clean! Loved the snack bar! There is plenty of room for kids and pets to run around. Comfortable beds, great location and relaxing.

This place is adorable! The instructions were very clear, getting in was a breeze, and I felt right at home. Very nice shower! We thought the kitchen decor was reminiscent of a 50s diner. It was great vibes. David was a very friendly host. The house was clean. Overall better than any hotel I could've possibly booked. Would be a great place to bring kids and/or a dog because of that beautiful yard as well. I especially loved the counter space in the bathroom. Made it very easy to do my hair and makeup!

What a cool, unique spot to land! Very comfortable and close to an excellent Thai place. The house offers a movie room and great exterior.

Loved staying at this location. So close to restaurants and shops and outdoor adventures. Very quiet. Amazing views of stars. Plenty of sleeping spaces. Very responsive and helpful host!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, family and dog friendly, design focused place to stay, this is your spot. The garden was incredible with spring ephemerals and flowering cherry blossoms blowing in the wind. This was the perfect home base for exploring wineries and the Shawnee National Forest. The loft was the perfect spot to set up our young toddler’s pack-n-play, though fair warning that there is little sound insulation from the kitchen and main living to the upstairs while your little one is sleeping. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this glorious pool house again with our babe in tow! 10/10

Wonderful place just what we needed. With our busy schedule we did not get to use all amenities provided to us but it all looks like a lot of fun

Kristine’s house was just as described. The space was great for gathering together to visit and relax. The pool was a great bonus! We would definitely choose this property again when staying in the area.

Dave's place was really great and we had plenty of room for our family, lots of amenities, and he left detailed instructions.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful area. We really enjoyed our few days in the Shawnee Nat Forest area and we were well located to explore. Wish we had more time! Highlight of the trip for my daughters was the ziplining right down the street, highly recommend. Stargazing from the hot tub was a close second. Lots of good hiking around too. Beautiful site and the cabin had everything we needed to unplug for Spring Break

Bonnies warmth and compassion was so welcoming! So much beauty created by heart and hands from them. Beautiful surroundings of peaceful woods, trails, main home and of course beautiful souls with big hearts. I absolutely adore the cozy tiny home i stayed in and look forward to staying more again. It truly is a magnificent sacred special place full of peace and love. So accomidating and helpful with recommendations of anything i wanted, needed or might be interested in. Close to beautiful shops. Introduced to friends whom which all were and are helpful in caring and helping like family yet still had my privacy to take walks on the trails in the woods, sit by the pond, and have my cozy quiet time. This place is so much more than I expected and i got to hear their story of how they have built such a beautiful home for them and all welcomed . Open minded and ooen hearts has been vwry special to my heart which i am extremely thankful i found them and this gem .. good medicine.

Adams Rock cabin was a great home base for our Shawnee trip! The place looks exactly as pictured/described. We appreciated the Native American decor as well as informative books in the cabin. The location is not super remote, but the large yard was perfect for our kids and dog to play and just enjoy being outside. We particularly enjoyed roasting marshmallows around the fire pit! For others traveling with kids, it is worth knowing that the loft bedroom is up a steep ladder without any particularly good way to block the ladder at the bottom or top. The kitchen was equipped with necessities but not a lot of extras. If you’re planning to pack picnic lunches for your hikes, make sure to bring storage containers! Overall, we had a wonderful stay, appreciated all of Mary’s helpful communication, and really enjoyed exploring a new-to-us part of the country!

I was just there for an overnight stay but the place was wonderful. The hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed. I will definitely consider it for a family stay when we come down exploring. Its a perfect base "camp".

Loved it! The house was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Perfect for our getaway and not to for from where we needed to go. Definitely recommend!!

Oh my gosh! What a gem!! After traveling for days and staying at pet-friendly hotels along the way, I decided to see if there was a dig-friendly air-bnb available for my last night of driving and Allison’s place came up. Even though I requested one night on the actual day of that night, she responded rapidly. My dog and I were soooo happy to enjoy the beautiful lakeside outdoors rather than another parking lot with patches of grass here and there. It was so peaceful and cozy! It was just what we needed! I have so many cute pictures of our wonderful stay in this adorable, cozy and very functional property.
