I had the pleasure of staying at Stephen’ house with my family and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Stephen was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The space itself was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The sun room provided a nice, relaxing place. I highly recommend to this anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Michael was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and responsive and this place was a refuge for our family during home repairs. It had everything we needed to feel at home for a week, and we appreciated the convenient location.

The place was as described and shown in pictures. It is out in the country. We picked this place because it was close to my Mother. It was about an hour from Charlotte. It was clean & quiet & peaceful. If we ran out of anything the hosts were very responsive to our needs. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay. The home is beautiful and easily accommodated 9-11 of us for four nights. It was so great that our traveling group could stay in one location while we were in Charlotte for a surprise 70th birthday celebration. We also are birders. The woods and water area in back were great for bird viewing. We saw two owls, among other birds. Exciting!

We traveled from Maryland to help our son move into his new home, and Mike's place was perfect for our family. The space is spacious and inviting, and the fire pit was a great addition for our late February visit. The second living room was an unexpected bonus, offering a peaceful retreat for quiet moments. While the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, it wasn’t a deal-breaker for us, and the TV was still enjoyable. Mike has a beautiful home, and we’re already planning our next trip here. My family enjoyed the stay at Tamara's listing. Convenient location. The house is clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need. Close to the Matthews Sportsplex so worked out well for our soccer program. The host communicated in a timely manner and provided clear instructions. Thank you Tamara!

What a wonderful stay we had as a family of 8! Although it rained all weekend, the kiddos and adults enjoyed the provided games, darts and pool table. The owners heated the pool for our stay! The kids loved it. The home is also located an out 15 minutes from the outlets and Top Golf, since it was rainy. We brought our dogs, and they loved running up and down the property. We even saw some deer cross through the fences! Besides the woodpecker waking me up Sunday morning, our stay was amazing. Thank you.

We rented this Airbnb for family visiting during the holidays, and they absolutely loved it! The unit was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and spacious, offering everything they needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—convenient and welcoming!

Edward was a great host. His communication was very timely, and we appreciated his flexibility as our dates changed during our stay.

Shannon was amazing. I rented for the whole month of May so as soon as I got there, she met me and walked me through the whole cabin and answered any question I may have had. The cabin had everything you could ever need in a home. The location was in a safe, beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. Shannon and I were like immediate friends. We discussed our love of nutrition and we even made sourdough together. All around wonderful experience. I would stay again and definitely recommend her place.

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was beautiful--everything looked new. The sitting area was very comfortable with two sofas near the balcony. Two bedrooms with king beds and a large, well-appointed bathroom attached to each one. The kitchen had everything we needed and much more. Check in/out was easy and the instructions were clear. It was perfect for our short stay but would also be terrific for longer stays. Next trip to Charlotte I will check here for availability first!

Six of us stayed at Mike's house while we were in Charlotte for a wedding. We immediately felt at home. The rooms and bedrooms are spacious, everything is clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked if you'd like to cook meals. The back yard and pool are very large. Mike is a good communicator, and check-in and check-out were easy. We'd highly recommend Mike's house for familes or extended families.

A Truly Amazing 🤩 Park like retreat in the city; forest 🌳, wildlife, stream, birds 🦅 singing (Grandkids loved 🥰 seeing deer 🦌 on the grounds). Extremely spacious inside and outside, everyone had their space for privacy when required. A gourmet Kitchen, gas stove, double oven, coffee and tea bar, upgraded appliances and utensils 🍴, surprisingly ample supply of spices and condiments. The pool 🏊🏾‍♀️ was great 😊 and a few floats provided. The Family is already coordinating schedules for a return visit next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯👍🏾.

One of the best, I've ever stayed at! Perfect location and peaceful. Kitchen is well stocked to cook meals. I'd move in if I could lol Lindsey is always just a message away if you have a question. The garage spot is a great perk! It was raining the day we arrived, and was able to unload the car and stay dry!! Thanks so much for a lovely home away from home!!

Elizabeth always checked in. Her dogs didn’t bark at all and didn’t jump on us when we did cross paths. One dog sniffed us but they were not overbearing 🐾Very cute dogs and beautiful space :)

Second time to stay with Ken in his great home. It has all needed. Very clean. So spacious and comfortable. Great large kitchen open to the large living room. A beautiful hallway leads to the very large bedrooms and bathrooms. So peaceful with a beautiful yard and great parking. Nice front porch to sit on. The house is located close to lots of shopping and restaurants. A joy to stay in!

This was our second stay in this home and we will stay again. Melissa is an excellent host and the location is very close to our sons home which makes it a perfect spot for us.

Absolutely awesome! A charming very well kept guest house and conveniently located walking distance from the town of Matthews and a short drive from Charlotte. I loved reading the guestbook which I also added my entry detailing all the things we did. The Dwellington is also right by the Mecklenburg County Sport Complex where we had my son’s soccer tournament. Awesome place that we look forward to staying at again. Work-away vacation for me (and my cat, though she hardly did any work :) and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location, with French doors on both ends of this rooftop-peaked property. Nice small balcony for having a cup of coffee as the sun rises (and sets, if you are one of the truly caffeine-addicted), and a comfortable main bed. Liked the retro feel of the furnishings and some of the appliances, and overall, an interesting space and layout that I enjoyed. Danielle was excellent with her communications and responsiveness, even granting a last-minute extension to my stay to enjoy a few extra days before going home. Quick access to some of the main roads if you are looking for groceries or somewhere to eat, but far enough away to disconnect from the hustle/bustle we all get caught up in. Recommend it, especially if you have some furry family with you.

Me and my family came for a quick trip up to see my daughter, Dylan was very accommodating… We felt right at home and had a great weekend.. Would definitely stay again
