So glad we found this gem in CLT! Nick's place was spotless, roomy and convenient to everything we needed in the Queen City. Nick is super responsive to any requests and accommodating too. I traveled with my 85 yo mother who was easily able to get around the entire property with her walker. The place is updated and gorgeous with very comfortable beds and nice linens. We didn't want for anything. My mother and I always felt safe and the gated entry was easy to manage. I certainly hope Nick's place is available the next time we travel to CLT to visit the grandbaby. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful property.

We stayed for a few nights, and it was just perfect for the two of us. Very nice and safe location and just a short drive into the city. We felt comfortable the entire time!

A cosy, homey place to stay in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything is really comfortable, has a surprising amount of dishes/silverware/linens/toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place or stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Ana’s place fit the bill for my needs. It offers a high degree of privacy and is quite spacious. I was able to sit and converse there with my brother for several hours before my check out time after we had met for breakfast in Marshville (at Ms Allie’s Cafe which I would highly recommend).

We stayed for a night to see our son off to the Army and it was only a 15 minute drive to MEPS. We were able to relax with him and go eat at a nearby restaurant . We loved staying there! It was so clean and had everything and beyond what we needed. It was nice to have the little drinks and snacks!

Marie was fantastic from booking to check out. She cared about our needs, was responsive to our requests, ands had a beautiful apartment we enjoyed alot! We will check availability the next time we are coming to Monroe! Highly recommend! 5 Star

We had a nice anniversary weekend! The area is nice and pleasant. There was a lot to do on this area . The home was very clean and neat! This is what me and my husband always expects to see, when we are going out of town. We greatly appreciate it!

This was our third time staying at Edgar and Claudia’s place, and every time has been extremely comfortable and welcoming. We feel right at home here, and they’ve made sure our daughter would feel at home, too. The bed is comfortable, the space cozy, and the location great for quick access to our friends and all of Charlotte, but with a peaceful setting outside the bustle of the city.

Bethel was easy to find, among all the winding roads. Everything was clean and ready for us. Bethel was close to many places of interest: grocery stores, parks, gas stations and restaurants. Bethel was a fast commute to Charolette, North Carolina.

Cameron was super responsive—I had an issue with getting the automated text from AirBnB with the checkin instructions. He responded within minutes and got me the info I needed. We were in town for a dance competition, and he proactively offered to let us check out later than the stated time. The place was perfect, and a great value. Lovely neighborhood close to lots of great areas, esp downtown Pineville. Would highly recommend!

I have stayed at several AirBnBs and this was the best. It was clean and had everything I wanted in a month-long stay - comfortable bed, nice bathroom, adequate kitchenette and in a good, safe location.
