I highly recommend this property! It was spacious, clean and had wonderful amenities for us to enjoy in the free time we had at the house. It was perfectly as described and the pictures were spot on. There was more than enough parking for our group and the house was nicely tucked away from the street. Our host was proactive with communication and very responsive with any questions we had. If you find yourself needing stay in this area, this is the place to book!

What a wonderful stay we had as a family of 8! Although it rained all weekend, the kiddos and adults enjoyed the provided games, darts and pool table. The owners heated the pool for our stay! The kids loved it. The home is also located an out 15 minutes from the outlets and Top Golf, since it was rainy. We brought our dogs, and they loved running up and down the property. We even saw some deer cross through the fences! Besides the woodpecker waking me up Sunday morning, our stay was amazing. Thank you.

My family and I really enjoyed Laura’s place!! We were a little disappointed because the pool wasn’t available and we were traveling for spring break but other than that we enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely book again

Beautiful large home in quiet neighborhood. Was able to take some early morning walks and encountered several deer & an owl. All the amenities of home are available. Beds are comfortable & house was very clean. Joy is very responsive & helpful. My family enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay while in the Charlotte, NC area.

From start to finish, this was a positive experience. The home is so lovely I really hated to leave! Also, my sweet pup LOVED being there. 😊🐾💖

This was the perfect place for our family of 5! The kids enjoyed playing with the toys and we had enough fun space to spread out. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. We loved the backyard, and just wish it had been warm enough to try the pool! Highly recommend!!

A Truly Amazing 🤩 Park like retreat in the city; forest 🌳, wildlife, stream, birds 🦅 singing (Grandkids loved 🥰 seeing deer 🦌 on the grounds). Extremely spacious inside and outside, everyone had their space for privacy when required. A gourmet Kitchen, gas stove, double oven, coffee and tea bar, upgraded appliances and utensils 🍴, surprisingly ample supply of spices and condiments. The pool 🏊🏾‍♀️ was great 😊 and a few floats provided. The Family is already coordinating schedules for a return visit next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯👍🏾.

My family and I arrived on April 4, 2025 to a beautiful home, but an untamed yard. The grass in the front and back was a foot higher or more. I contacted the host and she immediately responded that she would have someone there Saturday morning to cut it and they arrived as stated. The stay was nice. The home is beautiful! I definitely recommend this home for your stay. The host is prompt in responding.

William was a great host and welcomed me last minute to stay at his home. It’s a lovely house, clean and comfy, and is located in a really nice and quiet neighborhood in Charlotte.

Marie's place is comfortable and welcoming and has must of what you need to comfortably stay a few days. We were in town for a figure skating competition and it was a 4 minute drive to the rink, so the location was great. There's a food lion (grocery store) walkably close to the house, so we could grab whatever we needed food wise. She has a nice little sitting area in the back yard that was great. The beds were comfortable, the living room welcoming. The driveway held both of our cars without a problem. You do need to back out of the driveway onto a busy road. It felt intimidating at first, but actually there are plenty of breaks in traffic and a circle road a little way up that makes it easy to turn around if you need to left rather than right out of the drive. We were very comfortable and I'd stay again.

We’re local to Charlotte and needed to get out for some renovations at our house — so we picked this area intentionally! Walking around Eastover is beautiful, we love Pasta & Provisions across the street, and it’s generally central to everything. We also knew this meant staying right on Providence Rd, which is very busy - but that was OK for us! I was relieved that it was still quiet inside despite the busy road. Margaret was even thoughtful enough to drop a white noise machine by each bed just in case. We brought a baby and a toddler with us which can always be stressful — I was so relieved that the unit felt kid-safe. The pack-n-play, highchair, and fenced-in back yard all came in handy! I’m personally still dreaming about the water pressure in the upstairs shower and how hot it can get — both a dream come true. Overall, great value. It’s what you hope for with an Airbnb: cozy, the perfect amount of space, amenities, and great communication from the owner.

This was my first stay at an Airbnb. Really comfortable, had everything we needed. Like the location, lots of restaurants near, 28 minutes from Concord Mills mall. I recommend it. Love the place.

This home is very beautiful and clean! It is located in the perfect spot and is close to almost everything. My favorite thing was the kitchen. All of the appliances are updated and the full size stove has an air fryer feature (how cool!?). I also appreciated the closet space in each room. We were able to fully unpack our suitcases making us feel more at home. Very spacious as well! There were 8 adults and we never felt like we were on top of each other or fighting for bathroom time. The host always responded quickly and was more than accommodating. Communication was clear and friendly. 100% would recommend this gem! 💎 💖

Michael was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and responsive and this place was a refuge for our family during home repairs. It had everything we needed to feel at home for a week, and we appreciated the convenient location.

We were in Charlotte for the ACC tournament and this was a great location with a beautiful drive into the city. When we weren't downtown there was so much to do within 5-10 mins of the house which was very convenient. The neighbourhood was lovely, the house was homey and communication was so quick, helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything!

We were traveling for a family emergency. Everlong Residential responded quickly and helped ease our stay. The house was exactly what we needed. They were accommodating when we needed to add a couple of additional family members who came into town for the memorial service. Staying here was a respite during a difficult time and we appreciated the serene space and the hospitality.

This home is the type that makes you feel like you got a killer deal because it is such a step up from the pictures and price. Everything was pristine and the host put lots of love and a beautiful touch in the decor and amenities, like tvs in each room. It was great all around, private and I would definitely stay again.
